I took my puppy XOey for her first grooming to Fur Paradise and asked for a short cut without losing her puppy ness! She came out adorable. I was so happy im going there today for them to do the same thing! XOey read more

I used to regularly bring my dog here and loved the grooming and the previous owner's customer service. However this place changed management and is now owned by these ladies, who are not very nice. They said the old owner moved to Las Vegas so he's no longer going to be at Furr Paradise. So sad the previous owner left. I'm finding a new grooming place now. read more

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I brought my schnauzer in today and asked for a SCHNAUZER CUT. everyone who is ANYONE knows what a schnauzer cut is. I let my dogs fur grow for 2 months. Long enough to get a schnauzer cut. The lady Lucy, said ok SCHNAUZER cut!!! When I picked him up his fur was all gone. Down to his skin! I asked if he was matted & she said no. She said that that's what I had asked for and thats what the notes had said. I am very upset about this experience. I asked for a partial refund and was denied. I've been here multiple times and now that I've seen it was under new management I understand why for all these bad reviews. Well deserved 1 star!!! Not ok! read more

I've brought my dog here so many times and always had a great experience with cupertino. When i called to make an appoinment the lady that answered said she could fit my dog in on saturday at 10am since she was really booked in the morning. When i showed up saturday at 9:50 she said she thought i wasnt bring my dog in anymore and was about to cancel my appoinment she was very rude the whole time making unnecessary comments about how i take care of my dog. She over charged way to much for a job that wasn't even worth it she left my dog looking really bad. Please bring cupertino back read more

I have been taking Thor here for almost 2 years. They are very detailed and always cut thor fur the way I want it. From his winter longer shaggy look, to his summer shorter cut. They even squeeze him in last minute when they dont have any available appointments. read more

Have been bringing our dog here for 3 years and have been super happy with the service. There's been a couple miscommunications about appointment times from their side in the past but didn't bother me much. Last week another one happened and this time they were not nice about it when it was clearly their fault. Didn't realize the appointment time was changed until I got a no-show text 30 min after the alleged appointment time. When my husband called they claimed I accepted the time change via text which I didn't because it wasn't even an option. Never bothered to call to see where the dogs were and already gave our appointment away. There used to be a male groomer who was super nice and accommodating. Can no longer recommend this groomer and will take our dogs elsewhere. read more

I used to love coming here because I've never had an issue with them before and the prices have been good, but I'm not sure if they are under new management or what but the ladies there are very rude. I called about a sudden price change that they did without notifying me and they had no customer service skills whatsoever. I didn't want to do the whole back and forth thing because they weren't being understanding and just trying to prove their point so I just said we'll go ahead and pay the price increase but it would of been nice to notify your customer first instead of just surprising them. But I guess the phone call upset them because they took it out on my poor dog. When we went to go pick him up, they basically had him choked up on the leash and he looked very frightened. We confronted them about it and they're were like oh that's just how he is. Uhm no I know my dog and he was legit scared. I will not let this go unnoticed. I will be making a report to the BBB and local animal control. I know I'm just one case, but hopefully if this type of treatment has happened to anyone else then they can start building a case against them because we need to stand up for our babies. All I'm gonna say is think twice before coming to this place. PS. Bring Cupertino back!! He's so nice and knows what's customer service is all about. read more

My dog always looks fabulous after her shampoo and haircut. The staff is very nice and Ivy is always happy to see them.

I took my dog here a few times, my dog would would come home and have diarrhea & I assumed it was because of the stress and anxiety of getting his hair cut, I called to make another appointment and the owner seemed as if he didn't want to see my dog and gave me appointment months out and said my dog would need more time. I got the hint & I wouldn't take my dog somewhere he was not welcomed. read more

Quick. Efficient. Professional. VERY Hospitable. Clean & reasonably priced. I accidentally got the time wrong due to communication (on my end) & the Employee/Manager STILL took care of my Dog. I was willing to re-schedule but he insisted that it was ok and accepted my apologies and still groomed my pet even though I was HOURS late. That is EXCELLENT Customer Service in my book! My Dog has skin/ear issues & they are heeded here .. without the bat of an eye. My Dog is Apricotty Whitish & She just shines after they groom her. They also text you ten minutes before your pet is ready which is an added plus. read more

I always take my babies to Furr Paradise. Cupertino (sorry if I botched your name), aka Cooper has always taken good care of my two babies (Niko and Teddy). Teddy came in as a Yorker Terrier and came out as a poodle!! I swear I love the transition Cooper did on Teddy. Then there's Niko. Señor Niko came in as an 8yrs old distinguished gentleman and came out as a 1 yr old babay!!! I don't know how Cooper does it, but he did it!!! Thanks Cooper!!! read more

The right one is the before picture. The left one is after taking her to this place. They chopped off pieces of the hair on her neck and she looks very scraggly now! Very poor and lazy job! Didn't take the time to detangle her hair properly. Don't take your pets here! read more

I loved the service here! Customer service was very friendly. Brought my dog in and she is very scared of strangers but seemed fond of the tech who brought her out at the end. Came here for the very first time today and are thrilled with the results! The owner/groomer was so very kind, educated us so much regarding our pet and how to keep her clean from fleas and matts. I felt comfortable leaving my pet because you could tell that he is knowledgeable in his craft and friendly. We picked up our girl and she was great, her cut was fantastic and much better than PetSmart which is where we used to go! The process from making an appointment to end result was great and I'm happy to support a small business now and in the future! read more

Furr Paradise did such a wonderful job on my dog! I told the groomer what my dog needed (it's summer, so something on the shorter side), and the groomer delivered perfectly. Sometimes you worry about leaving your dog with someone they never met, but the space is so calm, and the groomer is truly gentle and patient in asking what you're looking for. My dog smelled good for days after! Thank you so much! read more

Owner never answers telephone for appointments, came in person to make an appointment and said he was booked for 2 months, so asked for next appointment in 2 months and came back 5 minutes later and told me they're only taking small dogs. Have been taking my dog here since this place opened and this place quickly became my dog Miles favorite place for grooming. Sunny has always taken great care of my little old Maltese Miles. Not only did she make him as cute as a button each time she was always caring and gentle with him. Always so concerned about his health since my poor little guy was ailing due to his illness. Sadly he passed away yesterday so I thought I let the world know how gentle and passionate this woman is. Your dog is in great hands if you decide to come here. Sunny, thank you for taking care of Miles he really appreciates you read more
