On the day of installation Ryan was at the house by 9 a.m, and he stayed until the job was finished, which was no easy task since we have so many windows that needed sensors. A few weeks late in putting in this review. We really thought that people who cared about doing a good job in this area was obsolete. This is not true of the service Ryan did for us with the ADT home security system. First of all there was no high pressure sell, only and explanation of what could be done and a friendly, professional service. Scheduled an appointment and showed up right on time. So very patient in explaining everything and reviewing questions over again without any show of irritation. We needed home security system upgrade, we contacted five security companies. After careful comparisons, we chose Ryan to install the ADP system. After his 10-hour thorough work, we are happily convinced that we have made the right decision. With the first phone call to other securities companies, the most we can accomplish is to schedule a home visit appointment. When I called Ryan, he spent an hour patiently answer all my questions, during the dialog, he made me understand what upgrade we might need, choices of devices, what it takes for the installation, how does the contract work, and cost of the system etc. I then send him some photos of the current security system, so he was able to confirm what he thought of our existing system. Then he followed with a detailed proposal by email immediately. Ryan let us know ahead of time that the installation would take 7-8 hours. On the day he was here, he spent more time carefully inspecting our current system, testing every door and window, motion sensors, glass breakers etc, before proceeding to enhance the system with the new devices. It turned out it took him 10 hours to complete the job, because he wants to ensure every detail has been covered, and we learned the system well. When we decided to have a security system installed, my first concern was finding someone we could trust who would not oversell us, etc. We hit the jackpot with Ryan. Ryan presented us with different options, emphasizing the practicalities specific to our home. There was no over sale whatsoever. This review is long overdue, as Ryan installed a security system in my home 4 months ago. He was INCREDIBLY friendly and thorough from start to finish! Not only did he arrive right on time (early, in fact), he spent pretty much the entire day working on getting the system installed, (mostly because he was so patient in answering all of our questions, and wasn't going to leave until we were completely satisfied with how everything worked). We discussed a few options for where to place the motion sensors, and he didn't hesitate to move them around to test in different locations. He even offered up suggestions. I never felt rushed or that I was annoying him with my questions in understanding all the features of the system. Ryan patiently walked me through the considerations and gave me a ton of valuable information over the course of two phone conversations. Ryan was sincere and customer focused throughout and I never felt like Ryan was trying to sell me any products or services that I didn't need. On installation day, Ryan was prompt, efficient and thorough. I appreciate that he was focused on the aesthetics as well as the functionality, ensuring that he hid wires wherever possible, and asking for my preferences where a decision was needed. Where do I begin? I have been researching alarm systems & local companies for over a year and finally chose to get an ADT quote through Ryan. I could not be happier with my choice! Ryan came out the same day to look at my house & cleared his schedule to accommodate an installation before I went out of town the same weekend! EXCELLENT in every area I can think of! PRICE: the areas you can get differing prices are on ADT monthly monitoring fees and any additional equipment needed past the "free" system.
