When I started, my 6 month old puppy struggles with really bad separation anxiety, anything loud terrified him and made him try to bolt away. I was feeling overwhelmed and completely discouraged that I was doing anything right with him. During our training journey had its challenges, especially correcting my bad training behaviors I was taught along time ago that weren't working. Chloe and Emily were there to guide and support me every step of the way and gave me updated tools that actually work! The one-on-one sessions and private lessons each week were beyond anything I could have imaged, so supportive and willing to spend the extra time in areas most dogs would have blazed through things, Odin needed the extra support for him to become more confident. I know now every dog moves at their own pace and you need to be patient. My training journey isn't over with Odin and glad you guys are apart of mine and Odin's journey. Emily is equally wonderful--warm, compassionate, and supportive throughout the entire process. They both clearly love what they do, and it shows in every interaction. When I started, my almost 3-year-old pug mix, Fifi, struggled with barking, reactivity, separation anxiety, and had no reliable recall or response to commands. I was feeling overwhelmed, and even being at home had become stressful. While the training journey had its challenges, especially as a first-time dog owner with no prior experience, Chloe and Emily were there to guide and support me every step of the way. Their patience and encouragement gave me the confidence to keep learning alongside Fifi. I hired this company…read morewith one goal in mind and the person that came out (I think he was the owner) had convinced me that he could do what I asked of him for my dog Bogey. At the time I hired this company for training, Bogey was 16 months old. I'm not expecting Bogey to be Lassie or anything close, and I'm not blaming the trainer or any of his employees for Bogey's behavior.  A little bit of background on Bogey. He was traumatized by someone when he was 6 months old while at a doggie day care.  Bogey and my son-in-law, who my dog used to get along great with, changed after the incident at the day care. My daughter and son-in-law were there to watch the presentation for the training company. The trainer saw Bogey's reaction to my son-in-law, obvious signs of fear and apprehension, and convinced us he could change Bogey's behavior. My daughter and I signed up with this company, feeling assured the trainer could change this behavior in Bogey. It was a $2700 investment combined. Due to Bogey's reaction to my son-in-law, my main concern was to get help in changing this behavior and stressed this concern with the trainer. Unfortunately the sessions seem to only focus on sitting, staying and placing. Honestly, I became frustrated with them only "training" me on how to teach Bogey how to sit, stay etc and NEVER addressing the reason I hired them. This is what caused me to quit going to there "group lessons". I felt it was truly a waste of my time and apparently not a concern of their's either, having paid $2700 for a lifetime of training. In addition, no effort has been made on their part to reach out to me to find out why I quit going. Now that I am living with my daughter and her family,  Bogey is traumatized throughout the day. When he sees my son-in-law, who works from home, he will hide behind furniture and won't socialize with other family members. This behavior only happens around my son-in-law. Bogey is so fearful he will urinate in the house and has even done so on my granddaughter.  I can't afford to hire another trainer now and am questioning if this company lacks concern for their clients or possibly it's a lack of knowledge on how to properly train a dog with behavioral issues. This has put me in a difficult situation and I now have to decide whether to let this trauma continue daily, not what I want, or find a new home for Bogey, which I also do not want. That's no life for any family member. So if you're looking for someone to teach you how to say "sit", "stay" or "place", this may be the company I would recommend but I feel that they may be limited in their training skills. If you're looking for a company that will follow up with you, you might want to keep looking for someone that cares about results and accomplishments. There were many other things that showed lack of attention on their part but the one thing I was hoping for never was addressed even when I brought it up. They either lack the skill to train out behavior issues or they simply don't care. If you look at their own post on Facebook, their only focused is on sit, stay and come. No mention of training out negative behaviors. No success stories about other training issues.

Super loving and gentle, especially around our newborn. He just had a few screws loose when he would see another dog, out on a walk or even just walking by our patio. One downside was that the facility was closed on Easter Sunday. I wish there had been an option to pick him up that day when I returned from my trip. During pickup, my experience at the front desk wasn't great. The staff member was speaking very loudly the entire time (possibly due to the barking in the background), but it came across as dismissive. There wasn't much eye contact or friendliness, which made the interaction feel impersonal. I also would have appreciated a quick update or report on how my dog did during his stay, as that would have added peace of mind. Overall, my dog seemed well cared for, but the customer service and communication could definitely be improved.

I left a voicemail and placed a few calls over the course of a couple weeks, and not a single one was returned. If this is how they handle inquiries, I can only imagine how unreliable they might be when it comes to actual training sessions. I would strongly urge the owner to not market your services on Yelp if you don't have a good intake process for handling inbound calls for potential clients to eliminate bad reviews on the poor communication and lack of professionalism in getting back to someone!

Luna & nova completed their 5 week board & train and they've shown awesome improvement in areas…read morethey needed extra support in. Luna engaged in a lot of leash pulling and some reactivity when she would see other dogs. Luna is now able to walk calmly and does not overreact when another dog is around or near her. Nova is an anxious pup and her board and train helped her be exposed to public areas, while working on her obedience, learning to settle, gained more confidence in herself and does really well with leash walking. Raymond was thorough and explained things with care and patience on how to continue their training at home, answered any question and concerns we had and provided us with feedback when he had us practice the tools he used with our girls.
