Aperol spritz

Cocktails were great, very strong and nice size. We got the goat cheese dip and spicy shrimp for appetizers. Both were good but very small portions. You only got 7 shrimp for $27 and there wasn't much dip for $20. We all got the 4oz filets with shrimp. Steaks were fine but didn't taste like the best quality, especially compared to other steakhouses in the area. Mashed potatoes were good. For dessert, carrot cake was good flavor though so very sweet. Bread pudding on the other hand was excellent. The vibe inside is pretty non-existent. It wasn't super busy and it was so quiet you could hear the overhead music clearly like it was the radio playing. Jason, our server, was fantastic. Valet parking is available, on 2nd Ave., for $15.

We dined in last night for a nice meal. My husband and myself both had New York Strips. We were able to share with our daughters and cut them for us. We also had Au gratin potatoes and lobster macaroni and cheese. My daughters enjoyed their Caesar salads and my husband and myself had a house and chopped salad. We shared a crème brule for dessert and I enjoyed an espresso martini. The steak was definitely the highlight.. Great experience.

Great sides. Steamed broccoli is healthy

First time here and I was blown away. My husband and I came in on a Sunday evening after bringing our son to camp for a week (yay date night !!) Friendly staff upon arrival and once seated our waiter, Rhett asked us how to pronounce our last name (we made no mention of our name so he must have known from our reservation name) what a personal touch to begin our dinner service ... We ordered SO much food so let me summarize as best I can Shrimp cocktail- AHHH amazing ! Chilled perfectly , HUGE and oh so fresh .. loved the cocktail sauce .. had a perfect touch of horseradish spice to it BBQ- SO good , sizzling and buttery Cowboy ribeye Oscar style... husband ordered and LOVED it.. I normally am not a ribeye girl and I LOVED the bite he willing to sacrifice for me 8 ounce center cup fillet with jumbo lobster tail from the "Chef summer selection " part of menu.. this was FANTASTIC! Beautiful cooked steak melted in my mouth and lots of flavor lobster tail was SO plump and flavorful.. SIDES- Cremini mushrooms.. I mean mushrooms are mushrooms but for some reason, these were so flavorful and juicy and just beautifully prepared so glad we ordered them . Garlic Mashed potatoes- soooo creamy and delicious! Creamed spinach was one of my favorite things! It was sooooo good! We got crème brûlée for dessert and it was fantastic! The drinks were amazing. The service was spectacular and we had such a great time. Our waiter Rhett was incredible and made us feel special without being overbearing. We shared some great conversation and it was so much fun getting to know him. We cannot wait to go back!

I was in town for a conference and was craving steak so walked down the road to try out Ruth's Chris in this city. I've been to RC three times before, especially during pharmaceutical presentations, and I always love their steak. Love their Caesar salad and their steak. Service staff are always attentive. Place is it dimly to exude fine dining. Overall, never disappoints.

This was my first time coming to Ruth's Chris. I came here with my boyfriend during restaurant week. I had the steak, creamed spinach, and tried the chicken. The steak was great, cooked perfectly and very flavorful. But honestly, the creamed spinach was the highlight of the main. It was sooooo good! Very creamy and cheesy. The service was great! I went when Microsoft was down so the staff was writing down all orders. Very professional and attentive service. The vibe was fancy and there were people wearing business casual but others were wearing nice jeans with sneakers.

The steak was like butter on a scorching hot plate. We opted for the restaurant week special. The spicy shrimp appetizer was great especially with the pickled vegetables. The salad and dessert were not memorable but the steak was amazing. Service was impeccable and they went above and beyond for my birthday. It was dimly lit and earth tone old world themed. I enjoyed it very much.

Celebrated our 4 years of marriage, the food is always prepared nicely and plated beautifully however taste wise could be better. The service was the best by far which made for the experience.

Comped desert :)

Steaks and sides were delicious! Service was great. Went for our 3rd wedding anniversary. Arrived early for our reservation and we're seated right away!

Ambiance is formal and dimly lit, romantic if need be. Service was stellar and professional. Our server was awesome. She was engaging but not overbearing. Bigger venue than it looks. Plenty of seating and spread out and doesn't feel too tight. Come here expecting to spend a good amount of money. I think most people in the restaurant looked very high end and wealthy. Food was good. Got the garlic crusted sea bass which was cooked to perfection. Added a lobster tail which could not be beat. However did get mashed potatoes for the kiddo and that was very bland and so it was a hard hit to see the price for simple mash. Drinks were delicious. Got the raspberry martini, a bit of tart with sweet. Ended it with a very decadent flourless chocolate cake. Would recommend and would come back but expect at minimum $75/person if not more. Don't want sticker shock. Is it the best place we've ever eaten? No. Is it the best bang for your buck? No. But for thanksgiving dinner, we were grateful for them to be open and appreciative of the staff working! Happy eating!

Is their valet stand on 10th or 2nd? It's cold outside, and I'm trying to plan the quickest parking. Thank you.

No valet. Parking across the street in the pay for park lot.

Are barbecued pork ribs on the menu?

Nope

The wine list is really thoughtful and leans toward smaller, lesser-known producers and unique regions. Even if you know wine well, there are still plenty of interesting picks here. Just note that by-the-glass options are limited, so it's more of a place where you end up ordering a bottle. The space is beautifully designed. Very minimal, clean, and intentional. It feels elevated without being overdone. It is definitely expensive for what it is. Both the wine and food lean high in price, but you're also paying for the atmosphere and overall experience. The menu is also a bit different in a fun way. The tinned fish selection stands out and isn't something you see often. The radish butter and bread was a highlight and absolutely worth ordering. Service is a little unconventional since you order at the counter, which feels a bit off given the pricing, but everything still runs smoothly.

Small, but mighty. Cozy, but not necessarily comfortable. Great wine, good food…read more The concept is great! A fabulous wine menu and knowledgeable staff. We wanted a recommendation and the wine picked for us was excellent. Went with the Plavac Milos. The food is honestly incredible! The carrots were my favorite. Someday I'll get enough courage to try the tinned fish. I wish seating was a little more comfortable for the whole "drink a bottle and stay awhile" vibe. It also can get pretty loud when it's busy in the tight quarters.
