I had an emergency dental visit during the holidays for onset of tooth pain from wisdom teeth and I…read moreended up being referred to Beacon for wisdom teeth removal where I was seen by Dr. Lieblick. The overall experience was poor. They only provide out of network insurance coverage, which typically means an increased cost to the patient, but I was assured by Dr. Lieblick the surgery would be uncomplicated after doing X-rays and I was eager to have some pain relief and get rid of the problem. After my surgery, there was no post op check from the doctor, I was monitored by a dental assistant until my spouse picked me up. I had questions regarding the procedure, but he had already stepped into his next case so no review or discharge was given from him. One week after the surgery, I was still in extensive pain that radiated to my jaw and temple, significant swelling across my face and in the back of my throat making it difficult to swallow, and a foul taste in my mouth. Giving benefit of the doubt, I did a call consultation on a Saturday where the on call doctor, Dr. Rehrer, told me to "ride it out" because the symptoms were normal, but offered to come in if the information above persisted on Monday. I did, so they were able to squeeze me in where Dr. Rehrer took a quick look inside my mouth and told me "everything looks fine, unfortunately you have delayed healing." I came in that Monday seeking help and instead felt dismissed by the surgeon. As a first time mom who is currently nursing and having all these dental issues it has been extremely difficult and painful to eat and even swallow liquid due to swelling and Dr. Rehrer did not offer any further assistance or empathy for that matter. Still in pain, I sought a second opinion from another doctor. They told me Dr. Lieblick left an exposed root, I had dry socket, and I was started on antibiotics and even steroids for the major inflammation. With such a vast difference on the post care diagnosis - I can't help but write a poor review based on my surgery, post op care, and overall experience that left me feeling neglected as a patient. I would not recommend this office to a friend

We brought our son in for care, fully explaining ahead of time that he is a child with special needs. Instead of showing any patience, understanding, or willingness to accommodate him, Dr. Sadakah refused to provide services when my son was unable to complete the X-rays. What was most concerning is that he didn't even attempt to examine my son's mouth--there was no effort to build trust, no attempt to adapt to his needs, and no alternative solutions offered. We were simply dismissed and sent away. This is especially frustrating because the clinic presents itself as a place that supports patients who may need extra patience or accommodations for children with disabilities/specials needs. Based on our experience, that was not reflected at all in how our child was treated. Families with special needs children already face significant barriers when accessing healthcare. We came in hoping for compassion and understanding, and instead left feeling dismissed. I would strongly caution other families of special needs children before coming here. This was not a supportive or accommodating environment, and it was a very discouraging experience for our family.

The dentist is great, the front office staff horrible. Good thing I had pain .eds for him while I for his filled. He had a terrible blood blister, one front office staff kept giving misinformation or none at all. This was done Nov 2019. I had to call insurance for coverage since they could not get it right, one front office no help, had to wait to talk to back office. For it figured out, but when they billed, billed different, so it was up to me again, many calls to insurance and dental office. Working full-time while trying to get this straightened out. So fast forward to now July 27, 2020. My mother gets a call from the office, asking for me, they then leave a message for me, I am at work, work for the post office, so cannot answer the phone, they will turn me into collection unless I call by the end of the day....now I have not received one letter or one phone call prior to this and have figured this was done. I would suggest you go to his other office maybe they are better, at one point I was going to do that since his front office is soooo horrible. But Vancouver office was close to my mother's so she could take him. The only reason we went here was he was in the regence blue cross coverage. Also he was suppose to get sedative by pill, someone forgot so in order to work faster they made him drink some foul drink which he almost threw up. Great dentist if you can get past the staff, I would definitely go to his other office. Keep your little retainer thing, we discarded since staff said when it's comfortable you won't need, then he had big blood blister, painful until it popped, blood everywhere 3x. Ya put in retainer, dig out of garbage, then pad it so pressure is on blister. Dentist was great called back quickly on a holiday

Upon arrival I got greeted by the insurance coordinator Erica, who was very nice and helpful. After meeting with her the hygentist Emily took me back, examined what needed to be done and from there I met the wonderful dentist Dr Hanset. Not only was Dr hanset very nice but he also walked me through what the experience and work I was about to have done, he was very thorough and clear spoken. I have seen many many dentists over my 24 years of life and Dr hanset and his crew stuck out to me the most, everyone was awesome, but Dr hanset made my experience unforgettable. I wish I was local so I could make him my primary dentist. I would recommend Gresham advanced dentistry and Dr. Hanset to anyone who is nervous about going to the dentist, or just recommend them to anyone who needs or is looking for a new dentist. Clean, sterile, very nice group. Highly recommended from me.
