My dogs have been in long term boarding and I can't say enough about this company! My dogs are healthy and happy! They take care of them as if they were their own.

The staff here always updates you about your dog plus sends pictures. One thing about this place is the attention they give your dogs and care. Great team and staff that make you feel your dog is at home. I've boarded my dog here over 12+ times. Really appreciate their support and care for my dog Bin.

    Seasmoke with his buddies!

Our German Shepherd Seasmoke loves all his buddies at the Mansion! The team at Comfy Home provide not only a caring environment but fun activities as well. Meeting the dogs social and psychological needs. I get constant updates with pictures and videos. I can't think Comfy Home enough for everything they do for my boy.

They have both…read moreindoor and outdoor play areas for the dogs, and both spaces are quite large, so it doesn't feel crowded at all. The facility itself is very well equipped, with more than 100 rooms. They also have separate isolation rooms in case a dog gets sick, which helps prevent illnesses from spreading to other dogs. I thought that was a huge plus. All new dogs are required to provide vaccination records, and they also do about a 20-minute temperament assessment before joining. Based on each dog's personality, they arrange suitable playgroups instead of just mixing all the dogs together. The staff are also very professional and attentive. They keep daily records of each dog's eating habits and bathroom activity, which really gives owners extra peace of mind. Overall, it feels like a very responsible and well-organized place for dogs.

There's plenty of room for the dogs to run around and play comfortably. What made me feel the most reassured is that they don't just "keep" the dogs there -- they actually spend time playing with them, observing their behavior, and caring about their emotions. If your dog wants to socialize and play with other dogs, they do require proof of vaccinations including Rabies, Bordetella, and DHPP. They also do a simple temperament test (around 20 minutes), which honestly made me feel they're super responsible and genuinely care about the safety and well-being of every dog. As pet owners, the hardest part about traveling isn't the distance -- it's worrying whether our fur babies are truly being cared for. At Dogden, you really get a sense of peace of mind. They understand dogs so well. It's not just boarding -- they treat every dog like a little kid and care for them with so much love and attention. When the dogs are happy, the owners can finally relax too Now I can travel without constantly worrying about my little baby at home

It is easy to book your stays through the app and everything has ran smoothly for my experience so far. They require all records prior to your first stay to make sure the dogs are up to date on vaccinations, etc. There are also a number of enrichments offered at an extra cost to entertain your pup, and on certain days of the week they have specialty enrichments. On my pup's last stay we ordered a pup cup and I did not expect to receive pictures in email of her enjoying it. That made my day. There are always cameras available to check in on your doggy to make you feel at ease. My pup is always excited and always playing during her stays and she is excited to go in when we arrive, she isn't even worried about me heading off and she's still happy when we come back for her. Then there is the additional perk of your pup being wiped out for a nice portion of the day when you return. Thank you Camp Bow Wow and especially for having staff around at all times, and for making it possible to take trips with ease knowing our pup will be taken care of.

Mind you we have not rescued many but enough to know they need special care and Camp Bow Wow has done such a beautiful job of loving our babies and helping them to feel safe, which gives us peace of mind. When brought our current dog home about six months ago, we gave her a bit of time and then introduced her to Camp Bow Wow. It has been such a help to help socialize her around dogs and people and now she gets so excited when we bring her in. She has learned to interact with other dogs and with people, play until her heart's content and take breaks when she needs to. She always comes home tiered in the best way. Thank you for taking care of our babies Camp Bow Wow!

I was thankful that they accepted my county vaccination paperwork and that I was able to board my dog privately until she was spayed (which I did complete). There were some initial issues related to camera access and paperwork that were a bit frustrating at the time. The camera issue itself ultimately appeared to be more of a technical problem, but the initial communication at the front desk left me feeling like my concerns weren't fully heard. Looking back, it seems like something that could have been easily clarified with better communication. That said, coming from a customer service background, I believe it's important to give businesses the opportunity to address concerns before forming a final opinion. What really stood out to me was how the management team handled everything. They reached out, listened, and took my concerns seriously. They made the effort to explain, correct, and improve the experience, and followed up in a way that felt genuine and accountable. The issue was addressed quickly, and I truly believe they used the feedback as an opportunity to improve, which I really respect. Since then, I've continued bringing my dog here regularly - including overnight stays - and the difference has been clear. The staff is attentive, kind, and very in tune with the dogs. They recognize her, look forward to seeing her, and consistently keep me informed about how she's doing, including any concerns. She is treated with patience and care. They've also gone above and beyond in ways that meant a lot to me. They honored a daycare promotion I had missed when I first enrolled, and during a recent visit when my dog had been sprayed by a skunk, the team was incredibly attentive and helped clean her thoroughly and thoughtfully. That level of care made a stressful situation so much easier. The facility itself is clean and well-maintained, and the team members who work directly with the dogs genuinely seem to enjoy what they do. I have no doubt that they have the dogs' best interests in mind, even knowing how challenging it can be to manage so many different personalities. No place is perfect, and dogs can be unpredictable, but what matters most to me is how a business responds when something doesn't go as planned. In this case, they made it right, and that's why they've become my go-to for daycare and boarding. I'm very thankful to have found them, and my dog clearly feels comfortable there, which says everything.

Okay first off I did rave about this place on Instagram and Tik Tok but that's because I got the…read morevideos of my dog and he looked like he was doing so well. He was listening, he was following commands and seemed to be comprehending very well. It was because of the prong collar that was dugged into his neck whenever a command is given. Fast forward the two weeks...I was so excited to get him back and got instructions on how he was trained and to continue the training on my own. Now I don't have complaints on how they train, each person has their own technique however when I got my dog back with me alone, he was super anxious and scared. He wouldn't let me leave his side. Every time I got up he would get up too. Everywhere I went in the house he would follow. I get it because we've been apart for two weeks and he was afraid that I would leave him again. He really did not like the prong collar. He yelped one time when I took it off. It's not an easy collar to take off. I gave the prong collar a try for a few days and he listened but he was not the same happy dog that I was used to. He was withdrawn and did not let people approach him or touch him. He did not bark at all which was not him. He was also super skinny when I got him back, you can see his bones sticking out. They said he ate all the food I brought. I brought kibble, some home made food, treats and a new bag of fresh pet. I was told that he had completely finished all of his food. My dog doesn't eat a whole lot, so I was surprised that he had nothing left. I did not want anything back, I just know my dog doesn't eat that much and is very dry picky.l and hoped he was fed well. That part I'm not too sure on. When I got him back I did manage to weigh him and he was 4.6 lbs, he usually weighs about 5 1/2 lbs. He is now eating right and gaining his weight back but I still feel his bones. After a couple of days of using the prong collar I stopped putting it on him. He would lay where he was, very sad and distant. He didn't even want to play with my other dog, he just wanted to sit right by me when he had his collar. After leaving the collar off for several days now he has become a super happy and very playful puppy. He still obeys commands with treats of course. I don't think anything was wrong with the training my dog received. I think this place is for a dog who is a bit more mischievous and does not entirely listen. I also think it's more suitable for dogs of a larger size or breed or weight like my pit bull but she listens and is very mellow. I do appreciate the help that Hudson's Canine Kennels gave, unfortunately this did not work out for me or my dog.
