Tom is a great trainer. When I inquired, he called me and wanted to understand what I wanted for my…read moredog and what my concerns were. He told me to come early so he can evaluate her. Tom let me know he had a class that started two weeks ago but that I can come participate and watch and can decide if I wanted to join. I came late and I stood behind away from every dog because my dog was very fearful and reactive, barking at everyone. Tom let me start that day and told me I could be continue to come and would be added to the next cohort at the end of the month, he gave me those extra weeks without charging me extra. I have been going every session since 1/8 M-Th and my dog is doing very well she is less reactive and is finding a purpose. She gets excited to go because she puts her collar, leash, and jumps in the car. I also found out a lot of her reactivity and fear was because I was scared and she was feeding from my energy and also that she just wanted to play with the other dogs, I have learned how to read her body language she is progressing very well. He lets you come as many times as you want to his other basic classes to help you master your skills with your dog. The more you go the better and more confident you both become.

Words can't describe how thankful we are that We found Jacklyn with evergreen dog training…read more You can truly see that jacklyn LOVES what she does and takes personal interest in every dog she trains My white German shepherd BOLT was a mess before we found jacklyn ...other trainers could not train my dog let's just be honest! BOLT Had extreme leash reactivity , would fence fight with anything that would pass our fence . He was also very anxious and his stress level was always high ...hated bikes and skate boards We were giving up hope that this was going to be the new normal but we didn't want to give up so we called Jacklyn and let's just say the rest was history The amount of progress that bolt made in one week! Showed me that Jaclyn is the real deal! In about 1 week I went from getting constantly pulled on my walks .....to bolt walking right by my side ! Me and wife simply couldn't believe it In a month! We had bolts reactivity reduced dramatically. Dogs can literally be barking at bolt and he can be corrected to ignore them , he can walk by strangers He now tolerates bikes and skate boards His fence fighting has also improved big time Jacklyn will train you for success guaranteed! She will lead you to the water but she cant force you to drink it YOU NEED TO PUT IN THE WORK! Her training methods are practical and fairly easy to understand to take home and work on We put allot of work in with bolt and that's why we got the results we got. Jacklyn truly trained Me and Rachel to be great handlers for bolt Our bond with bolt has been strengthened dramatically If you truly love your dog and you know he needs training THIS IS A NO BRAINER! Just look at the cheesy smile! All thanks to Jacklyn!

They have been an…read moreabsolute lifesaver for me--not only helping with two puppy litters, but also consistently taking incredible care of all three of my Goldendoodles through their grooming services. The owner and the store clerk, Nick, are both extremely knowledgeable and genuinely care about what they do. Every time I walk in, I feel supported, informed, and taken care of. Their customer service is truly exceptional. What really sets them apart is their mobile grooming service--anytime I've been in a bind, they've come through for me without hesitation. That kind of reliability is hard to find! If you're looking for a place you can trust with your dogs, this is it. Highly recommend to anyone who wants quality care and a team that treats your pets like family.

I will NEVER COME HERE AGAIN…read more I took my maltipoo last week. I took her here maybe once before years ago. This is not my normal groomer. My dog just went to the vet for a physical exam just hours before and there were no issues. She is an indoor dog & does not socialize with any other dogs. She has never had an open wound, nor any incident with any other groomer in her life (5 years). My dog came home with cuts on her legs and face and I just found another on her ear this morning (it was masked by hair). I contacted the company and the groomer said the scab on her legs must have got caught on the clippers. She also said she doesn't like being cut on her face. I do not believe either of these statements. She has never had issue at any other groomer. My main complaint is that none of these were mentioned to me when I picked her up. It was only said after I called and told them what I found. The owner did contact me and apologize and offered to refund half the grooming price. I do appreciate that. However, Now that I found another cut on her ear, I'm honestly even more upset. There is no way that she went in there with all these cuts without my knowledge and without a licensed vet noticing them. She didn't because those cuts weren't there prior to her grooming, although the groomer claims they were. I should've have requested a full refund and medical care/products. Although I did receive an apology after contacting them, it doesn't negate this fact this shouldn't have ever happened. Now I have to spend money tend to her wounds medically and don't know what to do since this has never happened before. I'm just very irritated with the whole situation and hope I don't find any more cuts.

I can not express how much of an amazing trainer Ian is!…read more I have a dog, Deku, who had behavioral issues. Deku has been through a previous board and train, but I feel like that board and train mainly tackled his obedience, not his behavior issues. I let Ian know about all of this prior to boarding Deku and he made sure to explain his process with me. He also made me write down goals for Deku so that he can focus on them and make sure he tackled through them. I boarded Deku with Ian for 3 weeks and Ian made sure to send over progress pictures/videos every single day! I appreciated the content of Deku because that is basically my baby lol. There was a mid session where Ian taught me how to properly use the ecollar and showcasing what Deku has been up to the time he was with Ian. Deku was pretty much a different dog by the mid session, so it excited me to have him back after the 3rd week. The day I got Deku back, Ian showed me all of the progress and work Deku did and he was completely different. Deku stopped reacting towards people/other dogs and he was very obedient with following all commands! It's been almost a week now and Ian has checked in on Deku while he's been at home for the week and I also have follow-up sessions included in my service! I have been so happy with Deku is at! Before, I would be too scared to bring Deku out in public due to his reactivity/behavior, but I truly believe he is a completely different dog now, for the better! Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend Ian to EVERYONE. He is the real deal. I do feel like Ian knows how to connect with these dogs and emphasizes about how important relationships + communicating with your dog. Ian id the BEST!
