Megan said there was plenty of bacon on her burger so she was less concerned about the meat to bun ratio. Her onion rings were tasty and uniform enough that they seemed out of a bag. It reminded me of a Waffle House but more spacious and real cheese. I ordered the veggie omelet, while my husband ordered the western omelet. Here the omelets are proper omelets, light and fluffy. perfectly yellow, (no brown anywhere) presented with a your choice of grits or hash browns and toast. We chose the hash browns and were satisfied with both of our meals, (although my original browns were not as crispy as I like, they were quickly exchanged to my satisfaction). This was a breakfast that actually stayed with us for five hours. I love a substantial breakfast on the weekends because I am usually very busy running around and can't always stop to eat on schedule. Customer service was great today because the entire staff "showed up". The entire team attended to all customers, offering assistance, refills, and whatever was needed. This is a great way of meeting the needs of the customers because you don't have to wait for service and you don't have to try and "hunt down" your particular waiter or waitress.
