The atmosphere and interior is stunning! Very fun and modern! I came here for our wedding anniversary and immediately entering we were impressed. The food came out to be wonderful! We thoroughly enjoyed everything! The service is great too however our server didnt show up to our table too much and never offered any refills on our water. But overall we had a great time bc the food was great! And she missed 1 tapas that we ordered and never got! But it's overall still a great place to gather and dine! We also ordered a pitcher of sangria and it was good!

Beer sangria? What magic is this?

Wow! Really impressed with this place. Park in back, entrance is right on the main corner. I came here for the Bite30 menu. Service was absolutely amazing. Everything was explained extremely well and throughout the entire meal it felt like if I needed something someone would be there. I sat at the hightops near the bar. Comfortable, casual, ready to eat. The course started with a sangria: Red, white, or beer. Wait, what... beer? Okay, that's new to me. New enough to not even think of the others....and, it worked. The beer was more of a light aftertaste. Nothing like I would have imagined. I started with the TOMATILLO HUMMUS - Tomatillo salsa, jalapeño, fried chickpeas, coca slices. Tasty and more filling than I thought it would be. Following that was the TRUFFLE CARBONARA - Linguini, wild mushrooms, bacon, garlic cream, green peas, poached egg. A great version of a carbonara dish! If this wasn't my one meal of the day, I would have been taking half of it home with me. To end the adventure I went for the CHURROS CON CHOCOLATE - Traditional fried dough, chocolate sauce, dulce de leche. A perfect way to conclude the dinner. Not too big, but certainly not too small either. Yes, I'll be back -- and not just myself next time!

We were driving around Winter Park around noon on a Saturday and passed by Bulla Gastrobar and decided to stop in. Luckily, it looked like the brunch crowd was thinning out so we were able to get a table without a reservation. Bulla serves tapas style meaning you should probably get at least two items if you are not sharing with the table. Looking at the menu, my husband and I both realized that if you are going to get three items each, it really was the best value to get the Brunch Prix Fixe for $32 although it did seem like a lot of food. In hindsight, we probably should have shared one Brunch Prix Fixe and then got one or two other items as I ended up taking food home. There is also a Bottomless Sangrias and Mimosas for $23 but we aren't big drinkers. I did get a hot tea though. For the first course, I ordered the Potato Tortilla and my husband ordered the Sopa de Garbanzo Frita. As soon as they arrived, I realized it was going to be too much food because each one was huge. My potatoes were very thinly sliced and soft and delicious, especially with a swipe of the garlic aioli. My husband liked his chickpea soup but did say it was a little spicy. It also comes with a poached egg in the soup. That was another thing - most of the Prix Fixe items, especially the second course, come with either fried or poached egg and I only eat scrambled which made it hard to choose the next course. I got the Chicken and Waffles which came with three thin breaded chicken fillets sandwiched between super fluffy waffle quarters, served with a rosemary maple syrup. It was all so good, that you could eat the chicken and the waffles without the syrup if you wanted but I used the syrup for the herby flavor. I took home two of the waffle quarters and one piece of chicken for a waffle sandwich at home. My husband's braised pork hash was also really good, and came with another poached egg. For the final sweets course, we both ordered the Hazelnut Waffles (yes, yes, I know, I ordered two waffle dishes in a row). These were so yummy, just slathered with Nutella, whipped white chocolate cream, and chocolate chips. All in all, a great brunch!

I've been here a handful of times (for both dinner and brunch), but I've gotta say that coming for brunch is my favorite! This review is specifically about their brunch prix fixe menu and bottomless mimosas. But the whole vibe of this place is giving Spanish tapas style dining. The brunch prix fixe menu comes with 3 courses and is absolutely worth the $32! I was so full by the end of it. And had food to take home too. The smoked salmon montaditos were my fav, but the Benedict and flan de coco definitely deserve honorable mentions. And then to top it off the bottomless mimosas and sangrias are only $23/person (one mimosa is like $12 so it's super worth it). At first the mimosas were rolling out kind of slowly, but then our server picked up the vibe that we were here to DRINK so he kept serving up the mimosas and sangrias at our pace :) I love that you can alternate between mimosas and sangrias instead of just sticking to one or the other.

I came to Bulla for the brunch and unlimited mimosas! Me and group of friends had a reservation on Saturday to celebrate a birthday! Upon walking in, it was very lively. Even though it was busy, we were promptly sat. Our server was super sweet and immediately got us drinks and accommodated part of our party arriving late. The first order was brought out fast. We got the croquettes and they were amazing. The pulled pork and huevous rancheros were also really good. For the last course, they brought out a birthday surprise of churros for my friend. It was a very sweet gesture, and we like how they kept the celebration low key. Overall, we had such a good experience and can't wait to come back!

I adore this place. It's so simple, modern, and comforting to dine at. I love either coming to the bar during lunch hours or dining at a table for their fixated brunch. The service is relatively quick and the people there are consistently bringing out your food as soon as possible and by name. Referring to, appetizers first ..entrees ..desserts. Love coming back to here whenever I am not sure what I want to eat :)!

Great place to get a bite with a group! I love going to tapas restaurants because you can try a bit of everything. Every plate was delicious but the dates were by far the best thing. I would suggest doubling up on them bc you'll want more than one. Our server was super great at giving us recs and she also suggested we come back for happy hour so definitely will be returning soon. There is a parking garage and little down the street and it's free so it's a perfect place to park for the strip.

YUM!!! I love a tapas place so I was super excited to try bullas! My favorite bites were the dates, patatas bravas, and burger! Seriously you cannot leave without trying these items ESPECIALLY the dates I cannot stop thinking about them. The service was good our waiter was super helpful and nice! The restaurant is also super nice and such a vibe. She told us about happy hour and I am excited to come and try that. Parking was in a garage and super easy to get to. Ok back to the dates cause thy were just that good. I want to go back so soon!

We had a 7:30 reservation on a Saturday and were seated immediately. I started with the bougie Palmer, which was a little lemony for my liking. My husband typically drinks modelo or corona, which they did not have on their menu so he got a Stella and then tried the 1906 reserva especial. Now for food, we ordered the tuna tartare, truffle carbonara with shrimp, and montaditos (the servers recommendation). We loved the tuna tartare, it was super fresh and the sesame vinaigrette really made it flavorful. One con was that it came with limited chips and we had to finish eating it with the spoon. For the carbonara with shrimp, the shrimp was perfectly charred and the dish was great. The montaditos was our least favorite and would not order again; the brisket was dry and the concept on the bread was strange- it was hard to bite it but also too big to eat it in one bite. Lastly we got the cheesecake which was a creamy passionfruit cheesecake. The passionfruit was a little overpowering, but other than that it was good if you like passionfruit. Some other items I would love to try next time and omit from this experience!

As you can see from the photos we dug into the tapas before taking the photos! The tortilla was by far our favorite, I haven't had one this good since my vacations in Spain, I would go back just for this, maybe 2 of them. The garlic shrimp was good but not great. The papayas bravas were good too with flavor but not overpowering spice. The paella was good, it was the slightly crunchy rice style which I'm not a huge fan of, but the seafood was perfect and the flavor was good. The pasta as good too with a perfectly poached egg. And the churros they brought as a free birthday dessert were delicious, I'm picky with chocolate and I could've drunk that chocolate sauce.

Went tonight for a dinner sponsored by a drug rep in healthcare. They had us in a meeting room which was nice and closed off to rest of restaurant. Service was good. A bit slow though. Which was shocking cause the restaurant itself was not overly busy. They had a pre set menu for us. Got to try a bunch of the tapas plates. For my entree I got the carbonara and added shrimp. Everything was top notch as usual.

The Arugula Salad was very fresh and flavorful and that dish was enough for two people to share as an appetizer/side salad. The raviolis and langosta were beautiful and complemented each other very well. The Tres Leches was again very beautifully presented and tasty, but I probably wouldn't order it again (a little too dry and too sweet for me). The steak frites are just as magnificent as my boyfriend and I remembered. Have you ever had a food memory? Years ago, my dad made the best steak I've ever had. He passed away when I was a kid, and two summers ago, when I took my first bite of the steak here, my mouth watered... but so did my eyes. It was one of the strangest, most beautiful experiences I've ever had at a restaurant. For a moment, it felt like Dad was sitting at the table with us. To taste something so familiar, something I hadn't experienced in over twenty years, was surreal. That's not a compliment I hand out lightly. So we each had that For this visit, we started with the rock shrimp tacos, and they absolutely did not disappoint. They packed a nice little kick without overwhelming the dish, and we practically inhaled them. Of course, we had to finish the meal the same way we did last time: with churros. Somehow they were even better than we remembered. Crispy, warm, perfectly sweet, exactly the kind of dessert that makes you argue over who gets the last bite. My boyfriend ordered two Old Fashioneds, and I had two Cosmos. Both were delicious and definitely generous on the pour. I was a little concerned when we arrived for our 8:00 p.m. reservation because the place was PACKED for a Thursday night. We ended up waiting a bit past our reservation time. The hostess suggested we grab a drink at the bar, but that area was just as crowded, so we hung out in the lobby instead. The wait ended up being completely worth it because we were seated at the exact table I was secretly hoping for: the most perfect little corner window booth, straight out of a movie scene. It was the ideal setting for our last night of vacation. And then there was our server, Anton. Anton could teach a master class on waiting tables. He was efficient, funny, attentive without hovering, knowledgeable without being pretentious, and genuinely seemed to enjoy what he was doing. In a world where great service sometimes feels like a lost art, Anton was an absolute delight. The Ravenous Pig delivered once again: phenomenal food, excellent cocktails, memorable service, and one of those meals you'll still be talking about long after you've gone home. The cauliflower appetizer missed the mark a bit for me, the pieces were a little too big and came out slightly undercooked. There are TV's on both sides of the bar and at the entrance of the restaurant. I was able to indulge in World Cup soccer. Happy Hour is from 4pm-6pm Monday - Friday. Quite a few items are marked down to $10 as are some of the cocktails. I started with a $10 Lamp Martini (Dirty Gin Martini). I liked it although, it was super mini. I can see why it was "only" $10. I'd prefer a regular sized glass. I can't believe they charge $1 for blue cheese olives. The bartender recommended the Caesar Salad and told me it was one of the best items on the menu. Super duper different. I've never had a Caesar salad like this one. It's like little sandwich bites of salad. I really liked it. These things lived up to the bartender hype. Then, I tried the $10 Deviled Eggs. They were pretty standard. Then, I had the $10 Chili Bomb Hummus. I love a really good hummus and this one was that. Up next, "The Best Espresso Martini in Orlando," Whoops, actually it wasn't this time the bartender lied to me. Wine Bar George still holds that title. I wish the espresso was brewed at the bar, but she told me it was from some place down the street. Lastly, I had the $14 Charred Cauliflower. I liked this thing too. I wish they made a spicy version. My favorite thing to enjoy at DBA is their Wednesday girl dinner special. It features a choice of drink (I get a gin martini, but there's a margherita, wine, and beer option), fries, and a caesar salad for $25. You can add fried chicken to the salad for an additional fee, and it's worth it for the lightly battered, tender chicken that they add. This Wednesday special is brilliant and absolutely delicious. The fries are perfect (get the honey mustard!), and the salad would be something I would order time and time again, even off the special. My friend got the double smashburger and the smell of the caramelized onions compelled me to ask for a bite. I'm willing to stray from my fries and salad to enjoy this burger again next time. I'm still thinking about it days later... For dessert, I enjoyed the chocolate olive oil cake (a nod to the beloved olive oil cake at their sister restaurant next door). Take a look at my photos to see this dish in all of its glory. Though it's small, we all shared in the rich dessert and left fully satisfied. Again- big fan of DBA and plan to hit them up much more often now that I've rediscovered their Wednesday special! Previous review: 5 Stars for boozy but balanced cocktails, a chill atmosphere, bites that stay on my mind for days, and staff that makes you feel like family. dba recently opened as a sister concept to The Strand nextdoor. It's owned by the same family and carries over a similarly casual-chic, unpretentious atmosphere with quality offerings that will make it a staple in your rotation. No, really, I've been there 3 times in 2 weeks... Where The Strand is an outstanding neighborhood restaurant which happens to also feature an interesting beverage program, dba is an outstanding little cocktail bar which happens to also feature an interesting bites menu. Both do everything they do really well. In terms of drinks, my go-to is the cigarette for breakfast- essentially their take on an old fashioned, but every drink I've ordered has been equally potent and balanced. The drinks have got nuance. I've also ordered a wet gin martini with blue cheese olives and that classic was done to perfection. But, if you aren't a drinker, don't fret- I went with a friend who is pregnant and they were able to concoct a fun mocktail for her as well. in terms of bites, you can't go wrong with the duck flatbread (I have been dreaming about it since!), the pan con tomate, or the cacio e pepe deviled eggs (same as on the menu next door). Next time I'm definitely trying the octopus salad! Finally, ambiance. This spot feels like you're sitting in a good friend's cozy living room. Assuming your good friend has impeccable taste and plenty of time for a curated thrift store haul. They've got records playing great tunes (you'll get some quick quiet moments as they change the vinyls throughout the night) and the lighting is dim. Again, it's unpretentious and is the kind of place you want to really settle into on a weekday night. Can't wait for my next visit!
