They did an excellent job communicating, and the installation went very smoothly. The controller looks like it came from the Ford factory and cleanly fits in the dashboard. The 7-way RV plug was flush-mounted in the bumper. It looks better than the factory installs I've had in the past! These guys are reprograming my computer so everything will work as if it came from the factory pre-installed. Let's talk cost...they were far more competitive than any dealer quote I received. And, they were able to get me in way faster as well. Ford told me two weeks. They scheduled the install within a few days of my call. I had almost given up after a dozen calls to various mobile auto service companies. No one could…read morehelp me. The inner duallie on my RV had blown, ripped down to the steel belt. I could go nowhere. I was about to give up for the night, when on my last attempt, a nice lady from a trucking company referred me to RTR. I couldn't believe it when Jared personally answered my call, and said he could help me. I kept asking if he was sure? My 16" tires were too small for the trucking repair guys, and the dual wheels were too much for the auto repair guys. Jared assured me he could take care of it. Even though it was late on a Friday night, he arrived in about half an hour and went right to work. But it turned out things were worse than I thought. Both tires on the right rear were ruined. And Jared showed me how the circle of tread from my inner blown tire had wrapped around my brake and axle. I was lucky my brake was not damaged, and no fire started! Wow. So Jared put the spare tire on the axle, and took both my wheels with him for new tires. This was at about 11:00 pm. By the next morning, Jared came back with 2 good tires mounted on my wheels, and got them back on the RV. I was good to go! And I totally loved meeting his family, who came along for the ride, since I was taking up a lot of their weekend! I've had a few times in my life when I was rescued by someone with a good heart, and all the right knowledge and skills. That's Jared. He's my hero. Thanks again!
