    Absolutely recommend Dog Den for both daycare and grooming! The staff are friendly, professional, and genuinely care about the dogs. My dog always comes home happy, clean, and well taken care of. The facility is clean and welcoming, and I really appreciate the attention and care they give to every pup. Definitely one of the best places around!

    I bring my girls here for day camp and as well for boarding and they love it. Daniel and his team are attentive and take great care while I'm away. They also send pictures daily to let me see how they are doing during their stay. I highly recommend Dog Den, off La Palma x from Kaiser.

    Dog Den is absolutely amazing! My Corgi, Aster, LOVES this place, and we truly wouldn't be able to travel without them. The staff is incredibly caring and treats him like one of their own. One of the things we appreciate most is the ability to check in on him through their on-site video cameras it gives us so much peace of mind knowing he's happy, safe, and having a great time. Aster always comes home tired, content, and excited for his next visit. We couldn't recommend Dog Den more!

    We tried Dog Den for the first time a few weeks ago. My dog has been to boarding/daycare once before while we were away and she was intimidated by the large number of dogs. In the photos we received at the prior facility she looked sad. This time around at Dog Den she appeared to be smiling and had her tail up. There were other dogs to interact with but it was not an overwhelming amount for her. I love that we could watch her in the playroom and in her kennel. Also a plus they have an outdoor area which most facilities lack. I felt confident she was in good hands and we will definitely use Dog Den for all our future needs.

    Hi, I have an 11 year old 14 pound Jack Russell Terrier I'm interested in boarding for the day. Are the dogs kept separate?she's friendly with people but gets nervous around dogs, especially larger ones as she had a bad experience when she was a pup?

    They have 3 areas for dogs and around 80 cool kennels where they can Rest . The areas are for 1 large dogs 2 medium size dogs and 3 little dogs . You can go there and talk to them about your preferences

    Hello, do they send pictures even if dog is just there for day care?

    Yes! Pictures are sent via email at least once in the morning and once in the afternoon.

    Do you board pets for an extended time? I will need at least a 10-11 day boarding for my 26 lb. baby. And during the weekends when you are closed for grooming are they looked after during days and nights. Do you have a vet on call for emergencies?

On my pup's last stay we ordered a pup cup and I did not expect to receive pictures in email of her enjoying it. That made my day. There are always cameras available to check in on your doggy to make you feel at ease. My pup is always excited and always playing during her stays and she is excited to go in when we arrive, she isn't even worried about me heading off and she's still happy when we come back for her. Then there is the additional perk of your pup being wiped out for a nice portion of the day when you return. It has been such a help to help socialize her around dogs and people and now she gets so excited when we bring her in. Nova isn't a huge player, but she loves to observe and get attention from the humans. I love watching her on the webcam hang out with dogs that are her same temperament. She was having really bad separation anxiety when I went to work ever since her older sister passed. Taking her to Smarte Parke while I am at work has helped so much with both of our peace of mind. I was thankful that they accepted my county vaccination paperwork and that I was able to board my dog privately until she was spayed (which I did complete). There were some initial issues related to camera access and paperwork that were a bit frustrating at the time. The camera issue itself ultimately appeared to be more of a technical problem, but the initial communication at the front desk left me feeling like my concerns weren't fully heard. Looking back, it seems like something that could have been easily clarified with better communication. That said, coming from a customer service background, I believe it's important to give businesses the opportunity to address concerns before forming a final opinion. What really stood out to me was how the management team handled everything. They reached out, listened, and took my concerns seriously. They made the effort to explain, correct, and improve the experience, and followed up in a way that felt genuine and accountable. The issue was addressed quickly, and I truly believe they used the feedback as an opportunity to improve, which I really respect. Since then, I've continued bringing my dog here regularly - including overnight stays - and the difference has been clear. The staff is attentive, kind, and very in tune with the dogs. They recognize her, look forward to seeing her, and consistently keep me informed about how she's doing, including any concerns. She is treated with patience and care. They've also gone above and beyond in ways that meant a lot to me. They honored a daycare promotion I had missed when I first enrolled, and during a recent visit when my dog had been sprayed by a skunk, the team was incredibly attentive and helped clean her thoroughly and thoughtfully. That level of care made a stressful situation so much easier. The facility itself is clean and well-maintained, and the team members who work directly with the dogs genuinely seem to enjoy what they do. I have no doubt that they have the dogs' best interests in mind, even knowing how challenging it can be to manage so many different personalities. No place is perfect, and dogs can be unpredictable, but what matters most to me is how a business responds when something doesn't go as planned. In this case, they made it right, and that's why they've become my go-to for daycare and boarding. I'm very thankful to have found them, and my dog clearly feels comfortable there, which says everything.

He was really worried about his hair not growing out nicely but I told him that he's received this haircut multiple times before by other groomers. Little did I know that because my dogs breed has a double coat, cutting into it will cause the inner coat not to grow out. Thank you for teaching me about my dogs coat and what is best. I appreciate the transparency and care you have towards the care and needs of our babies. Now for the experience: Louis came out looking fabulous! He smelled amazing and I could tell they treated him nicely. They left his tail fluffy which I loved. Any style or cut you're looking for this place can do it! To be honest, I felt pressured to write my first review just to receive a discount, which already didn't sit right with me. I usually prefer to wait until I've had a few visits before leaving feedback. At the time, everything seemed fine the cut was good, and I liked how the master groomer handled my dog. However, during my most recent visit, I specifically asked them not to cut my dog's eyelashes. (Was growing them for a photo shoot) When I picked her up this past Friday, they had clearly cut them anyway. This was upsetting because I gave clear instructions, and they were ignored. I called to address the issue, and while the person on the phone did apologize, it felt very dismissive more like "what can we do for you?" than genuine concern. There was no real accountability, and it felt like it wasn't taken seriously. Over the four visits I've had, I've also noticed a pattern of upselling services and pressure tactics. On top of that, I've been told that tips given to employees don't actually go directly to them, which is very concerning. What really sealed it for me was being asked, after leaving a 4-star review, why I didn't give 5 stars. There was no appreciation just expectation for more. Because of all of this, I'm changing my review from 4 stars to 1. Honestly, if I could give zero, I would.
