I have two version; short and long. For the short version: FIVE Stars * I definitely give Accurate Mobile RV Repair Five-Stars in all categories. * I have already recommended Accurate Mobile RV Repair to my neighbors * Their service fee and mobile rate is within industry standards and reasonable * Multiple ways to pay through Zell, Venmo, PayPal, and a few others I can't recall. * Excellent communication and ease of scheduling For those of you that have tried to get a mobile repair person to come out, you know that it can take days before someone calls you back to schedule, if they show up, they are very late and they will not have the parts or correct tools to fix the issues. Complete Review: We recently purchased a new RV, and after spending a short amount of time in the RV we started noticing flaws in the workmanship and things that didn't function correctly. Since we reside in our RV, taking it into the dealership for repairs was impractical and expensive. I notified the dealership and they provided me with contact info for Accurate Mobile RV Repair. I left a voicemail for them and Karen called me back the same day. Since the repairs would be covered under warranty, Karen advised me of the process that is required by the manufacturer to get the work completed. I sent her a list of 14 items needing repair; everything from a cracked shower, appliance issues to missing exterior rivets. Karen is very competent and knowledgeable about the warranty process and pitfalls I might face. She was able to advise me what the manufacturer would require me to pay and what would most likely be covered. She also does all the scheduling and had a couple of great troubleshooting steps. Like clockwork, Josh the owner of Accurate Mobile RV Repair arrived and performed a walk through with me to review all the issues on my list. He asked questions and took photos of each item for a before and after report for the manufacturer. On my list was an outdoor faucet that I couldn't get to work properly-Josh discovered it was "user error" on my part but never made me feel I was incompetent. LOL Josh is not new to repairing RV's and is super organized, very patient and extremely informative. His troubleshooting and repair skills are very efficient and spot on. We've never used a generator before and the new RV comes with one-but not much for instructions. We watched some YouTube videos but none of them answered all our questions. Josh instructed us on the maintenance and how to use the generator and how it all works. I am now

He spent the better part of two days communicating with me by text, while he was on other jobs trying to help me with a black tank issue. Great service. Friendly. Helpful. Giving me cost based options. Better than 5 stars. I'm new to the "trailer life" and I would be lost without his help. Thanks so much.

Update following the company's response:…read more I want to clarify one point raised in the owner's reply so readers understand the concern accurately. Yes, I mentioned that I would prefer the panels be placed on the rear of the home if possible. That was simply an aesthetic preference and not a design requirement. I relied on the company's expertise to determine whether that placement would still allow the system to reasonably meet the goals discussed during the sales process. I also want to be clear that the system functioning is not the issue. We appear to agree that the equipment is producing energy as designed. The production numbers themselves have never been what I questioned. The concern I raised relates to how the system size and expectations were presented during the sales process. When we explored going solar, the conversations centered around offsetting most or all of our electric bill, which was the primary reason we decided to move forward with a $20,000 installation. If it had been clearly communicated that the system was intended to be a smaller "starter system" that would only offset a portion of our electricity usage, we likely would have approached the decision differently or waited until we had a longer utility history available. Another important point is that no written proposal or modeling documentation outlining the assumed household usage or projected offset was ever provided prior to signing. Because those design assumptions were never shared with us in writing, it has been difficult to understand how the system size was determined relative to our expected energy needs. As a result, we are now paying a monthly solar loan while still carrying a meaningful electric bill, which is not the outcome we understood or expected when making this investment. At this point, I have shared my experience and clarified the concerns raised. I do not intend to continue a public back-and-forth discussion on this review. My purpose in posting this update is simply to provide context so other homeowners researching solar know to request clear written modeling and offset assumptions before making a significant investment.

We ended up speaking with several of the big solar installers and another couple smaller ones. They all wanted us to take huge low interest loans to buy a lower quality system than what we got with Smart Solar Energy. Smart Solar Energy allowed is to choose the equipment we wanted at no extra cost, and the overall cost was less than half what many others were trying to sell us. The install was delayed by a day because of illness then some paperwork wasn't left requiring a few extra days during install, but other than that they were great to work with and I highly recommend Smart Solar Energy.
