The food is really good the pizza is crispy and gooey but there were barely any wings in one order.

Ok Let's start with if you are looking for good customer service do not patronize this establishment! I ordered a veggie pizza add meat becauseeee oh I don't know maybe because I like vegetables? the pizza I get is meat with mushrooms and onions. I Call Rustys to ask about any green veggies and am talked to so rudely by the young lady answering the phone as well as some young man yelling rudely in the background about the pizza I received, that she had to tell him to shut up. This review is based on one food item only.... The Rusty Combination.... I have not really been in the bar or had any other food from Rusty's, but I ALWAYS get a large combo with pepperoncinis.... I grew up in Tracy and whenever my uncles, who also grew up in Tracy, came to visit, a trip to Rusty's or Tracy Joe's or whatever this place was called at that time was a priority. I ordered two large pizzas and wings last night and I was informed they would be ready in 1.5 hours. That's ok I can wait, they're busy and I understand business. I show up 1.5 hours later and ask for my pizza only to be told it has not yet been made or put in the oven. By the way they were out of wings. This is 1.5 hours after ordering the pizzas and wings. I was given an additional wait time of 25 minutes, What choice do I have at this point but to wait. I wait the 25 minutes and when my pizzas were ready Rusty's tried to charge me for the wings. It's so disappointing when a business cannot gets their act together and their customers are left waiting out in the cold. I won't be going there again. Good luck all. read more

I can't say much about the bar but you have to get the pizza. I had the pepperoni and the meat combo . You will not be disappointed. Just moved to the area and was looking for a place that everyone could enjoy. It was after a little league game so we had huge party. We ordered almost everything off the menu. We had three different flavors of the wings and they were all great. Chicken tenders, fries, jalapeño poppers were standard. The onion rings and parmasen garlic fries were great. The pizza was great as well. The service was nice and fast. We had a huge group and there was another party nice enough to move their stuff off a table so we could sit together. The pizza and beer are really good with great prices. But the music was blaring, so loud that we could not even talk. We had a party of 10 for a birthday party. And when we asked the bartender to turn it down just a tad she told me she couldn't because Rusty just turned it up. If we hadn't just ordered and paid for our pizza we would have probably left. Someone in our group asked again and they finally turned it down a little. I'm a fan of music and I do like it loud but not when you and friends are trying to have a conversation. First time coming here and was shocked that it's an actual bar, and pizza place is actually a small dirty kitchen. The staff are very rude. There was a dirty Tupperware with some sort of meat( I asked and was told they were sausages) just lying there on the table. Looks so nasty! We are definitely not coming back here. Cash only, be prepared. Bathrooms aren't that great but hey if you gotta go then you gotta go! This place is chill. Bartenders are awesome & the prices are great. I came here a few times with friends just to have a drink or two and chill and relax for a few minutes or so. They have booths along the walls, two large tables in the center, & the bar of course. I heard that their pizza is good but I haven't had a chance to try it yet, only been there for the booze. Haha! Anywho, they do have an ATM machine so you can get cash. There is a fee but I don't remember how much. Parking is small so carpool with some friends or Uber if it's available in Tracy, lol. read more

i had to call 911 .. literally everything aside from the bartender was terrible!! the "security guard" who was heavily intoxicated very suddenly called last call but instead of saying the words he told everyone "get the fuck out!!!" of course me being the only new person there i was targeted and bullied out of the bar while everyone stayed and watched..i was told racial slurs by another customer but was still told to get out by the staff who was siding with that customer because they had a history at the bar.. i highly do not recommend this bar for any new resident.. stay away as they do not respect new residents to their town.. i got this vibe from more than just one customer.. i don't understand how you expect to grow a business with this ignorant and prejudice mindset. for a customer to have to call 911 against staff members for my safety is just a level that shouldn't be reached by any person. read more
