Our experience from start to finish at Annie's was incredible. My wife and I traveled up from Portland to take a look at an RV that we thought might be a good fit. During the walkthrough, Ann and Andrew (both amazing) let us know that that they would replace the awning fabric, perform the annual roof re-seal and test/replace the battery (all without us even asking). The price was excellent, the whole team at Annie's were incredible, honestly what a wonderful place. It''s a family owned business that clearly takes real pride in how they treat customers. Our first interactions with Anni's was great, and they are all nice people. Our issue with them was the inspection of our trailer we purchased. First, we were very aware that we purchased a used trailer so buyer beware. Totally get that. Our frustration was the final inspection. Supposedly they did a roof inspection. If they did, they need a new process. When we got the trailer home, the first rains, carpets in the dining area and the slide out bedroom rug was wet, very wet. We contacted them because as we dug into the leaks, we discovered 3 windows, after having to remove them, had no butle tape. We informed them at that time. I was told they did not feel a wet rug, particularly in the bedroom. Well, unless you were barefoot or felt the rug, which while cleaning is how I locted the wet rug, you wouldn't have felt that. Well, after reinstalling the windows, we also located 2 holes on the roof about the size of a pencil. Those are significant size holes which allowed a lot of water into the walls. Our issue is, if they did an actual roof inspection, that should have been located. We have since repaired those and now we're trying to dry the walls/roof in hopes of stopping wood rot in two of the 3 locations. We already tore out one wall, dried and rebuilt that area.​ Hoping to not have to do that to the other location, but that is still a strong possibility. Again, we understand and fully expected some repairs. Our issue, again, is the final inspection or lack of. Because of that, the honesty of this company comes into question, in our view. It's highly possible we would have still purchased anyway. We just would have been aware we were bringing home a project and we would have negotiated a lower selling price. What a wonderful family place. There, you are treated like family and nothing less. A family-owned RV dealer that will not treat you like other dealers. We felt like we were part of a family. We've been looking for a fifth wheel for about 10 months, and we went there to see a 35-ft Montana. The owner was very nice open every fifth wheel we wanted to see and then we found the one way different than the one we went there to see but she made it happen. We are very happy with our purchase and every time we are in the fifth wheel all we can think was the amazing deal that we got and the amazing experience that we have from Annie's RVs. She was able to get the deal done with Oregon and work with our credit union within a day, way faster than Oregon dealers, some of the biggest dealers were not able to get it done while she got it done with the interest that we wanted the payment that we wanted and the coach that we wanted. We told her our anniversary was the first of the year and it was coming up in 3 days and she got us out on the road safe so we can have it for our anniversary. Then I took it back to add some extras and a bigger battery pack. And again, we were treated like her own family, the technicians are very knowledgeable and we are very happy to have worked with them. Hello, Ann & crew are the best service organization I have ever done Business with! Hands down. They go above and beyond! I understand that purchasing a previously owned unit Even with the inspections done, the unit can have things pop up. Ann has made the couple LITTLE things right every time, one of my units had ZERO problems. I attribute that to her level of integrity and that of the inspections. I have a friend who purchased a Brand New Alliance 5th wheel from a major dealer. It has had more problems than All of my three units ive purchased from Annies Combined! His dealer's service is below horrible. His unit was in the shop most of last fall through winter, he got it back problems not corrected. He had to take it back. I honestly can't say enough about Anne, Andrew and their team. At a glance her lot wasn't full but looked like higher end RV's so I stopped in. Actually found my perfect 5th wheel. Literally exactly what I'd been hoping for. We traded in our little trailer and feel like we got a fair price for our old one and the new. Their customer service was extraordinary. For example - I already signed docs and bought the RV and was waiting to pick it up ( hitch install) when I mentioned I was going to swap out the tv for a smart tv. My husband and I went to Annies RV to look at a unit for a friend. Upon arrival were met by Kerry who was a very nice man. We saw a RV that was perfect for my friend. It had everything that she wanted. When my husband looked around the RV, and he is a mechanic by trade, there were some serious issues. The first thing was that the slides were sagging and the walls were bowed outward from the weight at the top. The second thing was there is a leak under the RV and the corrugated plastic cover is hanging down. When he pushed on it water came gushing out of the sides. Kerry went back in and got Annie who came out to talk to us. Before they got there we had taken the mattress off the bed and were looking at the board under the mattress checking for mold. We found places that had been molded it appeared that someone had attempted to cleaned it. While the mattress was off the bed Annie and Kerry came back. It was immediately apparent that she was not happy that we had taken the mattress off the bed. My husband was on the floor looking behind the drawers of the dresser when she was telling us that they go through every inch of the RV's they sell and they are thoroughly cleaned inside and out. Right about then my husband found a motorcycle glove that was behind one of the drawers. He handed it to her and said he guessed they missed something. My husband then pointed out to her that the bedroom door did not close correctly and again mentioned that there was a leak under the RV which had resulted in the sagging corrugated plastic. Her response to this was "it is a used RV".When my friend and her mechanic got to Vancover after driving for 3.5 hours The first thing that they noticed was that the slides were drooping and the walls were bowed outward from the weight of the slide. Her mechanic turned on the fridge and kept an eye on it to make sure it worked as he walked around the unit. He noticed the drooping corrugated plastic underbelly and mentioned it to Kerry. He also mentioned about the freezer not working that we had been there for an hour and it still was not cold. Kerry said it takes awhile for the freezer to get cold and that made sense but when it came to the plastic underbelly he went and got the mechanic. The mechanic said that this unit had not actually been gone through yet. OMG. He said that they would fix everything that was wrong before my friend actually took position of it. He said the unit was scheduled to going to the shop on Monday to be gone over and would have it back by Thursday at the latest if my friend wanted to come back and see that the things were fixed. Ummm Wow. But in the end it was what my friend wanted so she was going to go back and look at it when it was fixed. She was, after all going to pay $55000 for it. Before we left her mechanic had asked Kerry if they could have the water and power and propane hooked up the next time they come back so that they could make sure things were working correctly. My friend left her name and number and said to call her when the issues were fixed so we could come back. Three day's later my friend received a call from Annie. She told my friend that my husband and her mechanic had offended Kerry. She said she had respect for her customers and she expected respect back. She said they will not be powering up the unit or hook water or propane to it because that would cost them to much time. She told my friend that if she bought it that would be part of the walk around. I'm sorry but respect is not something that is given. Especially to a sales person. And to request to have things working before you buy a used RV is not unreasonable. You should not have to buy something to ensure that the systems are working correctly. That was a red flag. To me there were so many red flags about this company. They were just not used to people actually looking farther into the RV than the cosmetics/general appearance. My husband and her mechanic looked at the integrity of the unit and it was extremely lacking and she did not like that it was pointed out to her. They were not rude about what they found they just pointed it out because they did not want our friend mislead by a sales pitch and misrepresentation. Finding the glove in her "cleaned" unit was an embarrassment to Annie and it was written all over her face. Kerry was a very nice man but had no idea what he was doing. If they were offended by people actually critiquing the merchandise that is being sold for thousands of dollars to potential buyers, then they are in the wrong business. When I had told Annie that my friend was going to live in it she said "we sell recreational vehicles here, not homes" As a result of their actions and dishonesty we will be searching elsewhere and can not recommend Annie's RV of Vancover Washington to anyone looking for a RV Unit. read more

I can't even begin to say enough good things about Ann at AnniesRV. So professional as well as safe in these tough Covid times. Visits are only available via appointment. She preps the rigs to look at with cleaning/disinfecting every showing as well as has them heated up, lit up and slides out! The other places we had gone to felt like the typical used car sales place and person. AnniesRV also provides financing making it so easy if needed. One thing I wanted to point out is that we found a couple minor issues that needed repair after our purchase and Ann quickly resolved them at her own expense.
