My dog Chopper is three and he is a very anxious boy. We have been turned away by three different groomers, so finding someone patient felt impossible. My boss recommended Tip to Tail, and I am so grateful she did. Today was our third visit, and every time they have been friendly and made me feel completely safe leaving him in their care. They also keep great notes on his grooming, so they remember exactly how I like his cut which takes a lot of stress off both of us. I dropped him off around 8:30 and got the call to pick him up a little after 2. It is a longer wait than what I am used to, but the level of care is worth it. Chopper came back looking adorable, and his coat was extra soft and shiny which I really appreciated. However, today my dog was REJECTED for a nail trim because the older groomer said she had "a bad back" and my dog had to leave. I am very disappointed that a business would do this. read more

Call me on the phone and tell me if he is "matted" and the price would DOUBLE!! But to show up and find we have to pay you double is bad business and unfair to a customer. Not everyone can afford $110 for a bath for a small dog. I just want you to be fair and tell people... You do have our dog locked in the kennel and we want to get him... So, we have no choice do we? The groomer did not do her job-she left Wet Cottonballs in his ears! After bathing my dog, the groomer claimed my dog growled at her and was trying to nip her then said she was not about to put herself in danger to groom my dog who weighs 32 pounds. She charged me $35.00 for a bath - no grooming and specifically not the summer trim I requested. When I got my dog home, my husband figured out what the problem was: THE GROOMER FORGOT TO REMOVE THE WET COTTONBALLS from my dogs ears! I wrote a letter to the owner, Miguel Vega, and basically gave him a month to reply. He never responded - no apology, no communication whatsoever. Going forward, I will not use or recommend his services nor his staff. read more

He checked out the place on Yelp and based on the reviews and decided to call and check for availability. The ladies were very helpful and courteous. They took our "girls" right away and took care of their needs. My husband said the "girls" were in and out quickly. My hubby was very satisfied with the services provided. I love this place...After searching through so many groomers for my two dogs, a Chihuahua and Pekingnese, I came across this one...the staff is great (family owned) and they treat my dogs like I do, like family always remembering their names. Then I added a third, a Chihuahua mix, and they welcomed her with open arms. Only one gets a haircut and they do a great job every time. Sometimes it takes a little longer than usual and sometimes they are done within a couple of hours. Keep up the good work ladies! read more

We have been taking our two 8 lb. dogs to Tip to Tail for close to 10 years. Both of our dogs are bathed bi-weekly and cut every couple of months. The service is fabulous and we love the staff. Occasionally it can take longer than we would like to get them back, particularly on a busy Saturday, but the staff is always wiling to schedule an appointment during off-peak hours or work with whatever your needs are. Cuts are always great - never too short and I love that they ask about the length and other special requests prior to cutting the dogs fur. One of my dogs is a bit older and they work with her well. We have been tremendously pleased and think that Tip to Tail offers the best service for a reasonable price. read more
