The gumbo was a filé-style, and while the texture and balance of chicken, andouille sausage (which had a great kick), and rice were just right, the broth itself was a bit one-note--mainly the filé flavor came through. I probably wouldn't order it again, but to be fair, I make a pretty killer gumbo myself, so I might be spoiled!
