Really nice customer service. They don't over charge you on installation. They explain everything that they are going to do.

I am new to owning a trailer, so when I took a trailer I recently purchased to Matt and his team, they surprised me with how thoroughly they inspected the trailer. They repair some minor issues and sealed some areas of the trailer that had light damage. When I needed a new hitch installed, Joe did the work efficiently and got everything set up correctly. First of all, I want to say that these guys always do a great job when they come to work on anything you need help with. However, my last experience with them left a sour taste to say the least. We were having an issue with our automatic leveler (it had locked up on us). We had a friend take a look at it, and neither of us could figure out why this was happening. After a short spell, my wife decided to call the Trailer Guys. During that wait time, I "almost" tried leveling our trailer again but decided to just wait. After about an hour the help (Trailer Guys) arrived. We explained what had happened and didn't know why. He didn't really have any ideas either. He opened one of our undercarriages and didn't visually see anything. He didn't touch "anything". He went over to the leveler button again and pushed the button. It started working again. He even said that he didn't do "anything." We kind of laughed about it and then my wife asked how much we owed (thinking it would be a very small charge if ANY at all). He then proceeded to tell us it would be $165!!!! We thought for a minute that he was joking. We were dumbfounded. Not to cause any issues, we just paid it. We were furious to say the least. Now, we would have understood if they had to drive a way out to get to us, or if they had actually DONE something to fix our issue, but they didn't do ANYTHING. Also, they are literally 2.5 miles from us. So, it's not like they had to drive a while to get to us. My wife and I have always had such great response and service from them, but this was VERY frustrating and in poor taste that they would charge an amount like that for literally doing nothing. They could have at least cut the price in half!!! We felt it lacked any kind of customer service/understanding and was very unprofessional. We will now be thinking twice before we give them our business again. C'mon guys! Work with your customers. read more

Went out of his way to help us prepare our fifth wheel for a new owner. Spent thirty more minutes on the phone with me helping me diagnose a problem. Using this little company was so much better than using a dealership. Everybody was positive, encouraging, knowledgeable, and the work was done quickly and skillfully. Matt was awesome helping me fix a brake problem on my cargo trailer. The manufacturer had asked me to get it fixed at a local shop, but everyone was booked up for weeks. Matt explained that he was also booked up, but offered some advice on how to correct the problem. It took me about 10 minutes to perform the process and now the brakes work. His free advice saved me from spending more time calling around and eventually having to tow the trailer somewhere for the repair. I fully recommend him for servicing your trailer. read more

Our previous 2004 16-foot trailer needed quite a bit of work and we brought it here. Our season was over and it took a month to address all issues, but they were taken care of and I am grateful for work well done. We had structural and electrical issues and they did a fine job. That Trailer Guy (Matt) has been helping me with our little 'Land Yacht' since 2015 when we got it....This visit, we got some solar panels installed, brakes renewed, bearings repacked, a water line leak fixed and a Soft Start installed in the air conditioner so our little Honda generator could start it. It was such a breath of fresh air to meet Matt on Weds. After getting jerked around by Curtis Trailers once again (they always quote 5-10x what something should cost with always a 2+ week wait), my mom was happy to receive a recommendation about That Trailer Guy. It was a bit of a drive, but so worth it. Matt was able to fix my mom's 2000 17' Roadtrek for a fraction of the cost Curtis Trailers was quoting (they really should be ashamed of themselves!), and we were able to pick up the Roadtrek two days later. In a day & age where customer service seems almost nonexistent, it was truly heartwarming to come across someone who seems like a really genuine & honest businessman. You also walk away feeling very confident in the work he did because he explains what he did and how & why he expects it to be a permanent fix. I cannot recommend Matt enough. Matt is AWESOME!! He has an awesome staff. Melinda got right on it and was very responsive to our problem when we called. She understood our urgent need and we couldn't believe how fast they solved our problem. Within 3 hours from the time we called, Matt and his employee (sorry, I can't recall his name) were here and gone and we will be able to get on the road today. They were professionals in every way. We live full-time in our 2015 Redwood 5th wheel trailer. Upon arrival in the RV park, we discovered a problem with our tandem axle, the tires were 1/2 inch apart on the right side. We were able to determine the leaf spring shackles were broken. Matt indicated it could have been faulty installation at the factory. We had called other mobile repair shops and they weren't able to come out or didn't want to do it. We were not able to stay where we were because of Memorial Day reservations so we were getting a little panicked. We called Matt at 2:15 and they came out immediately. We can't thank him enough. In fact we will be taking our trailer into his shop to have all shackles replaced with heavy duty ones and other minor repairs. read more

Brought my horse trailer into them to have some regular maintenance done. The man I spoke with was incredibly unhelpful and seemed to know more about what I wanted than I did. The bare minimum was done to my trailer and came out looking worse than when I brought it in. He told me that things needed to be done to the trailer that had just been done a month before. The entire process was unnerving when all I simply wanted was just yearly maintenance. We have used them in the past and the man that, I believe, started the business, has always been great. I was in one of an RVer's dreaded nightmares, a kitchen slide out that would not retract.
