The layout makes it easy to browse without feeling chaotic, and the inventory turns over enough that every visit brings something new to discover. I've found some genuinely special pieces here, including a vintage Florentine tray and a Matson ormolu perfume bottle that basically begged me to take it home. They have a warehouse sale on the first Sunday of each month, and it's a great chance to spot some extra gems at amazing prices. I didn't need any furniture, but I still managed to leave with a piece of crewel embroidered artwork for an absolute steal. Jane is kind and fun to chat with, and the entire team at Remix has been just as warm. The vibe is relaxed, friendly, and unpretentious, which makes the whole experience even more enjoyable. After we paid, an employee pulled us to the side saying he didn't see my boyfriend scan Zebra Cakes. We had to go to the back with our kids, which was embarrassing. The total was only $12.69, and we explained it was an honest mistake from moving fast with kids. Taking our IDs and pictures over that amount was excessive. For loyal customers, this was handled very poorly.
