Bought a new Jayco, and the heater was not working properly from day one. Took it to the service…read moredepartment at Wood Village Camping World on multiple occasions, and they are unable to fix the issue. Contacted Jayco, and they will not advise unless it is at one of their centers. I isolated the issue to the thermostat and am now trying to fix the problem myself. Between multiple trips to the dealer and the cost of replacing the suspected parts to isolate the problem, I have over $600 in out-of-pocket expenses on a new Jayco. Stay clear of extended warranties and know that the warranty that comes with a new Jayco is only as good as the service center you are restricted to. In this case, Wood Village service should be avoided unless you just need to replace a screw.

After I put down deposit it became clear that they are just a general welding shop and know zero about trailers. So many mistakes were made and corners cut on this 'custom trailer' that I don't even know where to start. Getting this trailer built to my specs and my plans and to conform to safety standards (I supplied numerous drawings and detail of the boat that it was to haul before the build) took 6 months and a whole lot of headache. At last, I took delivery of a much compromised trailer only to find a whole slew of other problems from welds cracking amd failing to trailer not sitting level to lights and brakes not working to shackle bolts coming loose to... you name it. And then the owner stiffed me on the warrantee work but I'll save that for another review. I have the trailer in my yard now with my boat on it...I don't like this trailer and I don't feel confortable using it but I have $17k in it so guess I am in a pickle. If you are looking for a trailer builder save yourself the agony and do your research before buying.

Two boats caught my eye here at Sigler's Marine so I went in and spoke with Chris. He was very helpful in answering all of my questions instead of trying to sell me a boat that may not fit my needs. I decided in a boat and told Chris to get it ready for me and I would buy it when I got back into town. I got back into town and changed my mind and went looking at other boats again before eventually com back to Sigler's to decide on another boat. They gave me no grief over this and we're just helpful. Lay one point I even talked about used boats to Chris implying that I may buy one on Craigslist. Chris looked up the boat and told me it was a great boat and a fair price. I couldn't believe he wasn't trying to sell me on a new boat. He even told me positive things about other brands that they don't sell. I felt they em were very open and honest. I didn't feel a desperation like I did at some other dealers who would bash other brands. I ultimately decided to buy a 2015 Thunder from Sigler's. I'm very happy with my purchase. They do not negotiate on their prices but because they already have the lowest price in town. This was surprisingly refreshing because I didn't have to worry if someone else may have gotten a better deal than I because they could negotiate better. With how many times I was at the other dealers during my search I can say that this is the most honest, easy to deal with dealership in town and they made the process a real pleasure. Don't buy a boat without stopping by here first.

The stove burners showed moderate use and cupboards still had stuff in them. This trailer had received zero attention from this seller on this inside! I was expecting the condition would be as advertised, as this is the picture he painted. Either he openly lied about the condition, or he did not know the actual condition. Either way, it was way beyond disappointing, and I was fuming! I tried my best to be professional and just tell him what I saw without spewing, and he did drop the price for us, but this did not make me see him as a reputable seller. You cannot change first impressions, and ours was and still is, not good. Would not buy from him again or recommend him.

Took my fifth wheel trailer to J & S for several repair items. Rear AC not working, underbelly had…read morebecome detached, slide out noise and a small water leak on the shower hot water line. They assessed the AC and needed to order a new one, repaired the underside belly pan and would repair other items when AC came in. Took several weeks for the AC to arrive, then they repaired all items, replaced the AC and resealed the roof after alerting me of the need. Couldn't be more pleased, they repaired everything at a reasonable price and did the work correctly the first time. I have now found my go to RV repair shop.
