Southwest Trailer Service Let me start by saying these guys…read moreare THE BEST in town. I needed trailer wiring and a brake control kit installed in my 2019 F150. They did an excellent job communicating, and the installation went very smoothly. The controller looks like it came from the Ford factory and cleanly fits in the dashboard. The 7-way RV plug was flush-mounted in the bumper. It looks better than the factory installs I've had in the past! These guys are reprograming my computer so everything will work as if it came from the factory pre-installed. Let's talk cost...they were far more competitive than any dealer quote I received. And, they were able to get me in way faster as well. Ford told me two weeks. They scheduled the install within a few days of my call. What a ridiculous place. I'm not sure these people know what true customer service is. Ordered a…read moretrailer in January and finally after a huge fiasco and countless calls finally figured out it was never ordered. Finally it came in in June. Drove the 6 hrs to pick it up. Then was told to help compensate us for our time they would order a deck on the neck for us and sell it to us at cost. Well that wasn't there so we would have to come back for it later. That finally can in at the end of July. We told the salesman to please measure it before we drove another 6 hrs to get. We then drove to come pick it up just to find out that it was 25% rusted and corroded because it want painted. There were also weld burn marks on the wood. We're willing to take it but was not paying even dealer cost as we knew this would not even had been acceptable to the dealer. We were offered a new one that will be hopefully shipped straight to us. I will believe it when I see it. The most irritating thing is the salesman had to have seen this when we measured it. Very frustrated and will update my review once I actually receive the deck on the neck at my home without them thinking we are paying for the shipping. ***Update...maybe getting some results. We are going up on the 12th to pick up the damaged one at no charge. We will have to do some repairs but it's a start and they are trying to make it right. Updated to 2 stars for now, until we get up there and see what happens. At least we are finally getting something even though it's been almost two months. ***Final update.. picked up the "deck on the neck". No charge and was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Wish we could have gotten this service in the beginning. Based on the recent customer service I have updated the review to four stars. We feel that I'm the end they did make it right and we thank them for that.
