Kevin the used car manager, Nate in sales, and Mike in finance were all incredibly transparent and helpful with me from the start. What I really appreciate is that, even though I had to do this deal completely over the phone and via text, they took my business seriously the whole way through. Not only that, they even drove over an hour to come get me in Columbia County and drive me back to the dealership so I could test drive the car. They worked harder to get me numbers and I'm thankful and fortunate they had the color and trim I wanted. That helped for sure! I got the deal I wanted. IMO, Newberg Ford beat Damerow, Landmark, Tonkin/Hillsboro, Bud Clary Ford in customer service, professionalism, and price!! That's rare to get all 3! They didn't even force me to put a deposit or a down payment to hold the car. They just marked it as sold! Just an A+ experience from top to bottom. I would highly recommend at least giving them a look before purchasing your Ford elsewhere if you're in the greater Portland metro area. I hope you get the same experience I did.

Typically at Ford (locally) I get charged $100 ish for a diagnostic fee and that goes to repair as well ( had these done on my 2019 F-250 diesel which is more expensive on maintenance . Especially on something easy like this. They want $200+ (crazy) 'testing fee' and the $300+ for parts and labor (standard). David couldn't help me on this but at least he informed me of my maintenance recommendations due 14k miles ago which are up to date. All this to say, the repair is scheduled elsewhere. I am happy to pay for the repair. I just don't have the confidence these guys will give me a fair(subjective it's a dealership, I know) price or not lead with a sale. Hope this helps someone.

I came to Newberg CDJR (across the street) specifically because of an AutoTrader listing for a 2024 Hyundai IONIQ 5 Limited AWD with approximately 10,000 miles, VIN ending in 2095. When I arrived, the salesperson (Mike Jeffers) asked me if I knew the VIN of the vehicle I was there to see. I thought that was an odd question at the time... especially because I was subsequently told that they only had one IONIQ 5. We went across the street to Newberg Chevrolet to check out the vehicle. We test drove the only IONIQ 5 they had, and then spent time negotiating a purchase. I was ultimately given an offer with a selling price and trade-in value to consider After leaving the dealership, I discovered that the vehicle I had actually test driven and negotiated for was not the vehicle I thought I was buying The advertised vehicle was: VIN ending 2095 2024 IONIQ 5 Limited ----AWD---- Approximately ---10,500-- miles The vehicle I was actually shown and given pricing for was: VIN ending 0428 2024 IONIQ 5 Limited ---RWD--- Approximately ---25,800-- miles They only had one Ioniq 5 in either lot. So the vehicle I was shown had more than twice the mileage and was RWD instead of the advertised AWD vehicle. The advertised car and the test drive car were not the same.... And they only had ONE Ioniq 5 on the lot. ...At no point during the test drive or negotiations was it made clear to me that I was being shown a different vehicle from the one they had advertised. Had I bought it I would have thought I was buying an AWD and actually getting a RWD. What makes the experience even MORE concerning to me is that as I was considering my options I went back to the website to check the Carfax only to find the listing for the 10,000-mile AWD vehicle, as well as the dealership's own online listing for it had disappeared... in effect removing the VIN discrepancy footprint from the web Whether this was intentional or the result of extraordinarily poor inventory management, I can't know. ...But as a customer, the result was the same: I came in to look at an advertised 10,000-mile AWD vehicle and was instead test-driving and negotiating the purchase of a 25,000-mile RWD vehicle without being told they were different cars, which is the definition of BAIT AMD SWITCH. That experience destroyed my confidence in the dealership, and I walked away - which is too bad because I was previously very comfortable doing business with them, having purchased vehicles from them in the past. While I don't blame Mike explicitly he is certainly complicit with his sales manage Russell in all of this. I will not be back and would advise you to go elsewhere. This place is suspect. Negotiate with caution.

Not only did she try to help the best she could but she also called another team member that could answer some of the questions we had. Although we are still determining whether to get a trailer and which trailer to get I would highly recommend them for their great customer service. If they are this good when looking I can only imagine what it would be like to do business with them. for the help and if we decide to get the Xventure V3 we will definitely be back to 99 West Trailers.

On my way to work about a month ago, I was driving on I-205 S in a torrential downpour. It was…read moreearly, and very dark. Suddenly, I hear a horrible sound and seems to be coming from MY vehicle! It sounded like something had gotten caught underneath my engine and was dragging along the concrete. I pulled over to investigate, and from what I could see in the dark and rain, it looked like the lower engine cover (skid plate) had come loose while I was driving and had been dragging. This cover was DESTROYED. At this point, I'm thinking "well, it's 5AM, and I'm halfway to work. I can drive home and destroy this thing more, or drive to work and destroy this thing more". I went to work. After making some calls, I finally got in touch with Tyler's Automotive. I explained the situation, and they said they could help me out. I drove over on my lunch break (scraping all the way), and they were able to take the skid plate off. It was in PIECES. They said they could order the part, and that they'd call me with a quote later on. I got the quote, and we made an appointment for a couple days later. I had made an appointment for 11AM, and arrived 5 minutes beforehand (again on my lunch break). They took my keys, and someone went out and started my car. It sat there idling for about 15 minutes before anyone got in it and drove it into the garage. All told, it took 45 minutes and $240, but the skid plate was replaced. I was thankful they could take care of everything, and grateful to have my vehicle back in action. I gave 4 stars due to not being taken care of at the scheduled appointment time. Since I only get 30 minutes for my lunch break, I needed this to be taken care of quickly, and I had been told they could do it in less than 30 minutes. That being said, I'd still recommend this shop. They were friendly and helpful, and they did the job quickly once they started.

Their solution was to replace the front end of the engine... and then recommend (upsale) that they should probably do a whole engine rebuild. TA was able to identify the 'short' and fix the issues for less than $500. Appreciate them listening to me and working with me solve the problem vs just trying to sell me something I didn't need. I recommend this shop to my friends and family.
