I also noticed that they have a serious repair shop for truck mounts. The best part is the location, it's a few minutes off of the highway so there's very easy access. Since having three main living area floors completed, I have had Century Tile remodel two of my bathrooms. Christy always makes sure all materials are ordered and delivered on time prior to the job and can always be trusted to lean you in the correct direction both in terms of style and quality. Mike, their project coordinator, is beyond great. Just as with the first job, he is always a phone call or text away to answer any questions. He also send the best people he has to complete the job, both in terms of skills needed as well as adhering to your timeline. No matter how many jobs he has going, he consistently checks in with his workers and you to make sure items are going smoothly. Added onto this, the workers are not only skilled, but a pleasure to work with. They are professional, have always left the areas they are working on clean - even throughout the job- and communicate with you throughout the entire process. More importantly, they problem solve as needed to make sure the job is completed with exceptional quality! I am currently saving and working with Mike and Christy to have my shower/downstairs bathroom remodeled and cannot wait to have an updated shower and a beautiful downstairs bathroom! Did find a fridge with a good price with minor dent. paid the asked price and paid for delivery with installation. This is the last thing that went well Was promised a Saturday morning deliver. They use a 3rd party delivery service and never scheduled with them. When I called the store to get it resolved, they three-way called the delivery person and tried to make it my issue to work out with him. Needless to say, it did not get delivered as promised. When it was delivered, they wanted an additional $65 to bring it in as the doors had to be removed to bring in. Its less than 5 min work to remove and put the doors back on. Called store and quit arguing when then got it down to $20. Then the delivery guy wanted another $50 to connect the water claiming the old line was "too old". It was only a couple years old and a 1/4 plastic line like every other water line for a fridge. Let him finish installing and only gave him $20. So, I they messed up the delivery. Handled it badly. The delivery person tried multiple ways to upcharge then still ended up shelling out $20 extra. Not a large sum but it was wrong to be charged. Is having integrity and pride in the service you deliver a lost art. Greed is not a business tactic.

They came to my house; reviewed my existing system installed in 1979, recommended replacements and gave me a flexible installation schedule. I liked that the recommended replacement parts were not necessarily the most expensive possibilities. The replacement parts did address my concerns. The new central vac system added an electric power head with an On/Off button on the wand. Best Vac replaced 6 wall vacuum inlets and installed the new "main" unit in under 4 hours. The price I paid was less than their estimate and the price was reasonable. The new central vacuum is MUCH quieter and more powerful than the old system. THANKS!!!
