So I called to book an appointment for my first travel trailer that needed some fixing. I asked…read morethem to fix the leak behind the toilet and to replace the faucet because it was leaking all over. When I arrived bill set me up. I backed up my trailer and left it with a mechanic. I went and got lunch at Carl's Jr. 20-30 goes by and I came back and talked to the mechanic. He pointed out some things that was wrong with the trailer. The leak I mention and needing a new faucet. He said they should be easy fixes and replace. He also told me about my city water having a leak that might need to be replaced. I said ok I have to get back to work and ask him how much. He said he doesn't handle the billing bill does. I dropped it on a Friday and got a call on Tuesday. He sent me the invoice. They charge me 1 hour to check the faucet that I already told them need to be replaced. And .5 hour at checking the toilet. I was already aware of and he only spent 20-30 mins too and got all the info he needed already but they want to charge me 199 an hour at 1.5 hours..... I asked if those will be included in when they repair / replace it. They said no they another 2 hour of work... I felt ripped off and scammed.

Material Non-Conformities and Defects in the Trailer: Awning not installed Rooftop tent installed on the wrong side, covering and obstructing the solar panels Ceramic coating most likely not applied as represented Electrical components showing sun damage Propane tank is rusty Roof rack is rusty Ladder and attached ladder roof hardware not installed Unnecessary, Undisclosed, and Misunderstood Fees and Add-Ons: $2,290 for a two-year protection plan she did not request and which is redundant with the insurance policy already provided. $1,599 for paint protection that was not applied, not requested, and not understood. Battery service plan she did not understand or request. Bluetooth brake control she does not understand or need. PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) for a travel trailer that her vehicle does not require. Hundreds of dollars in filing fees and taxes, and failure to offer her the option to tag and register the trailer herself. My mother did not fully understand many of these charges at the time of signing, and they were not adequately explained. Several appear to be unauthorized upsells or redundant products. These practices, combined with the physical defects and the earlier incident where she waited over six hours for promised vehicle service (forcing her to walk in the rain), demonstrate a clear pattern of taking advantage of an elderly customer.

First, we were very aware that we purchased a used trailer so buyer beware. Totally get that. Our frustration was the final inspection. Supposedly they did a roof inspection. If they did, they need a new process. When we got the trailer home, the first rains, carpets in the dining area and the slide out bedroom rug was wet, very wet. We contacted them because as we dug into the leaks, we discovered 3 windows, after having to remove them, had no butle tape. We informed them at that time. I was told they did not feel a wet rug, particularly in the bedroom. Well, unless you were barefoot or felt the rug, which while cleaning is how I locted the wet rug, you wouldn't have felt that. Well, after reinstalling the windows, we also located 2 holes on the roof about the size of a pencil. Those are significant size holes which allowed a lot of water into the walls. Our issue is, if they did an actual roof inspection, that should have been located. We have since repaired those and now we're trying to dry the walls/roof in hopes of stopping wood rot in two of the 3 locations. We already tore out one wall, dried and rebuilt that area.​ Hoping to not have to do that to the other location, but that is still a strong possibility. Again, we understand and fully expected some repairs. Our issue, again, is the final inspection or lack of. Because of that, the honesty of this company comes into question, in our view. It's highly possible we would have still purchased anyway. We just would have been aware we were bringing home a project and we would have negotiated a lower selling price. Our recommendation for used trailers, take a moisture meter, we sure wish we would have brought ours. ​

I went in to purchase a couple marker lights that had burned out on my SUV…read more Ashley was super helpful in trying to locate correct replacement bulbs and tried removing the old ones. She spent a considerable amount of time helping me. The manager, Anthony, then spent more time trying to remove the old bulbs and ended up having to remove the car battery in order to access the driver side bulb. I really appreciate both Ashley and Anthony's assistance in helping me. I ended up leaving with my bulbs replaced and working. Thank you!
