I went to Ruth's Chris for the first time with 7 friends and we had a great dinner. The restaurant is huge, the staff is very friendly and there is a patio with fans. The food came out promptly and our server was attentive. The food was delish, although one of our bread loaves had mold on it. Drinks were great too. A little overpriced in my opinion but ambiance and service was well worth it!

I have lived in Orlando for over four to five years and always wanted to try Ruth's Chris and I was not disappointed. The restaurant was very elegant and I loved their three course meals for $55. This was definitely a steal. I took my sister to dinner to celebrate her 5k and we had such a nice experience . I ordered the Cesar salad which was refreshing and crispy , I tried the stuffed chicken with spinach and mashed potatoes, omg the stuffed chicken was amazing. It wasn't filled too much and came out hot . The spinach was soft and buttery and melted in my mouth. Ruth's Chris is definitely a nice place to go if you want wine and dine or just enjoy time with family or friends . I also like they make things personal with little notes to celebrate birthday or anniversaries . Our server was so nice and helped make great recommendations .

Ruth's Chris Steakhouse did not disappoint! This was my first visit to the restaurant and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I started with the stuffed mushrooms loaded with crab meat (so good) and a crisp Caesar salad. For the main event, I went with the Ruth's Classic filet topped with shrimp--perfectly cooked, buttery tender, and honestly melts in your mouth. Worth every penny. I sipped on a smooth red wine and later tried one of their signature cocktails--both spot on. Yes, it's a splurge, but for a special occasion, this place is 100% worth it. Highly recommend!

Perfect for happy hour! The calamari, ribeye and a salad are the perfect combination. They usually also have some drink special

Had a dinner at the bar with some incredible friends and we just Had an incredible dining experience. I started with the calamari which was just phenomenal my go to dish even on take out. Decided to do the three course meal which Started me out with Caesar salad which wasn't soggy, and was very good. 2nd course was The surf and turf was cooked to perfection--absolutely mouthwatering. 3rd was the cheesecake dessert. I wasn't much of a fan but my friends enjoyed it. The bar service was top-notch, making our evening even more enjoyable. Lynn was great and the young lady he was working with (didn't catch her name) but amazing!!!! Ruth's Chris never disappoints when it comes to quality food and service.

Came here for our anniversary! I have been to the one in west palm beach and on sand lake and this location tops it all, mostly because of the customer service! The food at all locations are consistently great but we had an amazing experience at this location. Everyone was so kind from the host to our amazing server Abigail to the food runners and to the nice manager that checked on us Peter. Hudson boxed up our food and was the sweetest!!!!! It's a beautiful location as well. 100% will be my new steak house spot as a steakhouse connoisseur myself. THANK YOU!

Visited for dinner tonight and they had happy hour! Looks like they revamped the menu which was nice! We got the tuna, shrimp (on happy hour) and the stuffed chicken which is the best chicken in the world as well as steak. Our waitress was Jenna and she was so sweet! We enjoyed our dinner and delicious just like we remembered. Would love to come back and try that chicken sandwich on there as well as zucchini fries.

Went online and placed a pick up order and selected a time that was provided as an option. Although they were not busy yet - Food was not available at the selected time for pick up. Had to wait about an extra 25 -30 minutes. Please don't provide select time slots for pick up if this is truly not an available option. Got home and discovered my Brussels sprouts were burnt. $75 (to include gratuity for no reason) for burnt food.

We had a great time celebrating our anniversary here. While the happy hour wasn't quite what we'd hoped the steaks were delicious and so were the sides. The cream of spinach and mushrooms were excellent. The steaks were supposed to be medium and while mine came out rare I didn't let them take it back and fix it because I'd rather eat it that way than risk it being undercooked. Hubbys was supposed to be medium rare and it came out quite rare as well. He had the steak for two by himself. Staff was excellent and we had a good time. I was honestly a bit surprised by the prices since it seems more of a chain restaurant. The wine list left something to be desired and the happy hour drinks menu could stand to be expanded.

Such a great spot for a solid happy hour! Visited Ruth Chris for HH mid week just after 4PM and was easily able to get a seat at the bar. The bartenders were attentive and friendly. I heard that this location recently underwent a complete renovation and it clearly shows as the space inside is immaculate. Their HH items start at $9 which is a steal for such an upscale chain. The old fashioned I had was just right and tasted amazing for the price. My fiance was very happy with his dirty martini as well. If you're a shrimp fan, I highly recommend their spicy shrimp appetizer. Addictive and hits the spot. Definitely one of the classiest spots for an affordable happy hour in Orlando!

We visited this new location to celebrate Thanksgiving with my in-laws as well as my Father in law's birthday. The inside of the restaurant has a much lighter and more open feel than the previous location. It's also much larger than I expected by looking at the outside of the building. When you walk in, there's a dining room to the right and a bar to the left but there's also a second seating area behind the bar that I didn't even realize was there until my last visit. This is such a great spot for an elevated celebration. They had a special table waiting for us with confetti on the table, which was a very classy touch. Our server excellent, taking time to explain each of their offerings, which was very helpful for our group's dietary restrictions and preferences. My husband and I each ordered salads, split a filet on their signature 500 degree plate, and selected several sides. Our favorite side was the au gratin potatoes -- they were the perfect amount of gooey bubble cheese and slices potato. We ordered several desserts including their special apple cobbler a la mode. Ruth's is always on our short list of local places to bring friends or family who enjoy a stale house. We'll absolutely be back!

This place has a great meeting room with two large screens and it's to the side of the dining room, so no traffic throughout other than attendees. Sound is good and you can see the screens from any seat. Service is always good. Food is fantastic. Unfortunately my friends steak was a bit overcooked but when you're putting out 50 steaks at the same time, I'd say a mistake here and there is expected. My steak, however, was perfect. I ate half and took the other half home, with their mashed potatoes and spinach. The sides are delicious. The artichoke goat cheese dip was great! It is served with toasts. The bread and butter is always good. This is a new location as they leveled their old one and built this new one just across the parking lot. It's very contemporary. Parking is valet or public lot.

The interior kinda has a hipster-rustic vibe but with more comfortable chairs. Prices seemed reasonable. Service seemed a bit overwheled but again, I think the massive event letting out had something to do with that. I got a cheese board, truffled fries, fried chicken caviar, and a deviled affogato for dessert. My date for the creste di gallo and the olive oil citrus cake. Everything was was very good, with the standout being the fries; I know that truffle essence flavor isn't for everyone but it worked really well for me in the fry sauce. My dates pasta was also very good, the pesto sauce was zesty and complimented it well. And I really like the olive oil cake with mascarpone, super light and perfectly sweet. The very minor issues were that the fried chicken was pretty deeply fried and way harder than expected, which I don't mind but may not be your thing. Devil's food cake at the bottom of the affogato was also not as sweet as I would have liked. Overall a really enjoyable experience. Would definitely recommend.

My only gripes -- it can get VERY loud... like, too loud. Especially if you're with your Grandma and trying to have a conversation. Also, it can be a bit pricy and the items add up. Don't order an espresso martini with reposado because it'll cost about $35. The servers are always on point and I feel are knowledgeable about the menu and the drinks. Thankfully, one of them warned me about the espresso martini cost so I dodged that bullet. I love the wine options and there's so many amazing ones to try. Same for the menu, lots of variety and you really can't go wrong.

Inside is elegant just as well with lovely art pieces, decor and lighting. They just started doing brunch on Sundays when I went so it was nice to experience it and see their curated menu. When I made the reservation I requested a scenic ambiance spot which they had the perfect table for me and my server Erin surprised me with a complimentary glass of bubbles, I assume the prosecco which was such a treat being to start off my birthday lunch! I had some main goals of YES and I NEED, which was a nice bottle of wine, those gorgeous blue and white printed plates, the blue crab cannoli, and the ousters. All of which I received in the best presentation possible. The team at Lorelei even made my lunch ever so special by serving everything on those plates along with enhancing my blue crab cannoli with caviar on the top instead of the regular fish eggs that are placed which I was just full of joy and happiness seeing how special they surprised and customized my dishes for me! 5 Star update to include their incredible new food program! (Get the carrots and red cabbage salad…read moreand the pan con tomate STAT.) Quicksand is a natural wine bar that will change the way Orlandoans expect to feel at a bar. Pro-tip: ask the staff for suggestions and settle in! It's no secret that I've become a big fan of natural wine in the past few years, and that is 100% due to Golden Hour - a wine shop in Baldwin Park that I randomly discovered on their first day open. Heather, who brought us Golden Hour, opened Quicksand in late 2024 for those of us wondering why Orlando doesn't have a great wine bar like the ones we've seen in cities around the world for decades. ***Finding the bar: Quicksand is located directly next to Educe Salon (across from Black Bean Deli). It does not have a big sign, but it's the first door you'll see as you walk from the parking lot. ***Parking: Did I mention the large parking lot? There's plenty of parking available there, or on street behind the bar. ***Service style: As you walk in, head to the part of the bar closest to the entrance where you can get recs from their staff and don't have to try to bully your way through folks sitting at the bar to get their attention. ## Did I mention that everything here is intentional? From that simple detail that makes ordering another glass MUCH easier than flagging someone down in the middle of the bar, to the position of the speakers... *** The Food: Chef Leah Cordova has crafted a seasonal menu at Quicksand, currently consisting of sandwiches, small plates, and some heartier dishes. All of them have a focus on quality ingredients with many sourcing their components from local farms or special producers. My faves include: - Pan con tomate: The tomato here is actually a combination of fresh slices of small tomatoes as well as another preparation that adds a wonderful tang. It's truly a special version of this small dish. - Whichever salad they are featuring, but special mention to the carrot and red cabbage salad that has just the perfect amount of fennel! - The white bean dish. I didn't catch the name, but it's a winner! - Cacio e pepe: This is exactly the rich, creamy dish you are dreaming of. - Whichever ice cream they are featuring (Chef Leah also operated Sweet Thyme, her ice-cream project with inventive flavors. Faves include the black pepper and date as well as the carrot cake) ***Ambiance: As you walk in you'll feel enveloped in a warm glow of subtle sconces and feel immediately comfortable. It feels like Quicksand has always been here. It's unstuffy, unfussy, and so inviting it has me researching squatter's rights... The music will sound loud at first, but then you'll realize you don't have to raise your voice at all to talk to people. This is because the speakers have been built into the furniture low and towards the floor. INTENTIONALITY. Besides the volume, the playlist has been painstakingly curated by the team so that you'll enjoy the music, but not quite be able to place the artist. ***The WHY And now, my favorite part. The wall of farmers/winemakers. Someone on staff filled me in to the fact that these are portraits of the various human beings who farm, harvest, and create the wines you can get at the bar. These are actual people, not giant corporations. And that same staff member reminded me that these individual producers are farmers for 11 months and 2 weeks of the year, and wine makers for only 2 weeks. None of these people are household names. None of them are in it for the money. They are in it to produce beautiful wine the way it has been produced since the beginning of wine-making: with minimal intervention, meaning no insane additives that give me headaches; and no mass production. The thing I've come to love about "natural" wine is that it is intensely principled. Quicksand is what happens when *every single link* in the supply chain (Farmer/Producer; Importer; Distributor; and Wine Bar) prioritizes principles over profits. And you can feel it the moment you walk in. This is not a corporate chain, nor will you find multiple locations and franchises. Not only is the wine list filled with some of the most incredible bottles I've had the pleasure of trying (many of which you can't get anywhere else in Florida), but the staff truly believes in the power of creating this special "third space" for a community to gather around good, ethically-sourced wine. I can't wait until they start serving bites alongside the wine! (Someone told me the small menu will consist of cheeses, charcuterie, focaccia, chips, etc.) SALUD!

The staff was very knowledgeable about all of the different wines and helped to select the best glass for what I was in the mood for that evening. The bar was very clean and there is a lot more space then what you see when you first walk in. It was all very clean and modern looking inside. Looking forward to my next trip in.

They have comfortable seating and fans on the walls, which helped keep things cool and cozy. It's definitely a great spot to get together after work and wind down with friends, coworkers, or even new people. Trivia Night was a blast! The host kept everyone entertained, engaged, and laughing throughout the evening. It felt very well-organized and had a nice community feel -- I'd absolutely go again for that experience alone. A few things did surprise me, though. Since it's a wine bar, I expected mostly alcoholic drinks, but their Instagram made it seem like they also offered non-alcoholic options. When I asked for a soda, I was told they only serve alcohol -- no soft drinks, no mocktails. So if you're not drinking, plan to bring your own or grab something before you go. Later in the night, I got hungry. Their Instagram also gave me the impression that they served food, but they actually don't -- the food comes from a food truck around the back. When I went to order, the lady running the truck told me, "I'd rather sell out...," which threw me off. I wasn't sure what she meant, but it came across as rude or maybe even personal, which was disappointing since I was ready to buy something. That said, I don't hold that against Grape and The Grain itself. The staff inside were kind and welcoming, the crowd was friendly, and the overall vibe was great. For the atmosphere, comfort, and fun trivia experience, they get a full 5 stars from me. I'll definitely be back -- next time I'll just eat beforehand and bring my own non-alcoholic drink!
