Samantha was very good at sending us daily video/photo updates which allowed us to see her transform into a more obedient dog over the 3 weeks. She made sure to take her to various locations to expose her to different environments (outdoor malls; pet stores, dog beaches, etc). It really seemed like she was having a blast while still being trained well! It's been a few weeks now since Bailey is back home and we truly see a difference in her walks. She walks along side us and doesn't pull on the leash. She is much more calm when seeing other dogs. We 100% recommend her to anyone!

Throughout the entire 6 weeks, there were no updates from him. We had to reach out ourselves just to get simple pictures of our dog. We received no videos and no real updates on his progress. Once the 6 weeks were up, he continued making excuses as to why our dog needed additional training. He also told us that he "was sick" and therefore wasn't able to properly train our dog. My husband eventually had to get involved in order for us to get our dog back. When we finally received our dog back, we were shocked. He was SEVERELY underweight and had terrible diarrhea. When I say severely underweight, I mean his rib cage was showing! We questioned Eddie about his weight, and he told us that he feeds the dogs their food while training them and that this was the reason our dog was underweight. Our dog also came home essentially the same dog we dropped off, with no noticeable improvement in his behavior or obedience training after 6 weeks. To make matters worse, Eddie told us that our dog was a Malinois, which is completely incorrect. We have a purebred German Shepherd who is AKC registered and has papers. We contacted Eddie about receiving a partial refund due to our experience, and of course, he did not want to provide one. I would strongly advise NOT going to this trainer. Based on our experience, we were extremely disappointed with the lack of communication, the condition our dog came home in, and the lack of noticeable progress after paying for a 6-week board-and-training program. We would not recommend him, especially for owners of large-breed dogs.
