Myrna took exceptional care of my 12-year-old pet, Whisky. She's very sensitive and not in the best health, but Myrna handled her gently, carried her when needed, groomed her carefully, and gave her the attention she required. I highly recommend her--no doubt.

This place is amazing! Myrna has taken care of our Labradoodle Bubba and always leaves him looking like a Million Bucks. Thank you Myrna!

Myrna did such an amazing job grooming my dog, Beanie!!! Best grooming in Anaheim Hills/ Yorba Linda. Much better than any other groomer we have tried. Myrna was patient with my timid, anxious puppy. Teddy bear cut is absolutely perfect and we will be back. Making this our regular groomer!!

This is the first time I've had to board my dog into a hotel and we are soooooo satisfied with the care and service! What really calmed my nerves from being away from him were the photos sent to me throughout the weekend! I love that my dog had the chance to socialize as well. Love all the staff members and the communication. They've earned my trust and we will definitely be coming back.

This is from a previous groom at another place and an example of what I showed Myrna what my dog should look like when she is finished.

I took my Standard Poodle service dog for a full groom today, to a place I've never taken him. I had high hopes because of the reviews. They must be fake reviews from their family and friends, especially on google. Pictures are worth a thousand words. Their IG account has a photo of the owners. The google reviews are all people of their particular cultural background. The reviews do NOT match the facility or the experience I had! The YouTube video on their website where a dog is being groomed, and pretty badly, isn't even their video. So did she learn to groom dogs from watching YouTube videos? Seems like it when you see the horrific state of my Standard Poodle! I showed Myrna, the groomer, several photos of how he should look when done! To say I was disappointed is an understatement! I'm livid! Skills were over sold! He looks horrible and he's literally shaved to his pink skin and liver spots!!! I said short so I can run a comb through easily, but I won't need a comb for a couple weeks! He's uneven and his head was all uneven. She made excuses about his head and blamed the last groomer saying "maybe they used clippers and I use scissors", maybe she needs to switch because she didn't even try to make it look even and good! The outsides of his ears weren't groomed professionally, have thick clipper stripes in them, scissor chops and look ridiculous! He didn't have "clean poodle feet" and when I said that she didn't know what I meant but she wanted to stress my dog out more by making us stand there while she grabbed her clippers. Couldn't be done and I said no. I paid for a complete groom, and that's not what I got! She claimed it would be fast and finished in 2.5hrs where every other groomer takes 4hrs. Faster is not always better. My Service dog looks like a hairless victim of the LA fires now because of what Myrna did to him!!! . I had to clean up his head shape when I came home because she was NOT a professional and made excuses! It looked like she let a little kid cit his head and ears!!! I won't be returning. And he's a now a walking advertisement of where nobody should ever take their dog to be groomed let alone to board!!! Also, it was the middle of the week and Myrna was the only person working there, zero dogs in their doggy daycare, one 1 literally one dog in a kennel, barking the whole time she was with us. I was there for at least 35 min while she bathed my dog with cheap shampoo loaded with fake fragrance and chemicals, she smeared in my dog's eyes until I said something and she told me it didn't hurt him! WTF?! She zero hypoallergenic options and he's a poodle so I'm not allergic to him so why would I want fake fragrance to give me allergies?! When my downstairs neighbor saw him get out of my car, she made the most awful face when she saw my dog and I had to explain that he was just butchered at a new groomer. Not up to my standards! My dog is 65lbs so he's a reasonable size for a big dog. I asked her how he did and she said fine, so no issues from him except when I was there for 35 min and he wanted to jump down. What professional groomer only has one grooming table in a tiny messy room shoved against one wall? The wall was freaking my dog out, so he almost jumped down and hung himself and she barely caught him so he wrenched his neck some. I stepped out so he wouldn't try to jump but it was the wall that had him trying to jump! She can't work around a dog likI'm so disappointed! I'll let you judge by the photos I attached. In response to the rude response of the owner, I was in shock when I went to pick up my dog and when I expressed my disbelief I was offered no refund, but instead she made excuses for why he looked so bad! She's not a trained professional! It's not my first time at a groomer. And my original review clearly states I left while she was starting to dry him because she had her grooming table against a wall (not standard in the industry ever!) because my dog was freaked out by the wall and he was trying to jump down. I never saw her groom any part of my dog! That is a lie and it's so gross and unprofessional that the owner would make that up! DEAD on a Wednesday in the middle of a BUSY corporate business park with a BUSY car wash next door! They had one 1 dog! Zero dogs in sight at daycare they supposedly run. Any and all other places I've called for grooms, doggy daycares, boarding, are so busy midweek you have to make an appt. I was able to walk into this place after called 30 min ahead and there were no other staff there to man the desk/phone, groom any animals that may have come in and also supposedly take care of a doggy daycare and the animals being boarded of which there was only one visible. Quietest place I've ever been. Literally NO ONE called or came in for anything, not even to pick up an animal from being boarded! So I question if this is even a legit business or some front.

    She's always so happy! Leia

Michael is one of the best managers of this pet hotel. He treats every pet with the same level of love. My wife and I have a mini schnauzer named Leia and we love to keep her there when we go away on a trip because Michael always takes good care of her. Leia had the cutest cut after her stay here. Will always come back if we ever need to!!!

    Boarding Room for 3+ pets

Booked boarding for 3 of my pups almost a week or 2 beforehand for the 4th of july weekend. They accommodated perfectly and the booking process online was super easy. The customer service is lovely from Debbie, which she also gave us a tour of the entire place. This resort has to be the cleanest pet resort I've seen before. My dogs were happy and I couldn't be happier with the ease in experience, availability, and environment. Overall no complaints! Thank you guys

Gave the groomer @ Cali Pet Hotel a try. Great experience from setting the appointment to getting the call to pick up. Happy w/ the Schnauzer cut. I recommend.

The facility itself is very well equipped, with more than 100 rooms. They also have separate isolation rooms in case a dog gets sick, which helps prevent illnesses from spreading to other dogs. I thought that was a huge plus. All new dogs are required to provide vaccination records, and they also do about a 20-minute temperament assessment before joining. Based on each dog's personality, they arrange suitable playgroups instead of just mixing all the dogs together. The staff are also very professional and attentive. They keep daily records of each dog's eating habits and bathroom activity, which really gives owners extra peace of mind. Overall, it feels like a very responsible and well-organized place for dogs.

There's plenty of room for the dogs to run around and play comfortably. What made me feel the most reassured is that they don't just "keep" the dogs there -- they actually spend time playing with them, observing their behavior, and caring about their emotions. If your dog wants to socialize and play with other dogs, they do require proof of vaccinations including Rabies, Bordetella, and DHPP. They also do a simple temperament test (around 20 minutes), which honestly made me feel they're super responsible and genuinely care about the safety and well-being of every dog. As pet owners, the hardest part about traveling isn't the distance -- it's worrying whether our fur babies are truly being cared for. At Dogden, you really get a sense of peace of mind. They understand dogs so well. It's not just boarding -- they treat every dog like a little kid and care for them with so much love and attention. Five Stars for Everydog -- A True Lifesaver for Anxious Pups!…read moreIf you have an anxious dog, look no further than Everydog. When we first brought our dog Delilah to daycare, she was a bundle of nerves -- shaking, pacing, and clearly overwhelmed. Dave, Miranda, and the entire staff met her exactly where she was, with incredible patience and genuine care, and worked with her at her own pace until she felt safe and comfortable. We came to Everydog with a specific goal: to socialize and train Delilah so she could be boarded while we visited family in Manila over the Christmas holidays. Dave was upfront and honest with us -- when it became clear that Delilah needed more time to adjust, he advised us to postpone our trip rather than rush her. That kind of integrity means everything. We took his advice, gave her the time she needed, and by February she was thriving in boarding. That trip finally happened, stress-free, because of the foundation Everydog helped build. We also took advantage of their in-house training program, which was remarkably effective in addressing Delilah's behaviors -- excessive jumping, refusing to come when called, and reactivity. The progress has been real and lasting. Now? Delilah absolutely loves going to Everydog. Miranda told us she's been happily jumping, running, and playing with her dog friends -- a far cry from that scared, shaking pup on day one. Watching her transformation has been so rewarding. On top of everything, the grooming is excellent and wonderfully convenient, and we deeply appreciate their commitment to safety -- strict vaccination checks, clean play areas, and a well-maintained environment throughout. We are so grateful to have found Everydog for our little Delilah. Thank you, Dave, Miranda, and the whole team!

However, she charged us $400, claiming that our dogs have long hair, drool, and even accused them of being aggressive from thin air. That additional $100 was the extra "penalty" charge. We travel frequently for work every year, and our dogs are very well-socialized. They have boarded at many professional facilities without a single issue. Despite our repeated attempts to communicate and request a refund, Nora responded with a very disrespectful attitude and refused to return the overcharge. Dog owners, please be aware: this boarding service has no official certifications or professional credentials. It is simply a small, home-based operation. Also worth noting -- the business owner is a rude senior woman who may struggle to handle larger, or small size but more active dogs. There is a real risk she could be knocked over, tripped or injured if the dog is too strong or too quick for her to manage safely. If you're looking for reliable, qualified care for your pets -- and want to avoid the potential liability risks involved with a caregiver -- this is not the place to go. * Update( with image) : Nora is trying to play the victim, yet she threatened to report my puppies to animal control via text message. Dog owners, be warned--if you ever have a disagreement with this business, your beloved pets could be used as leverage. My dogs may be big, but they're gentle giants. After realizing Nora's lack of professionalism, we had a trusted friend drive them to a reputable, accredited boarding facility. There were no issues at all--our pups were safe, happy, and the staff treated them like family. As I mentioned earlier, be cautious--dealing with this business could unexpectedly shift liability onto you as the pet owner.

I was thankful that they accepted my county vaccination paperwork and that I was able to board my dog privately until she was spayed (which I did complete). There were some initial issues related to camera access and paperwork that were a bit frustrating at the time. The camera issue itself ultimately appeared to be more of a technical problem, but the initial communication at the front desk left me feeling like my concerns weren't fully heard. Looking back, it seems like something that could have been easily clarified with better communication. That said, coming from a customer service background, I believe it's important to give businesses the opportunity to address concerns before forming a final opinion. What really stood out to me was how the management team handled everything. They reached out, listened, and took my concerns seriously. They made the effort to explain, correct, and improve the experience, and followed up in a way that felt genuine and accountable. The issue was addressed quickly, and I truly believe they used the feedback as an opportunity to improve, which I really respect. Since then, I've continued bringing my dog here regularly - including overnight stays - and the difference has been clear. The staff is attentive, kind, and very in tune with the dogs. They recognize her, look forward to seeing her, and consistently keep me informed about how she's doing, including any concerns. She is treated with patience and care. They've also gone above and beyond in ways that meant a lot to me. They honored a daycare promotion I had missed when I first enrolled, and during a recent visit when my dog had been sprayed by a skunk, the team was incredibly attentive and helped clean her thoroughly and thoughtfully. That level of care made a stressful situation so much easier. The facility itself is clean and well-maintained, and the team members who work directly with the dogs genuinely seem to enjoy what they do. I have no doubt that they have the dogs' best interests in mind, even knowing how challenging it can be to manage so many different personalities. No place is perfect, and dogs can be unpredictable, but what matters most to me is how a business responds when something doesn't go as planned. In this case, they made it right, and that's why they've become my go-to for daycare and boarding. I'm very thankful to have found them, and my dog clearly feels comfortable there, which says everything.

As he settled in my home, he became increasingly aggressive towards other people -- friends, family, and strangers alike, whether in the home or outside of the home. Sully was even aggressive towards my husband, and it felt like I was at a loss. I needed to do something before he actually ended up hurting someone. After explaining what was happening with Sully with the organization I was fostering from, they said they would need to put him down for the safety of the community. I couldn't let that happen, so I decided to keep him and find professional help. This is where John came in. After doing research online, I came across his Yelp page, where there were raving reviews of him helping aggressive dogs, so I took a chance. On his first day meeting John, Sully growled, hissed, and lunged at John. Sully tried to bite both him and me. John spent about an hour with me explaining what was going to happen and some training basics, and honestly, it was hard for me to focus because I was so nervous of Sully hurting someone in the moment. John was very patient, and showed me 5x how to hold a leash properly because I just couldn't focus from nervousness. I've never seen Sully so aggressive, and John explained it's because it was the first time someone was checking him and keeping him in his place. Sully stayed with John for a little over two weeks, and in that time, they went on ADVENTURES. I mentioned to John that Sully was afraid of water, aggressive with strangers, and other very specific things, and John made sure to tackle all of them. He sent me pictures and videos of his adventures throughout their time together. They went on a ferry, hiked to a waterfall, and so so much more. When there was a concern or something to celebrate, John was sure to communicate with us what was going on. In addition, due to personal circumstances, we needed to have Sully stay with John a few more days, and John was so understanding and accommodated us. I finally have my sweet boy back, and I see so much of a difference. He is calmer, more responsive, and he's running through my sprinklers now. LOL. It still takes him a bit to warm up to other people, but he's not as on guard or on edge as he was before. I'm excited to continue his progress at home, and I'm sure we will see John and Sara for future stays! Here are just a few of my favorite pictures of his adventures with John and Sara. :)
