Ken from our local office will not return my calls or give me the promised call backs and the corporate office doesn't have a "call center" so they don't take any calls, instead they will email you in 10-15 business days. We took it for 1400 miles from Portland to Mt. Shasta to the Alvord desert and back and, woah was that epic!! It comes totally stocked with literally everything you might need and more - just bring your clothes and groceries. He kept in touch about his ETA,and when he arrived it was obvious that he knew exactly what he was doing. He diagnosed the problem as a faulty solenoid, and he had an exact replacement with him. He was so quick with the repair that when I asked him to do another repair he was able to do that and still be within his one hour minimum. I'd use his services again in a heartbeat.
