Great training by Bryan. He is very intuitive with dogs. He trained both of my puppies with his board and train program. My dogs are from the same litter, siblings , a brother and sister, so very difficult to train . He would give me weekly updates with photos and video's. I felt safe and confident leaving my precious dogs with him. Highly recommend him for training.

I have been through different training programs with my dog, have watched all kinds of videos and have done tons of research. Nothing worked on my dog the way that Bryan's training did. I have a staffy mix and he is very unpredictable around strangers. It has been my greatest fear that he will one day get scared and attack a stranger and I would have to put him down simply because of his breed. Bryan worked with me and my dog to eliminate that fear and work towards a happier life for me and my dog. The techniques he taught us worked almost immediately. Now it's up to me to keep it up. He is also very flexible and responsive. If I ever had a question he responded quickly with and answer. He is extremely knowledgeable and I would recommend him to anyone with a dog!

I must say in the beginning I was a little bit hesitated to board my dog for training because I worried she would get mistreated. After consulting with several facilities, I decided to go with Pawsitivity because Bryan was so patient with all my questions and concerns. Besides his patience, what makes Pawsitivity even more special is that Bryan operates his business at his house which is a big relief for me because i did not want my dog to feel abandoned while boarded for training. I am glad I chose Brayn to be the trainer, my pup had a blast under his care. He sent pictures and vedios of my pup to me from time to time along with updates of her progress through out the training. My pup went to park, petsmart, homedepot, and petco with him during her stay at his house. Most importantly, he was able to diminished my dog's anxiety to a minimal level while in the public. I am really satisfied with the result, my pup became more reliable at home and in the public which makes our lives so much easier. Thanks Bryan for all the hard work and effort! If you're considering board and train but hesitating to leave your baby in someone else's hand, please give Bryan a try! Bryan is knowledgeable and passionate on what he does, he won't disappoint you

Did the puppy basic training when we first adopted our german shepherd and then did the 3 week board and train when he turned 6 months of age, and i can honestly say its like we were given back a completely different dog! We are super happy with the foundation our puppy has for the rest of his life. Our puppy responds to all commands given and can now walk in crowded places with no leash! He went from leash pulling and jumping on people to super enjoyable to have outside! We love taking him places now with zero worries. We also have a couple cats in our home that we were worried about our dog getting along with or even chasing, but now there are zero worries inside the home. I would highly recommend Bryan for any type of dog training, he's super flexible and very friendly and understanding when it comes to training.

    Paisley

I brought my Australian shepherd Paisley to Bryan for a 3 week board and train. Before she was pulling on her leash during walks, reactive towards other dogs, and constantly barking. Now we can go on walks without her pulling, pass by other dogs and people with no reaction from her and she has barely barked since being home! She is a very high energy dog and with this 3 week training Bryan was able to build a foundation for me to continue working on to help Paisley control her frustrations and energy levels. Bryan was very upfront with what to expect and is very thorough with what you need to do as the owner to continue with their training. He was very responsive and was able to answer all my questions. I highly recommend contacting him for any of your dog training needs.

Bryan did a great job with both training Theo, our 18 month old poodle and bichon frise mix, and with teaching my wife and I how to continue working with our dog on his behavior. We only had 3 private sessions with him but we have noticed a huge difference in his demeanor and obedience since his last session a couple months ago. Bryan is very knowledgeable and we could tell by how Theo was reacting around him that he has a lot of experience working with all types of dogs. Theo used to always pull excessively on our walks and was a very reactive dog. Whenever he saw a dog or human walking anywhere within his line of vision, he would become fixated and start pulling towards them or lay on his belly on the sidewalk and approach like a pouncing cat which while pretty cute was also pretty annoying and would understandably freak out some of the dog owners. We noticed a difference within the first 15 minutes of him walking with Bryan during our first session. Now he is a great walker and we are so much less stressed taking him out around other people and dogs. We would also text asking about issues or questions that would come up in between sessions, and Bryan was always super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend getting your dog trained with him.

We've been working with Brian since late December 2022 and just had our final session with him, he's definitely helped with my stubborn, high energy Boston terrier. We've learned a lot from Brian, he's been patient and provides feedback on how we are doing. We did the private sessions with him and he was always very quick to respond to our questions thru messages. I also use his daycare and boarding when we don't have anyone to stay home with him. We appreciate Brian and all the obedience training and even the behavior problems he's helped us with.

Took my Buddy Bruce to Brian back in October and was super impressed with the results. Brian does an amazing job explaining the program and leaves you complete confidence in your pup's training. No pulling and he listens when I need him to behave. Walks and having company over are so much better after taking buddy to Brian. Id bring my next dog and recommend him to others without question.

Sasha our 12 weeks German Shepherd

Bryan is very knowledgeable and great at answering our questions and concerns. We have a 12 week old German shepherd puppy named Sasha who was beginning to become too much for us as we've never owned large dog breeds until now. We took her to see him in a private 1 hour session, and he explained how to crate train her and teach her respect. He taught us how to deal with her nipping and temper tantrums and also demonstrated his methods with her. Our Sasha was quick to respond to his methods.

Bryan worked wonders with our baby girl! She is a 7 month old German Shepherd, she was destroying our house and not following simple commands. After one month on boarding she obeys all the commands she was taught, she can walk on and off the leash! She is no longer destructive in our home. We are so impressed with Bryan! He was great to work with, he sent us weekly progress reports. He was very thorough with the expectations of both client and dog. We felt prepared and well informed to transition our dog to continue this behavior at home. Our dog has been home almost two weeks and she has done so well! We are so impressed!

My dog Bobo is now more obedient and no longer barks around strangers
    Chi M.

I started looking for a trainer when my dog, Bobo, started exhibiting aggression behaviors towards strangers. I stumbled across Bryan and contacted him, he came the same day to assess my dog and developed a plan to rehabilitate my dog. He was so kind and not once did I feel he had to utilize any form of harsh punishment. I saw improvement right away within a few sessions, he even got close enough to pet him within the 3rd day. Bryan really has set a great foundation for Bobo and now I am currently continuing his plan for my dog to completely rehabilitate him!

Bryan about to start working with Tucker in our home.

Another facility in Norco, Animal Care Services, said his DTAPP booster needed to be in his system for at least two weeks. Unfortunately, I was only one week away from leaving, and they would not make an exception. When I first called Smart Parke, the staff member I spoke with was very kind and reassuring. She told me I could bring my dog in for a private evaluation and mentioned that he already had an appointment scheduled. Unfortunately, it later turned out that the evaluation had not been booked correctly, which initially added stress to an already overwhelming situation. Despite this, Brooklyn completely stepped in and saved the day. She accommodated me without hesitation, handled everything professionally, and ensured my dog was evaluated properly. He passed with flying colors. From the moment I met Brooklyn, I knew my beloved pup was in good hands. She is clearly confident and comfortable with large dogs and genuinely enjoys her job. She is also wonderful with people. As a worried fur mom, Brooklyn completely put me at ease, calmed my nerves, and gave me confidence that my dog was safe and cared for. The fecal test came back with no issues, and her communication and organization were excellent. When I dropped my pup off, Brooklyn unfortunately wasn't there, and I worked with Brooke instead. Brooke was kind and responsive via email, which I appreciated. However, she did not seem as confident handling large dogs. She did not provide a collar long enough for my dog's neck and asked me to put it on myself. When I asked how long each of his three daily one-on-one sessions would be and what they entail -something I felt was important given the $150 per night charge--she was unsure and gave me an answer but initially made no effort to find out or confirm the answer. After I insisted, she called out to a manager who was sitting nearby with her door open, to which the manager gave a different response - the manager did not come speak with me until the very end and barely addressed me. Lastly , Brook said I would get a report card daily and when I didn't get one for the first day I emailed the store to which Brooklyn clarified the report cards are for regular boarding and didn't come with private. Despite this I ended up getting one each day which put our whole family at ease. While Brooke was polite and responsive, she appeared somewhat intimidated by my dog and lacked some key knowledge. That said, she did follow up promptly and answered emails, which I am grateful for. Overall, I give Smart Parke a 10/10 specifically for Brooklyn and the system she runs. She is exceptional with dogs and people alike, and her professionalism, confidence, and willingness to accommodate made all the difference in what could have been a very stressful experience.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Smart Parke's customer service -…read morespecifically with Brooklyn - was beyond unacceptable. If I worked in an establishment where quality of care and hospitality is on the forefront, I would put her in the back of the house - immediately. She has no business answering customer inquiries, she's a detriment to your establishment and reputation at that. I'm truly appalled at what I experienced. On May 8th, I texted to reserve a vaccine clinic spot for my dog and was told I'd receive a follow-up call to collect payment and hold the appointment. I never received a call. A week later, I reached back out only to be told the clinic was fully booked because "they've been busy." What pushed this from frustrating to completely appalling was Brooklyn's behavior afterward. I asked if I could speak with another representative or manager. Instead of handling that professionally, she mockingly changed her tone and said "hello" as if she had transferred me to someone else -only to then admit it was still her. It was immature, rude, and incredibly disrespectful. When I explained I'd still like a manager to call me back, her response was: "She's going to tell you the same thing, just so you know we still won't be able to take your dog." The issue is not just that they dropped the ball on scheduling. Mistakes happen. The issue is the complete lack of follow-through, accountability, and basic professionalism afterward. Mocking customers who are calmly trying to resolve an issue is unacceptable in any business, especially one people trust with their pets. If this is how concerns are handled, I would strongly advise you to reconsider

There's plenty of room for the dogs to run around and play comfortably. What made me feel the most reassured is that they don't just "keep" the dogs there -- they actually spend time playing with them, observing their behavior, and caring about their emotions. If your dog wants to socialize and play with other dogs, they do require proof of vaccinations including Rabies, Bordetella, and DHPP. They also do a simple temperament test (around 20 minutes), which honestly made me feel they're super responsible and genuinely care about the safety and well-being of every dog.
