Phil listened to what we wanted and didn't oversell or undersell us at all. It was really a great experience and I feel confident in the workmanship and quality of our upgrades. The car felt capable before, now I feel like I might be able to drive through anything. The first obstacle the upgraded CTW and I tackled.was a washout half the height of the car - It was awesome, if anything I might be too confident now - there was a 30 foot ravine directly to my right. Confidence provided by: Coil over springs New wheels and tires Rock sliders - functional real ones Full underbody protection skid plates 3" lift Back tire mount Wolfbox camera Great navigator super trail leader I'm planning my phase II now and Pacific Upfitter is the only one I will take my car to accomplish it!

Cool shop, lots of neat gear for overlanding as well as other truck stuff. I was looking for specific fog lights for my rig and they were very helpful in helping me spec and install my lights. I ended up getting my hitch installed, ditch lights and for giggles my front windows tinted! No attitude, no big dicking - just good honest folks! I either need to get into car camping or buy a new rig to kit out, either way I will certainly inquire at Pacific upfitters for any addition tweaks to my current set up. Don't hesitate to check them out!!!

Even though I did not purchase my cover from this shop, the store manager Jason was super friendly, listened and validated my concerns and went above and beyond to answer all my questions - also provided solutions as to who I could contact. He took time and diligence to look up details about my product and was VERY knowledgeable about the process and products. I can only imagine the level of customer service and support that you would get if you are a purchasing customer! I would drive to Oregon just to give these folks my business. Great experience, keep up the good work!

I purchased a BakFlip Tonneau cover in sept 2023. I asked to purchase a UnderCover Armor Flex…read moreTonneau Cover... The women working the desk who I come to find out is a owner told me that I should buy the Bakflip as it is the best on the market. What a LIE that is. She probably just makes better margins on it. The BakFlip cover is complete crap. The weather proofing on both sides do not lay flat and causes a ton of water to run in. The reason to buy the cover to was to keep the water out. The water has ruined many of my items. I figured maybe it was the weather, maybe it was the way I closed it, but after continuous issues I decided in May 2024 to have the issue addressed. The cover moves left to right and when I brought it back in to get into a different brand they told me wow.... everyone likes this and we have never seen that before. You can also lift up a side with it being "latched" and get into the back of the truck. NOT VERY SAFE FOR EXPENSIVE ITEMS BACK THERE! They decided to contact Bakflip via email and told me to wait and see what they say. I was told I would be called a few days after I first came in, instead I called back 2x over 2 weeks to finally get an answer. Come to find out Bakflip told them tough they are not doing a warranty on it. I brought my truck in again because they said they would try and tighten a few things but instead wanted to continue to be resistant to a replacement or a fix. I do not even want my money back I want to be moved into the original one I wanted to buy when I first came to the store. They should have taken pictures and sent them to Bakflip and fought to get a replacement OR get me into a different brand! As a business owner myself if a customer has a VALID issue with a product I sold them I replace it, exchange it, or make it right. NONE of which Tualatin Truck Accessories would do, want to do, or even try to do. They are VERY defensive and unwilling to work with you. We just got into a yelling argument with their lack of care they give to the situation. All they seem to care about is selling the item and never dealing with it again. I will NEVER do business with them again. Do yourself a favor and find a different shop to get your accessories. Now I am stuck with a $1300 cover that does not do what it is intended to do.

They were not the cheapest, nor were they the most expensive. After getting quoted $425 for the entire car with ceramic tint, we scheduled the appointment. I dropped the car off and was told it would take about half the day. I arrived back to pick it up after receiving a call about 4.5 hours later. I went inside and paid. They originally tried to charge me more than was quoted because of a total of 9 windows instead of 7 (they count the 6 inch triangles next to the front two) but Peter made it right, and only charged what he had quoted. I should've inspected the car before paying, because their were several issues with it. After inspecting it, I brought Peter out to take a look. There were several scratches up the sides of the windows, and what looked like rust particles under a few. I am aware that there would be bubbles for a few days while they dried, but this was not that. Peter told me that it was from the plastic tool that they use, and that it should go away in a few days, but if it didn't, to come back and they would redo them. I also noticed that from spraying the windows and the film, our car doors and rear seat had stains on them that were not previously there. I messaged Peter and was scheduled the next week to have them redo some of the windows and have the detail guys clean the fabrics. After bringing it back to them, they did replace the window tints that had the scratches, and I couldn't tell if they actually did detail it, because some of the liquid lines are still visible. Unfortunately, this $425 window tint is going to cost me more money because I'll have to take the car to a real detail shop to clean up. They also left scrap tint trash crumpled up on the floor of the back seat. Overall, I'm not sure how they do with car electronics, but I would personally not recommend them for window tinting.

Needing a real stereo system for my car, I investigated a few shops and decided on Mobile West. My challenge is that all of my music is on iTunes but my amartphone is Android. I don't want to Bluetooth music from my Android as it drains the battery. My goal was to use my iPod shuffle as the music source, which they said could be done. It can't. The speakers, while good, were located in an area that were blocked anytime I had my gym bag or groceries on the floor. After a few back and forths, I upgraded the stereo and put in additional speakers to give it surround sound and to avoid the side door situation. I have a tiny car, which makes it challenging. Mobile West gave me full credit for the previous equipment and the install, which I put towards the new configuration. Stereo system works, not with iPod shuffle, but with an old iPhone that I keep just for this purpose. Most important, the sound is fabulous! Several months later, I noticed the small microphone for voice commands had popped off, opening the sun visor had knocked it. I stopped by the other day and Steve greeted me at the door, remembering me and my car. After taking a look, he said the microphone should be in a different location away from the visor. Without hesitation, he said they would rewire and install a new microphone holder, no charge, since they stand by their work. I didn't have to bring my receipt or anything. He remembered me and that was good enough. I brought my car in the next morning, it took just 10 minutes to rewire to new location. Not only did it look better, it picks up my voice better. Thanks, Steve, I really appreciate you and your team!
