Thank you, Quality Food Trailers. We have waited 6 months after the purchase of this 18ft x 8 1/2ft food trailer. We wanted the review to have some merit based on actual real world experience. We have been in the mobile food business for almost a decade. This build was our second food trailer build. The first food trailer build we went through with another company right down the street from them was a nightmare and we were definitely looking for a better Quality build. This leads us to Quality Food Trailer. We Figured if they were bold enough to put Quality in the name of their business then they were serious about the workmanship they put out. We had a great experience from initial contact all the way to pick up. I knew what I wanted for the build and what red flags to look for from my last experience. There was no stone unturned from every weld to ever rivit was nothing short of superb Quality. More importantly we were able to see a business who pays close attention to the industry's needs while improving their own concepts over time to set high standard. Now that we have been in business for almost a decade we no longer look for the cheap price tag at the cost of great workmanship. Quality is very fairly priced for the workmanship that you receive which I believe to be the best in the industry. Good luck finding a better priced trailer with the quality these guys offer. From the solid frame and walls to the polished clean look of the stainless steel interior this trailer is built to last. We are looking forward to Cash Flow it will create for decades to come. Remember in the Kitchen "Quality matters" so why not start with a "Quality Food Trailer". - Brian & Jill Pretty Odd Wieners LLC South Lake Tahoe

I am so happy with the craftsmanship and customer service I've received from Quality Food Trailers! They had my trailer ready on time and fully ready to do business in California. I get compliments all the time on the quality and awesome set up. They are available for questions and quick to resolve any issues that arise(which are few and far between!). I can't recommend them enough!

    It's time to go home

It's simple. If you want a food cart & you want it done right, you go here! They will create your dream & take care of you even afterwards if need be. We have one cart done by them & it is done so well that the county health departments & our state peeps accept the designs that much quicker b/c they know QT does it right & up to code. The staff is amazing & you come out feeling like great friends. Mike & his team are the best. When we're ready for our 2nd food cart-we will only go with QT & highly recommend all others to do the same! Talented & hardworking folks here!

Nice people. I was lost trying to find Spring Water Trail and they helped me. The guy brought up Google Maps and he showed me where to park and gave me directions. They make food carts here, and it looks like they do nice work

We are going on our 5th month and I'm loving the fact I choose quality trailers!!! In Hawaii there's nothing like this setup we have, it's one of a kind and I made sure we have all the bells and whistles in this beast coming from Portland . Mike was really helpful in helping me design this ground up and understood my needs. Angel finished things up to get the transaction done. The craftsmanship of these trailers are unreal, aloha Fr Hawaii

Mike and Denis are very accommodating and patient and the end result was a beautiful trailer that meets all of our needs.

In March 2023 I went with my son looking for his first car. Found a 2013 Ford Focus at Steve &…read moreSons, and he decided he wanted to purchase it. The salesman Thomas filled out the paperwork with him while I got the cashiers check... After signing, Thomas then told us something about the car being ready for pickup in 3 days (???) and that he would call when ready - we paid cash, why couldn't we just drive it off the lot right then? No clarification. Next day he called asking if we were picking up the car. Some misunderstanding about some paper we had to wait for, and not the car. At the end of March, my son went to go get his license plates at the DMV. He was told he needed the title, which Thomas never provided him at time of purchase. My boy had to drive all the way back to the car lot and wait 30 min for someone to help. He was then told he had to go to the other location for the paper. === I would NOT recommend purchasing anything from this company based on our experiences: - My son was obviously a first time buyer, yet Thomas did not tailor his explanations of the car-buying process to accommodate him so he/we understood everything we needed. - He didn't receive the proper documentation (title) at time of purchase so he could complete his car registration. - Thomas saw us walking away from the car & off the lot, didn't make any effort to call us back to clarify the situation, hand us the key, and let us drive it away. - My son went back to Steve & Sons & had to wait 30 min for someone to attend to him, only to be told all documentation was at the other location. I had hoped for an exciting and fulfilling first-time car buying experience for my son, but he was left feeling disappointed, and was frustrated he had to go back to claim his documentation that should have been given to him in the first place. Set your expectations low if you decide to shop here.

The staff listened to what I needed and was able to fix the problem within 45 minutes, installing a new electric jack for my trailer. The pricing was more than fair. Some additional perks included; a parking lot that went clear around the building with ample space for trailers, coffee to keep me company during my short wait, and the fact that the problem was an emergency and an appointment was not necessary. My whole experience was stress-free and I experienced service beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend Curtis Trailers.

About two years ago prior to the trailer show my husband Leo & went to Curtis trailer in Portland & Charlie was the first sales finance manager that we had contact with. We also had the privilege to work with Brett and his wife Melissa. Their unity of working with us as been such an amazing journey. And to be honest two years later and we just purchased our brand new 2025 292Rl Travel Trailer. And what a joy & fun journey, from two years ago until today June 15, 2025, Charlie never changed! He's has been very very courteous, warm, informative, supportive and personable. Even being sympathetic, as we have also lost family members along the two years. With Charlies years upon years of experience & knowledge about RV campers, he has made our RV buying experience one of the best memories ever that we HONESTLY TREASURE. Last March 28, 2024, we brought our Tiffin Wayfarer in for warranty and maintenance work. No work once done and April 6, 2024, after leaving the keys on the driver's seat (standard practice there for any RVs left for service), someone drove it off the lot, through a gate. Through "Mercedes me" app, we located it April 10th and the sheriff had it towed to a lot and then back to LazyDays for repair. The thieves had torn off the front bumper, broken the right front jack, damaged the drawer slides, tore off the ventilation pipe, thus creating a hole in the roof, & damaged the water pump. By July 20th, we insisted & got it back to attend a rally, but only a new key fob obtained and the front body repair work was done in that 4 months (no maintenance nor warranty work nor repair of damages). We returned it to LazyDays 9/5/2024 only because the Tiffin Company and our insurance agents advised us to. They still needed to do the warranty work, repairs and maintenance. Feb 3, 2025 we hired an attorney to try to get the work done and our RV returned. After many letter from her to corporate, we finally picked up our RV May 15, 2025 repaired. So basically their service department had our RV for a total of 13 months. So unless you don't care if your RV is stolen and damaged through their negligence and then kept for more than a year getting shoddy work, we would advise against buying from them and using them for service.

All they did was transfer me from person to person. The salesperson just ignored my calls and texts. They are waiting until the warranty expires to respond. Do not buy anything from these people.
