I will never use them again after my TERRIBLE experience. Initially used this service for a short business trip with success so tried again for a longer trip to see family between Christmas and NYE. The company sent a sitter I had never met who incorrectly used the pill injector on my sick, elderly cat and forced her to swallow the over inch-long applicator tip. Resulted in $3,000 emergency vet surgery to remove that I had to manage from out of town. So deeply stressful for me but mainly my poor elderly asthmatic cat!! They handled it but SO unnecessary and only happened bc of their bizarre business model where they pick whichever of their employees are available, not someone who knows your house/pet. So if you get one who knows what they're doing you don't necessarily get them again - it's totally random from the customer's perspective. Instead of enjoying my family I had to spend the time managing the emergency they created from afar, stressed and fuming that I trusted this company to send someone competent to care for my sweet older cat. After the first disastrous pill delivery issue they sent the **same person** again a day later who clearly doesn't know how to give a cat medication and she, again, incorrectly gave my cat her medication!!! My cat gets ill if she misses just one day, the medication is a high-dose steroid for her asthma. The employee did not know how to give her the pill, but still marked the medication as administered on their form (I only figured out it didn't happen when I read the notes) and instead of giving her the pill rubbed it on her gums -?!? I am FURIOUS for my poor cat and at the incompetence of this employee they continue to use, along with the management that assured me they know how to give cats medication and yet still sent this individual out after it was proved that they cannot give a cat medication effectively. The other employees seemed to be ok but I had no choice over who they sent over, meaning every visit was a gamble. If you need anything beyond the most basic service, avoid avoid avoid!!!

The sitters care for our fur babies so lovingly - we always travel with such peace of mind knowing our boys are looked after so well. They have an app now which makes communication even easier - they send emails/messages and many photos with every visit. The sitters follow any instructions very well - we used to have an elderly cat that needed medications and they took care of it no problems! Making reservations for visits in their app is so easy and they approve them very quickly or reach out if there are any issues or questions. They get very busy around major holidays but always make sure to give us a heads up before things get full - above and beyond! On our first visit, a manager came out to the house and met our pets and set us up with a very solid lock box for the house key that the sitters use to enter and exit. They check the mail and will water plants if needed too. They always give our boys so much love and treats and make sure they get some play time in every visit. They fill their food bowls, top off the water fountain, scoop the litter, and even sweep up! Great service! Their prices have gone up quite a bit since we first signed up - but what hasn't nowadays? Lol - their prices are comparable to other sitting companies locally and it's worth it for the peace of mind we get - huge ty to all our sitters and to Sitters4Paws for all your love and care!

And when they have sales, like when I went for, Black Friday, the sales were for an entire week afterwards and their store hours are for an entire 2 hours after normal hours. It was also 20% what I believe is the entire store AND some other deals as well. Good stuff! Staff was also friendly and helpful. I think they also have dog grooming and either a boarding or training area. If I'm ever in need of extra UVB lights, I'll check them out!

I refused to wait and do nothing, so they gave me their insurance and said to take her to the vet and they will pay for it. After going to the vet, this place now REFUSES to pay and the owner tells me that my dog hurt herself and it's not their fault. The owner was very rude and instead of talking to me, she kept yelling. I will NEVER take my dog here again. They will not own up to their mistakes.

Everyone on the team speaks to the dogs in a calm, soothing, gentle voice. I tell all my friends that it reminds me of a day spa for dogs. I can tell my little guy has so much fun here because he eagerly races inside and when I arrive to pick up him at the end of his stay he doesn't frantically leap into my arms like when he's finished at the vet - he is happy to see me but makes it clear that he's not quite ready to go LOL. Kind, compassionate pickups from our home and rides home (this helped when we were inundated with my husband's surgery and didn't have a spare person available to drive him) *Overnight Boarding: Amazing. They sent me lots of photos every day and were super conscientious about following his routine. I can't speak highly enough about the kindness, professionalism, patience, and compassion of this team. They all clearly love animals and I'm so happy and grateful.
