The battery is great, the warranty is great but they scratched my fender while installing the battery. They refuse to take responsibility, but I literally just detailed the car the day before and the paint was PERFECT. I hadn't even taken it out of the garage until I took it to interstate. Make sure to watch them install your battery if you bring a car in there that you care about. You can very clearly see how nice my paint is but hairline scratches right where he stood to replace the battery. It might be nothing to the manager, but it's something to me. The sales person, Morgan was actually completely wowed by my car. Looks like I have some buffing to do. Edit: The company response is a lie. They never, NEVER offered any semblance of help. Just the opposite. The manager just kept repeating the lie that he couldn't possibly have scratched the car, again and again while ignoring me. He dismissed me at every turn, repeatedly. I'm even more disappointed now! I never even wanted anything from him, only wanted him to be more careful with customer's cars. I'm guessing the PR guy that wrote the response was also lied to by the manager. Sorry man. read more

There is no reason the person that delivers to this location needs to park directly in front of the store blocking both a handicap parking spot and the ramp that is for wheelchair access. When bringing this to his attention he gave a rude excuse and said he'll pray for me. Jesus would never block access for handicap people just to make his job easier. I was a batteries + customer for many years, mostly for small wafer batteries, rechargeables and things like that. But I also have a number of vehicles and found that their car and especially their motorcycle batteries didn't have the CCA stats I needed. Started looking around for another supplier a few years ago and came across this place. This in a husband and wife business. The husband works at the store over by Raleigh Hills. He is a Military veteran and then some. Great prices, very good customer service and the place is well stocked. They offer a Veteran discount if you show your ID. The wife is "the brains" of the operation. That is to say that she knows a lot about electricity and as a BSEE with 50 years in the biz when I ask her a question she responds as someone who really knows what she's talking about. Everything she's ever recommended has worked out perfectly for me and I really appreciate that. I don't shop at this store nearly as often as their other branch but this store is right across from Costco. And since they are open 7 days a week, if I am at Costco and need something electricity related, I'll stop in here. Both stores are similarly stocked regarding inventory. The staff here is also great. They get you in and out the door with a great price and a smile quickly. I might be able to save a few pennies buying at one of the box stores but I greatly value local businesses and do my best to support them when ever I can. They will R&R your battery and will even install car batteries while you wait. I've never asked them to install my motorcycle batteries but I suppose they might. read more

Great service! They were available by to emediately replace my failed battery. My battery had completely corroded the contacts and they fell apart. The manager calmly offered to get the part for me to get the battery installed. He drove off to get the part and came back to get it installed. This level of service is unheard of. My truck all of a sudden started to have problems with starting and I had to use a jump box for a few days before and after work. So I called this place up since they're close to home to see if they had a battery for my truck and they did! The folks here could not have been nicer or more professional. I took in my Samsung Galaxy S5 that I had dropped. The phone appeared to function (e.g. I could hear calls and texts arriving) but there was no visible display and swiping didn't seem to work. They replaced the screen and all seemed well -- but the touch only worked intermittently. After several tries, they generously refunded my money and took back the screen. While it may have been a faulty screen component, it just as well may have been a problem deeper in my phone. Kudos to them! read more
