My Motor Home was in need of service and they were quick to respond and fairly priced. I will be a repeat customer for future needs.

Since then the new water pump doesn't hold pressure and fails constantly. But since there is no record of them switching out the water pump we can't do anything about it. Super shady thieves!

The awning had been bent in a wind storm, the rooftop A/C units weren't working, my electric heat on my water heater wasn't working and I needed a pre-season check up on my trailer before camping. I came in also because of a 10% discount coupon on parts and labor. I forgot to drop off the coupon when I delivered the trailer. When I realized this I called the service department and was told it was OK to bring it in when I picked up the trailer. McCord ordered parts for my awning, determined my A-C units were fine and I just needed new thermostats. They replaced the electric switch on my water heater, and made other minor repairs. I am very pleased with the repairs. HOWEVER, I forgot to bring my coupon out of my truck and present it when I picked up the trailer and paid the full amount for the repairs. ONLY right afterwards as driving home with the trailer, did I remember again that I didn't present the coupon. I rushed back and spoke to the service department representative. He tried, but said I was too late and couldn't get the discount because it wasn't presented before charging the final invoice. SUCH FRUSTRATION and LOSS OF SAVINGS because I didn't get the coupon to them in time. That's the only sour thing about my experience. I figure I lost over $200.00 because of that. UPDATE!! McCord's Service Department just called and they just figured out how to rectify my problem and refund the coupon value back to me. Big Kudos to McCord's Service Department for sticking with it and coming to a very happy resolution for me.

During the walkthrough, Ann and Andrew (both amazing) let us know that that they would replace the awning fabric, perform the annual roof re-seal and test/replace the battery (all without us even asking). The price was excellent, the whole team at Annie's were incredible, honestly what a wonderful place. It''s a family owned business that clearly takes real pride in how they treat customers. I only wish more businesses were like Annie's. Thanks guys!!!

Our first interactions with Anni's was great, and they are all nice people. Our issue with them…read morewas the inspection of our trailer we purchased. First, we were very aware that we purchased a used trailer so buyer beware. Totally get that. Our frustration was the final inspection. Supposedly they did a roof inspection. If they did, they need a new process. When we got the trailer home, the first rains, carpets in the dining area and the slide out bedroom rug was wet, very wet. We contacted them because as we dug into the leaks, we discovered 3 windows, after having to remove them, had no butle tape. We informed them at that time. I was told they did not feel a wet rug, particularly in the bedroom. Well, unless you were barefoot or felt the rug, which while cleaning is how I locted the wet rug, you wouldn't have felt that. Well, after reinstalling the windows, we also located 2 holes on the roof about the size of a pencil. Those are significant size holes which allowed a lot of water into the walls. Our issue is, if they did an actual roof inspection, that should have been located. We have since repaired those and now we're trying to dry the walls/roof in hopes of stopping wood rot in two of the 3 locations. We already tore out one wall, dried and rebuilt that area. Hoping to not have to do that to the other location, but that is still a strong possibility. Again, we understand and fully expected some repairs. Our issue, again, is the final inspection or lack of. Because of that, the honesty of this company comes into question, in our view. It's highly possible we would have still purchased anyway. We just would have been aware we were bringing home a project and we would have negotiated a lower selling price. Our recommendation for used trailers, take a moisture meter, we sure wish we would have brought ours.

We met with Josh Sharpe letting him know that we wanted to look at a few trailers they had. We viewed several trailers online and watched a lot of videos and now we wanted to get inside them. Our intension was not buying but looking. Josh was very understanding and accommodating. He hands down has a great personality and was willing to show us anything we wanted in hopes to earn our business when we are ready to take the next step. He was not pushy and no trickery, he was straight upfront with everything, answered our questions, traveled back and forth across their lot to help us out. We fell in love with the SportTrek 272VRK, this was it, this would be our next trailer. Hands down checked all the boxes, fit and finish was amazing. We did sit down with him, again no pressure at all. He asked if we were interested in our trade value and what kind of numbers. Initially we said no, then we decided let's take a look at it. Josh provided all the details for the overall cost and trade in values, and we were ready to leave. My wife and I had a side discussion and decided let's just pull the trigger, it is a year sooner than planned but the numbers really worked in our favor. We explained to Josh we had camping plans the following week 3 hours away, he felt that they could get the trailer ready in time for us to leave on time. Josh came in on his day off at 9am to walk through our trade and to do a walk-through of our new trailer. Everything went great the trailer was ready, did a full walk-through and we were ready to roll. Josh had a family breakfast date and insisted on staying we told him go, he stayed for as long as he could and set us up with a peer of his in case we had questions before leaving. We did have a technical glitch before leaving, the Curtis Service and Sales staff all rallied around to help us to resolve it. I won't go in details, but they were all amazing trying to get root caused and resolved. We finally thought let's let them take in the shop and deep dive on it. We left for home hoping to pick up the next day and head out on our trip. We got a call from the shop a while later, and they resolved the problem. It was not critical, so we felt good going back to pick it up. We picked up our trailer and headed out on our trip after stopping at home and packing all our stuff into it. For Josh for great customer service and continued follow up on our purchase. Go see him for your first or next RV and tell him the Farris' sent you. You will not be sorry. For the Service team for trying everything to resolve our problem and then solving it. These guys just did a great job period. For Curtis Trailers for having such wonderful team members who all care about you. From the front the front office, sales, service and parts for giving us a great experience. No wonder they have been in the area for 77 years!!!

Did the "ya look familiar stick" then proceeded to tell us he had "other customers just arrive and he's gonna pass us off". Pointed in a direction and that someone would be with us. We walk towards the trailers in question, behind a locked gate. Wait 20 minutes, finally we agreed that if this is how sales customer service is how bad it must be for other aspects of the company. After we started walking back and we were already almost to our truck someone else finally comes out. "Asks is there's something specific to look at?" DONE. What little communication I had with Bradley he clearly didn't pass along. So I responded with "we're leaving. We were interested but nobody came to help us" He then proceeds to try talking to my wife who is clearly trying to leave as well. Thank you Curtis Trailers for showing us upfront that we didn't want to do business with you. Glad we only wasted 30 minutes of our day. We're very excited about the trailer we bought down the road.

Last March 28, 2024, we brought our Tiffin Wayfarer in for warranty and maintenance work. No work once done and April 6, 2024, after leaving the keys on the driver's seat (standard practice there for any RVs left for service), someone drove it off the lot, through a gate. Through "Mercedes me" app, we located it April 10th and the sheriff had it towed to a lot and then back to LazyDays for repair. The thieves had torn off the front bumper, broken the right front jack, damaged the drawer slides, tore off the ventilation pipe, thus creating a hole in the roof, & damaged the water pump. By July 20th, we insisted & got it back to attend a rally, but only a new key fob obtained and the front body repair work was done in that 4 months (no maintenance nor warranty work nor repair of damages). We returned it to LazyDays 9/5/2024 only because the Tiffin Company and our insurance agents advised us to. They still needed to do the warranty work, repairs and maintenance. Feb 3, 2025 we hired an attorney to try to get the work done and our RV returned. After many letter from her to corporate, we finally picked up our RV May 15, 2025 repaired. So basically their service department had our RV for a total of 13 months. So unless you don't care if your RV is stolen and damaged through their negligence and then kept for more than a year getting shoddy work, we would advise against buying from them and using them for service.
