I needed to have a tooth pulled that was infected and causing me a lot of pain. I'm not local to the area but luckily advanced dentistry was able to get me in the same day, that was a blessing. Upon arrival I got greeted by the insurance coordinator Erica, who was very nice and helpful. After meeting with her the hygentist Emily took me back, examined what needed to be done and from there I met the wonderful dentist Dr Hanset. Not only was Dr hanset very nice but he also walked me through what the experience and work I was about to have done, he was very thorough and clear spoken. I have seen many many dentists over my 24 years of life and Dr hanset and his crew stuck out to me the most, everyone was awesome, but Dr hanset made my experience unforgettable. I wish I was local so I could make him my primary dentist. They offer a $45 per month insurance plan that may save you 20% off charges for certain procedures. I asked what the cost of one cavity would cost and they said $300. So even with the discount, the cost would be $240 for one cavity. Imagine what a cleaning will cost! They come into Gresham charging Beverly Hills prices, well, I am boycotting them and I hope they fail and get the hell out of town. Dr. Hanset is skilled and gentle. I had two crowns done in one appointment and it went very smoothly and they look and feel great. The staff work together well and i was treated with respect, honesty, and consideration. Their 3D scanning/milling machine created crowns that fit perfectly in a fraction of the time. FEAR NOTHING!!! I just got my teeth done by Dr. Hanset a cavity filling and he noticed across the way there was an extra cavity that the x-ray didn't pick up. So, I got them both done that same day-double trouble- WRONG it went great! I rocked the glasses they provided and looked awesome. Christy the dental assistant was warm and inviting and great conversationalist and passed the time for me in a pleasant manner. Dr. Kwon sold the business to Isaac Hanset. Dr. Hanset looked at my straight teeth on my first visit and asked if I was happy with my smile. He never gave me an oral exam, he trusted the hygienist's opinion. Every person that worked with Dr. Kwon has left the office. I had added Dr. Keon's dental insurance, and had it for several years until he sold the practice. His office staff called me and told me I'd save/pay less without that coverage. That was partially true, but over the long haul it was likely a ruse to get away from insurance companies and the payments/discounts provided to the dentist. Long story short, Doctor Hanset no longer accepts insurance and the quality of care has deteriorated to extremely poor. read more

It's been a while since my last teeth cleaning and I have to say Madisen is the best hygienist ever. Incredibly upset with this experience. I walked in for my cleaning and the front receptionist had no mask on. I asked her why she wasn't wearing one and she pointed to it on her desk saying I do have my mask. Hello? Lot of good it is doing on your desk! I'm very pregnant and not about to risk my health because this woman has no clue how to wear a mask. Excellent experience here! My mom went and recommended this dentist to me, so I went, and then my husband went. My crown fell off and they were able to quickly get me in for an appt. They have a machine that makes your crown right there in the office while you wait, so you are in and out with a new crown in under 2 hours!
