HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I brought my schnauzer in today and asked for a SCHNAUZER CUT. everyone who is ANYONE knows what a schnauzer cut is. I let my dogs fur grow for 2 months. Long enough to get a schnauzer cut. The lady Lucy, said ok SCHNAUZER cut!!! When I picked him up his fur was all gone. Down to his skin! I asked if he was matted & she said no. She said that that's what I had asked for and thats what the notes had said. I am very upset about this experience. I asked for a partial refund and was denied. I've been here multiple times and now that I've seen it was under new management I understand why for all these bad reviews. Well deserved 1 star!!! Not ok! read more

I've brought my dog here so many times and always had a great experience with cupertino. When i called to make an appoinment the lady that answered said she could fit my dog in on saturday at 10am since she was really booked in the morning. When i showed up saturday at 9:50 she said she thought i wasnt bring my dog in anymore and was about to cancel my appoinment she was very rude the whole time making unnecessary comments about how i take care of my dog. Have been bringing our dog here for 3 years and have been super happy with the service. There's been a couple miscommunications about appointment times from their side in the past but didn't bother me much. Last week another one happened and this time they were not nice about it when it was clearly their fault. Didn't realize the appointment time was changed until I got a no-show text 30 min after the alleged appointment time. When my husband called they claimed I accepted the time change via text which I didn't because it wasn't even an option. Never bothered to call to see where the dogs were and already gave our appointment away. There used to be a male groomer who was super nice and accommodating. Can no longer recommend this groomer and will take our dogs elsewhere. read more

I used to love coming here because I've never had an issue with them before and the prices have been good, but I'm not sure if they are under new management or what but the ladies there are very rude. I called about a sudden price change that they did without notifying me and they had no customer service skills whatsoever. I didn't want to do the whole back and forth thing because they weren't being understanding and just trying to prove their point so I just said we'll go ahead and pay the price increase but it would of been nice to notify your customer first instead of just surprising them. But I guess the phone call upset them because they took it out on my poor dog. When we went to go pick him up, they basically had him choked up on the leash and he looked very frightened. We confronted them about it and they're were like oh that's just how he is. Uhm no I know my dog and he was legit scared. I will not let this go unnoticed. I will be making a report to the BBB and local animal control. I know I'm just one case, but hopefully if this type of treatment has happened to anyone else then they can start building a case against them because we need to stand up for our babies. I always take my babies to Furr Paradise. Cupertino (sorry if I botched your name), aka Cooper has always taken good care of my two babies (Niko and Teddy). Teddy came in as a Yorker Terrier and came out as a poodle!! I swear I love the transition Cooper did on Teddy. Then there's Niko. We specifically asked if they cut double coat dogs in our initial inquiry. They said yes. We get there for the appointment and see they use a modified clipper. You are not supposed to use clippers on double coat dogs. Dog grooming 101. But they said it's fine and we trusted them. The hair is growing out weird in my opinion.
