If you are shopping for a company to build your Food Trailer, Vitaliy, Pavel and the rest of their crew are nothing but EXCEPTIONAL in every aspect. We interviewed 6 different Food Trailer Builders located on the West Coast (Washington, Idaho, Oregon, California and Utah). After EXTENSIVE research, we chose to give Vitaliy and his crew a chance. 2 different restaurants in our small Southeast Alaska Town (Sitka) had their food Trailers built by this exact company, so we knew what to expect in regards to quality. However, we did not know that everything would go so smoothly and the communication would be flawless. Vitaliy answered every question we had, and guided us through the build process, as well as the pick up and shipping process with ease. Quality Food Trailers and Trucks were extremely familiar with Alaskas building codes, so getting our Food Trailer to pass all of our inspections was SUPER EASY. Working on the design with Vitaliy was simple. They met our pick-up deadline on time, and were actually early by a day. When we picked up our Food Trailer, Vitaliy, Pavel and the rest of the crew were extremely thorough in going over every square inch of the Food Trailer, as well as walked us through on the operation of all of the equipment. Thank you, Quality Food Trailers. We have waited 6 months after the purchase of this 18ft x 8 1/2ft food trailer. We wanted the review to have some merit based on actual real world experience. We have been in the mobile food business for almost a decade. This build was our second food trailer build. The first food trailer build we went through with another company right down the street from them was a nightmare and we were definitely looking for a better Quality build. This leads us to Quality Food Trailer. We Figured if they were bold enough to put Quality in the name of their business then they were serious about the workmanship they put out. We had a great experience from initial contact all the way to pick up. I knew what I wanted for the build and what red flags to look for from my last experience. There was no stone unturned from every weld to ever rivit was nothing short of superb Quality. More importantly we were able to see a business who pays close attention to the industry's needs while improving their own concepts over time to set high standard. Now that we have been in business for almost a decade we no longer look for the cheap price tag at the cost of great workmanship. Quality is very fairly priced for the workmanship that you receive which I believe to be the best in the industry. Good luck finding a better priced trailer with the quality these guys offer. It's simple. If you want a food cart & you want it done right, you go here! They will create your dream & take care of you even afterwards if need be. We have one cart done by them & it is done so well that the county health departments & our state peeps accept the designs that much quicker b/c they know QT does it right & up to code. I shopped around in California and Oregon and these guys were the most honest and open crew to have this work done. We picked them on there quality of other units we saw and owners we spoke too. When had our trailer built with the Winter package and not a single broken pipe or issue with water heater IF!!!! I ever need another trailer built these guys will be getting my business without hesitation There plans for the county health Dept were easy to read and even the county was impressed with the craftsmanship in their build They finished our unit 2 weeks early and even delivered it to us..... a 13 hr drive!!!! One way!!! They are very professional in there operation. Over a year ago, I had a strong passion to bringing a Ramen Shop to Forest Grove, Oregon where I have lived for 15 years. I wanted to give credit where credit is due. Denis and his crew made things very smooth throughout this lengthy process. Actually these guys are pretty quick as far as getting things done, considering the county laws / requirements we had to get through. Denis was very professional and had very good communication. I understood that I wasn't the only one ordering a trailer but normally they got back to me fairly quickly when I had questions. Before going with them, I did my homework in contacting folks in southern California and to be honest, I'm glad that I went with these guys.
