Stay away from these scummy A-holes!…read more I stopped to look at a older, small, inexpensive (But way overpriced) Dodge RV I was handed the keys by an old lady at a desk and told "a lady just had service work to it and traded it on a larger unit" They said she had the water pump replaced and it could have been and possibly the radiator but it really needed head gaskets and the work that was done was Years ago! And they know it! Scum Bag Scammers. They are looking for someone that doesn't know any better. When I handed the keys back to the old lady at the desk I said "It's really a little too rough for me" and she immediately cut me off and said "Okay Bye!" So I continued with "Well, you might also want to know it needs head gaskets" and she followed with "Why do you think that?" Then before I could say anything more she yells at her husband across the room "He says it needs head gaskets!" His response was "You know head gaskets are only about $500" I said "They are a horrible job on a V8 van" and walked out. (I'm a trained 30+ year veteran automotive mechanic.) It's rusty, gross inside and out, missing parts on the outside and interior, they claimed everything inside works but I sure wouldn't trust them. Plus to top it off, I was SO beside myself by how dismissive and rude they were that I forgot to mention the tires are SO rotten if anyone was to drive it very far a tire or two WILL FAIL and rollover or send someone down a mountain side to their DEATH. These are shady Ass People with a gross attitude... Move on from this Sh*t Hole! Pardon my French but they Suck.

We discovered things that were not divulged : leveling jacks not working, awning broken, the couch literally fell over when I attempted to recline it holding my son! INCREDIBLY DISAPPOINTED!!!! If those are the things I noticed, what else is wrong?! All you have is your word AND they are NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!!! When asked for any reimbursement we were told sales are slow... wonder why?! You'd think if sales were slow they'd be sure their inventory was ready to go as promised!

Ive been a customer for what feels like about 6 years now. I mostly use their service department…read moreto care for my motorhome. Are they perfect? No. But take a drive up and down Main Street and find one that is. I used (and was abused by) no fewer than three service companies along Main Street before I found AZ RV Supercenter. One company (just to the east of them) repaired my generator to gas tank connection only to leave me stranded just hours later leaking gas in a Costco parking lot. One charged me so much for minor repairs I had to take out a second mortgage on my home and get a part time job. Is it sometimes hard to get a hold of the service department? Yes. Are they always exactly on time to complete the work? No. But the mechanical world of RV's and coaches is as unpredictable as any industry and the more thorough they are, the more time it takes to handle concerns. The more time it takes to handle my concern, the more your concern is pushed out into the future and vice versa. Above all those things I want honesty and fair pricing. I get that with these guys. I've learned to give RV service people a wide berth. I give 7-10 days longer for repairs than what I think I should allot and I have never been disappointed. I don't drop off my rig the week leading up to a holiday and I don't make unrealistic demands. I want them to be thorough and if, as is often the case, they find something wrong that wasn't part of the original issue I want it addressed for safety and peace of mind. Anna Marie runs the service department. You will recognize her as the one who gets things done. Nobody busts their butt more than that woman and it would be wise if you brought her flowers and/or chocolates routinely because she is so valuable to the process. Once, while at NASCAR, we blew a water pump on day one and had no idea what to do, so I called Anna Marie. She just happened to have a mobile unit working NASCAR and (although they were booked) within an hour she had the guy installing a new one in my rig. I expected to pay standard NASCAR gouging fees for the new water pump and they charged me what they would have charged if I would have brought it in to the shop. How's that for service? I have yet to deal with anyone who provides more honest service with similar pricing and I've been to a large handful over the years. Thank you Anna Marie and crew!

He is very skilled…read more The joint between the front cap and roof on our RV leaked during heavy rain shortly after we arrived at the KOA. I called both mobile RV repair places that advertised in the KOA map. Joe, from ESH Mobile RV returned my call. He was able to schedule us for working on it. He found that the sealant had failed. He was able to pull it off by hand. Also, manufacturer had used self tapping screws, which he was able to pull out by hand. He replaced the loose screws with better ones, cleaned joint properly, and resealed it for us with dicor. Our next door neighbor had a water heater that didn't always work on electric power. He asked Joe to look at it for him. Joe logically tracked it down to a loose neutral in the outlet that the water heater plugged into, plus a burnt connector going to the on off switch. He quickly and efficiently fixed the water heater for my neighbor as well.

Therefore, I tend to use the online contact forms on a company's website. If they respond in a timely manner, that shows me that they want my business. When using the contact form on the website for DIGN Homes about my need for roof repair after a storm, I never heard a peep from the company. No phone call, text or email. However, (and this may just be a coincidence), the next morning at 9:20am someone is ringing my doorbell as I am sleeping. I have signs at both my doors stating I am a night shift worker. Do not disturb. I live in a gated community so no strangers should be able to get in and ring the bell. I get up thinking a neighbor needs help. Instead I see a carpet cleaning van in front of my home. Did DIGN Homes send a carpet cleaner unannounced in response to a roofing job??? Either way there was no communication from this company after I submitted my inquiry online. Don't set up an online form if you're not going to use it.
