They towed a rental vehicle for us that was in an accident and then six months later we got a bill for thousands of dollars. They kept the car for 51 days and didn't bother trying to find the owner even though they had the accident report from the police. They do this stuff on purpose to screw people over. They will try and extort you any way possible. My insurance company was disgusted by this. Whoever runs this company lacks any integrity and they are the problem with this world. You will be better off tying a rope around your waist and pulling your car down the road. I would rather deadlift my car out of the ditch and rip my back in half than deal with these people. I would rather give myself a hernia so bad that my intestines fall into my testicle sack than work with these people.
