Worst dealership! the sales people are not very friendly so here's my story. I bought a cargo trailer that was a bit to small 7x12 so went back the next day to swap it out for a bigger trailer I got a 7X14 instead they accepted the swap but made it a challenge then when they said ok let do the swap out on trailers I bought a trailer thats been sitting on the lot for over a year that they have not sold yet when I looked at the Trailer they had a spare tire and Wheel on the inside of the trailer wall installed so I went in to the build to finish the paperwork up to buy it the other sales person went out and removed the spare tire. then I noticed it before I left the dealer and asked about it and they said they ship the trailer with the spare tire to the dealership and then take them out and sell them for additional cost. What a joke! don't go to 99W lots of other dealers that will not Jack you around. also I bought a interstate Trailer the roof rusted out and is basically junk now and told them about it and they did nothing about it and said that's normal this was years ago back in 2005ish but im still not happy about the interactions my nick name for 99w stealership not dealership read more

Very disappointing! We scheduled a boat trailer maintenance appointment one week in advance only to find out our boat trailer sat for two days at their location because the staff worker did not show up to work on it. Throughout the two days, we requested a follow up call to let us know when the worker will show up but did not get any response. So as a result, we ended up picking our boat trailer up with the office staff stating they were too busy to work on our boat trailer even though we had a scheduled appointment. We would never recommend this company (especially since they act like they don't need the business! read more

Day before planning to trailer the boat to California on vacation, but the trailer lights not working. Jumped into action without an appointment and fought through some weirdness with my Audi factory wiring.... ended up finding the issue that another trailer guy was not able to find. Went in last week and even though a lot of the team was out at a rally the rep that was there (sorry I don't remember her name) was kind enough to show us the Xventure trailer we went in to see even though she wasn't familiar with the trailer. Not only did she try to help the best she could but she also called another team member that could answer some of the questions we had. Although we are still determining whether to get a trailer and which trailer to get I would highly recommend them for their great customer service. This is the 2nd trailer I have purchased from them... dealt with Peggy on my Wells Cargo and now John to get a small Mason aluminum trailer. Great knowledge and help in getting the right trailer. I went and called other places but felt everyone else was just trying to work me to get a deposit, pay with cash or put me into a cheap trailer... i began to think all utility trailer sales places were this way. Excellent repair service! I looked all over for a shop that knew how to replace two torsion axles that had been welded to the frame of my trailer. Mike requested photos of the trailer and axles and then provided a fair estimate. When I dropped off the trailer I added a last minute request to have the tongue jack repositioned and a battery box and bracket installed. When I picked up the trailer I noted they did an excellent job and went above and beyond by adding a battery and wiring the electric jack into the system all for less than the original estimate. Just picked up my "old" pace trailer. 99W crew is VERY detail oriented, they check everything...99W discovered my 7 pin plug was not functioning, so my trailer brakes were not working...Never noticed (haven't been hauling anything lately, just moved it around the property to another parking space) as the lights worked so I thought everything was OK. Only con is their $100 hour shop rate...wish I could get away with charging that much! read more

Really clean environment, pricing a little high but all around good , honest place to go for repairs or just for questions ask for Tony.
