They came home exhausted from playing and all the exercise they got. If you're looking for a new place to take your fur babies and make sure they are taking good care of give this place a try. Make sure you make an appointment at the facility even if you don't plan on leaving your babies here - go in check it out and find out what paperwork and shots are needed. That way they're ready when you're ready. Your fur babies will thank me

A wonderful stay for Tippy - thank you Crossroads!…read more My 1-year-old Maltipoo Tippy has boarded at Crossroads Pet Resort several times in their Home Sweet Home Executive Suites, and she always does so well there. With this recent heat wave it's been especially difficult leaving her, but Dan and his entire staff took extra care to make sure she was comfortable in their air-conditioned facility and got the attention she needed. Tippy deals with some separation anxiety, and they were so patient and attentive with her. I want to thank Dan, the owner and the whole team for taking such great care of my girl while I was away on vacation. She absolutely loves being around the staff and trainers -- we've also been working with their training team for the last six months and have had a fantastic experience. I always have peace of mind knowing she's in great hands. Highly recommend!

The facility is very clean, and it's clear that the staff genuinely care about every dog in their care. The trainers are kind, attentive, and treat each pup like family, which gives us so much peace of mind. Whenever we travel out of state, Dog Den is our first choice for boarding. We love that they provide cameras so we can check in on our fur baby. The staff keeps everything clean, changes the towels regularly, and makes sure she is comfortable and well cared for throughout her stay. On days when she just needs some extra playtime and socialization, daycare is the perfect place for her to have fun with other doggos. We also love the photos update that were given throughout the day. We highly recommend Dog Den to anyone looking for a safe, caring, and trustworthy place for their furry family member! Great job dog den team

This daycare really impressed me with how professional and well-managed it is. They have both…read moreindoor and outdoor play areas for the dogs, and both spaces are quite large, so it doesn't feel crowded at all. The facility itself is very well equipped, with more than 100 rooms. They also have separate isolation rooms in case a dog gets sick, which helps prevent illnesses from spreading to other dogs. I thought that was a huge plus. All new dogs are required to provide vaccination records, and they also do about a 20-minute temperament assessment before joining. Based on each dog's personality, they arrange suitable playgroups instead of just mixing all the dogs together. The staff are also very professional and attentive. They keep daily records of each dog's eating habits and bathroom activity, which really gives owners extra peace of mind. Overall, it feels like a very responsible and well-organized place for dogs.

When we get back from being away, there is no "transition" period for our cats to come around -- because Kristen takes the time to pet them, play with them, & truly get to know them. They go above & beyond, keeping an eye on the home, security, plants, and packages. They even turned music on for our cats so it didn't feel so lonely. Very Disappointing Experience…read more I'm extremely disappointed with this dog boarding/daycare facility. We had used it before without issues, which makes this experience especially disappointing. Our dog stayed there from June 25 through July 9, 2026, with daycare twice a week. When we picked him up on July 9, we discovered a significant hole in his ear. No one had contacted us, and the receptionist said no injury was documented in his file. Staff could not explain what happened or identify which dog may have caused it. We were directed to the facility's veterinary hospital, where our dog had to be sedated, stitched, and treated with antibiotics and anti-inflammatory medication. He also had to wear a cone for three weeks. We were charged for the medications and requested reimbursement from both the veterinary hospital and daycare and yes we were reimbursed. The daycare offered only 10% off a future boarding stay and two free daycare days. We have no interest in returning and no longer trust this facility with our dog's care. Accidents can happen, but an injury requiring sedation, stitches, medication, and three weeks in a cone should have been documented and reported immediately. Instead, our dog is now missing part of his ear. This experience revealed serious failures in supervision, communication, documentation, and accountability.
