HORSE OWNERS AND RIDERS BEWARE!!! Jennie Lynn Cornwell of J.Lynn Horsemanship claims to be an expert in Foundation training, trail training, problem horses, rescue horses, colt-starting, and bomb-proofing for any eventing, as well as, hoof care, trailering, and horse care. In reality, she is scam artist and is reading information off the internet and experimenting on your horse. While my horses were at Prado, she took care of them convincing me she knew what she was doing, a few months later, she had spread rumors that she was my girlfriend (the thought is repulsive) and owned my horses and under her care, three of my horses became lame. I took my horses back East to the Gettysburg 150th Anniversary and the result was a nightmare. She had contracted to pay for half of the gas and her expenses, she paid for nothing, always telling me she had money coming when it never came; she claimed I owed her money for her paying Dr. Louis Yu's vet bills for my horses, so I reimbursed her for these alleged costs, now Dr. Yu is collecting from me because Jen lied and did not pay Dr. Yu as she asserted, nor has she paid the monies she owes Dr. Yu; she borrowed period Cavalry Uniforming and equipment totaling more than $1500 from people and stole it, never returning the items she borrowed; she has borrowed trailers to trailer horses and blankets and items inside the trailer have gone missing, her explanation, someone broke into the trailer; she was given instructions on how to care for my horses and as a result of her improper care, one of them collicked and had to be operated on at a cost of $15000, that same horse had an abscess which she failed to treat for several months and it eventually blew out the hoof causing it tear across the hoof and exposing the coffin bone; the horse that she rode whilst we were back East she almost killed from improper care and usage of equipment, the horse came back to me with sores on its face, neck and back and had to be treated when we came back; when she left Prado, she left a string of lame and injured horses in her wake and now I understand that she has been permanently banned from the stables. She is a menace and knows nothing about horsemanship or horses, except for what she parrots off the internet. Use this individual at your own risk and at the risk of your horses health. She will cause nothing but problems and damage to you, your horses and your finances. Don't let her get between you and your vet, as she will tell you she paid the vet when she didn't and collect from you whiles later on you will have a problem with the vet wanting too be paid. She told Dr. Yu all sorts of lies as to why I hadn't paid her when I didn't authorize nor contract Dr. Yu to do anything with my horses - I didn't even know Dr. Yu was working on my horses. She had told people at the stables that I was paying them for taking care of my other horses while I was gone back East and I knew nothing of this nor authorized any of this. I found out about it on the way back when people were calling me and when I arrived at the stables when people came up to me asking for money - I had had my own people taking care of my horses. ALL I CAN SAY, IS IF YOU WANT NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS AND LIES AND FINANCIAL PROBLEMS AND YOUR HORSES ENDING UP LAME OR IN AN OPERATION OR DEAD - THEN BY ALL MEANS WORK WITH JEN CORNWELL OF J.LYNN HORSEMANSHIP.
