The first time we initially met Rhonda for our meet and greet, we knew she was the woman for the job. The tribe gravitated towards her positive energy and were immediately comfortable with her. You can tell that Rhonda genuinely has a love for animals and she is able to build strong lasting bonds with them. All three times that my husband and I have used her for pet sitting services we have been thoroughly pleased. Rhonda is attentive to the needs of our pets and ensures she provides them with the upmost love and care. She has even brought in our mail, packages, and trash containers from the curb after trash day. We are super thankful to have found Rhonda for pet sitting services. She NEVER responded to any of my attempts. I even "requested" the appointment, which means they take your CC and, if the appointment is accepted, they charge your card. I thought that would make her feel more comfortable that my CC was on file. It remained in the "pending" tab until I called DogVacay.com myself a few weeks later and asked them to go in and cancel. I am noticing that the last few reviews were left in 2014, so maybe she's just not available anymore or no longer on DogVacay... or maybe there's another reason she went silent. In any case, she should probably take her info off the site, just in case someone has a more urgent need in the future and need a sitter for their pets asap. I wouldn't trust my babies with someone who doesn't have the decency to either respond and let me know that they're busy or no longer on the service... or take the time to remove her information off of the site.

We found and booked Ebony and Kyle at Pup Pup Stay through DogVacay.com, and it was one of the best decisions of the trip. During the 4 night stay, Ebony sent regular text and photo updates, and we could see that Mac was loving it. We will definitely use Ebony and Kyle next time we are in the Anaheim area with Mac. It is so much more personal than a kennel.
