He never installed a new stove for me. I am 80 years old and live on Social Seccurity. I don't use my stove very often because I use a microwave and toaster oven most of the time. I notified Skylar 4/27/26 that the oven was not working also the burners only lit when you used a lighter to light it instead of the clicker on the stove. I lost my memory about a year befor. Skylar from PNW never answered any of my calls or texts. Skyalr did not give me any reciept or paperwork for the stove he said he installed. I carefully looked over my stove and realized it was still my old stove witn the same scratches and dirty oven racks and stains under the stove top were there. HE DID NOT REPLACE MY STOVE HE JUST TOOK MY MONEY. I feel PNW stole $841.60 from me. PNW needs to refund my money. I am a 80 year woman with out a memory that was taken advantage of by PNW.

I brought my camper in for an evaluation of a water leak probably caused by a burst due to cold…read moreweather. During the inspection Davey tried to sell me on a new roof and a number of other things I could not afford. I said lets just focus on the water leak. He did determine that this was caused by a burst water heater tank and gave me two options - a replacement original part or a newer part which he said was only about $50 more. Estimates for the work were between $500-$800 dollars and I said go ahead. The work was not completed on time, but was over a week late. When it was done he told me it would be $1550 but if I paid cash he would knock $100 off. I was stunned. When I asked why he said they had to rework all the plumbing for the new part! I was never told that this would double the cost. I sucked it up though I wasn't happy and went to pick the camper up. During the testing of the work the water heater caught on fire with flames up the side of the camper. He blamed his worker and wanted to tighten up a few things and let me take it then. I told him this shook my confidence in all the work done and to have him inspect the whole thing. I came back and paid him, then got home and found that the water cap was broken and called him about it. He had me come back in to pick up the part and admitted he knew it was broken but that it wasn't a big deal. Later I found that the panel over the water tank had not be reinstalled correctly and was loose. When I took it apart I found it was a broken mount but was not interested in having him correct his work as there were already bad feelings and had been back too many times. He did terrible work and had a bad attitude when I complained about it. Go to Curtis Trailers, you will pay the same and get quality work and helpful staff.

I'm an outdoors man - My long-bed and I have spent countless hours on washboard gravel roads. Everyone knows, these shake the hell outta your truck. I also sleep in the back of my truck and the insulated canopy they installed in 2016 has yet to leak, In fact, the insulation is still tight & fresh as it was on day 1. The overhead LED lights inside the canopy have yet to stop working. All of this speaks to their craftsmanship & quality parts. The power-steps finally gave out after a decade of use, so it was time to replace them. I was given the option between the cheaper overseas version, or the USA built version. It's nice to get price options and their expertise on the level of quality. As part of the install they noticed a cracked end cap for one of the steps. (I would have never noticed it on my own) Anyhow, they called it out, already have a replacement on the way from the factory, and when the part arrived - they were able to a do a 'while you wait' replacement. This has been my repeat experience with them, I hope you find it helpful in your decision making.

I bought a cargo…read moretrailer that was a bit to small 7x12 so went back the next day to swap it out for a bigger trailer I got a 7X14 instead they accepted the swap but made it a challenge then when they said ok let do the swap out on trailers I bought a trailer thats been sitting on the lot for over a year that they have not sold yet when I looked at the Trailer they had a spare tire and Wheel on the inside of the trailer wall installed so I went in to the build to finish the paperwork up to buy it the other sales person went out and removed the spare tire. then I noticed it before I left the dealer and asked about it and they said they ship the trailer with the spare tire to the dealership and then take them out and sell them for additional cost. What a joke! don't go to 99W lots of other dealers that will not Jack you around. also I bought a interstate Trailer the roof rusted out and is basically junk now and told them about it and they did nothing about it and said that's normal this was years ago back in 2005ish but im still not happy about the interactions my nick name for 99w stealership not dealership

Throughout the two days, we requested a follow up call to let us know when the worker will show up but did not get any response. So as a result, we ended up picking our boat trailer up with the office staff stating they were too busy to work on our boat trailer even though we had a scheduled appointment. We would never recommend this company (especially since they act like they don't need the business!

We did notice it needed a propane regulator and we were able to source it locally as we live an hour plus away one way and they reimbursed us and the communication was great. By them refunding is it made it so we didn't have to drive back out there and my husband was able to fix it.
