Another spot the oldman suggested that we stop off... so he could pee. Well, that's the conclusion I'm coming to. Sccccrrreeeatch! Record stops. Locals ask "Where ya'll from?" Our answer: Car show. This review is based on one food item only.... The Rusty Combination.... I have not really been in the bar or had any other food from Rusty's, but I ALWAYS get a large combo with pepperoncinis.... I grew up in Tracy and whenever my uncles, who also grew up in Tracy, came to visit, a trip to Rusty's or Tracy Joe's or whatever this place was called at that time was a priority. Well, the owner may have changed a few time over the years, but the pizza has remained a constant and for that I am grateful!.... please, dont ever change the pizza! Ok Let's start with if you are looking for good customer service do not patronize this establishment! I ordered a veggie pizza add meat becauseeee oh I don't know maybe because I like vegetables? the pizza I get is meat with mushrooms and onions. I Call Rustys to ask about any green veggies and am talked to so rudely by the young lady answering the phone as well as some young man yelling rudely in the background about the pizza I received, that she had to tell him to shut up. My only question was ummm ma'am if someone is ordering a veggie pizza don't you think that the fact that you are out of said veggies is some need to know information? but ok you and rusty won't receive another dollar of my money and keep on this path and when you close I'll just buy a papa John's which is conveniently right next door. read more

I ordered two large pizzas and wings last night and I was informed they would be ready in 1.5 hours. That's ok I can wait, they're busy and I understand business. I show up 1.5 hours later and ask for my pizza only to be told it has not yet been made or put in the oven. By the way they were out of wings. This is 1.5 hours after ordering the pizzas and wings. I was given an additional wait time of 25 minutes, What choice do I have at this point but to wait. I wait the 25 minutes and when my pizzas were ready Rusty's tried to charge me for the wings. It's so disappointing when a business cannot gets their act together and their customers are left waiting out in the cold. I won't be going there again. Good luck all. read more

I can't say much about the bar but you have to get the pizza. I had the pepperoni and the meat combo . You will not be disappointed. The pizza had a really nice crunchy crust, great sauce and just an all around great pizza. Anytime I visit my family in Tracy and we are thinking pizza this will always be our go to. read more

Just moved to the area and was looking for a place that everyone could enjoy. It was after a little league game so we had huge party. We ordered almost everything off the menu. We had three different flavors of the wings and they were all great. Chicken tenders, fries, jalapeño poppers were standard. The onion rings and parmasen garlic fries were great. The pizza was great as well. The service was nice and fast. We had a huge group and there was another party nice enough to move their stuff off a table so we could sit together. The pizza and beer are really good with great prices. But the music was blaring, so loud that we could not even talk. We had a party of 10 for a birthday party. And when we asked the bartender to turn it down just a tad she told me she couldn't because Rusty just turned it up. If we hadn't just ordered and paid for our pizza we would have probably left. Someone in our group asked again and they finally turned it down a little. I'm a fan of music and I do like it loud but not when you and friends are trying to have a conversation. Cash only, be prepared. Bathrooms aren't that great but hey if you gotta go then you gotta go! This place is chill. Bartenders are awesome & the prices are great. I came here a few times with friends just to have a drink or two and chill and relax for a few minutes or so. They have booths along the walls, two large tables in the center, & the bar of course. I heard that their pizza is good but I haven't had a chance to try it yet, only been there for the booze. Haha! Anywho, they do have an ATM machine so you can get cash. We've come here a few times for pizza and beer. They have good pizza. And you can pick it up to go if you like. They also have a decent but limited lunch menu. I had the chicken sandwich.
