Rocky has now been pampered by BeachTown Pets several times, and his grooming experience has been completely transformed! He used to shake, shiver, have accidents, and hang onto me for dear life rather than going to the groomers. And afterwards, he would be so upset and exhausted (and usually have an upset stomach too). I'm so happy to say that Dory and her team have been so amazing that when the van pulls up, Rocky happily goes inside! Amazing professional grooming service that comes right to your home and takes the utmost care of your pets! To start, let me tell you I have been looking at taking my dogs to a groomer in the area and everything was booked for months. So I began exploring the idea of a mobile groomer as this also simplifies the process of bringing multiple dogs to the groomer. I came to yelp and opened up a Project asking local groomers if they had availability for four dogs. Immediately I received a reply from Beach town pets and was able to communicate about the needs of my individual dogs and received thorough reassurance of their abilities to handle rescue dogs that do not like being groomed. The team does an excellent job of getting the dogs to feel more comfortable meanwhile they communicate with you throughout the whole process so you know how your dog is and aren't wondering what's happening. They send pictures and updates every step of the way. Thought that was a truly remarkable way to reassure owners. I look forward to hiring their team again next time my dogs need their grooming. We recently rescued our dog Rascal and due to his unknown grooming history and anxious behaviors at times, I wanted him to have one on one attention. Poor little guy has been through a lot. He had been hit by a car, which broke his pelvis, causing him to be crate rested for almost 3 months while he healed. He was due for a good cleanup. Dory was super answering our requests for information and scheduling a grooming appt for our little Terrier/mix Matty. All communications conveniently done by text messaging including grooming appt date. Dory and her associate arrive at scheduled time and lovingly took Matty in her arms to begin grooming her. Matty was very comfortable with Dory and associate and my wife and were very comfortable and pleased with their handling of Matty. The Grooming Van was immaculate inside and out and their tools clean abd sanitized. Grooming completed in a little more than 1hr and Dory text us when done. After a bad experience eith previou groomer, wife and I were extremely pleased and satisfied with the results from Mattys grooming. When Dory returned Matty to me she was so happy and comfortable, she almost fell asleep in my arm. It would be one thing to admit you can't do a bichon cut but to ruin my dogs hair and on top of that be so self righteous as to say it was the owners fault is absolutley ridiculous. I use to be in sales and Zig Zigler once said "Your clients don't care what you know, til they know that you care." I know my dogs and Dory & Mark care about my dogs. At first I had a hard time getting them into the truck. Now their tails start wagging when they see the truck. They do a fantastic job with their haircuts. We have a golden doodle and a multi poo. They take their time with each dog. And they look so great and smell so good when they r done. The convenience of them showing up at our house is so valuable. We don't have to call the groomer, get a time, bring them in, get called back when done, go pick them etc etc they also get individual attention from two people. They r not sitting in some shop in a crate waiting for us to pick them up or waiting cause they r the next dog up to have their hair cut or bath......The prices r very reasonable for that convenience and individual attention. They r very reliable as far as being on time and communication. But most importantly, they love my dogs and take good care of them. My dogs mean the world to me and if you feel the same way about yours, I highly recommend Dory and Mark for ur dog grooming needs!! read more

Awesome pup care for both older and young dogs! Our older 14 year dog loves her mobile dog spa and pampering time so much that she gets excited when she sees the van drive up (and this is a dog that usually does not like bathes or to be touched much with the exception of head petting which she only tolerates and will walk away after a few minutes lol but she loves Dory and Mark's pampering!). Decided to try to see how the 1 year old Golden/Lab puppy would do so scheduled a time and she also loved her spa pampering too. What a great experience! Dory took extra time and care with our Great Pyrenees, Otis. With his anxiety being extremely high for our first visit, Dory was sensitive to all of his needs, emotional and physical. Her mobile grooming van is equipped with so many amenities for a luxurious spa experience, including a lift to get our big boy into the bath (I was impressed)!!! Since our sweet boy is a rescue, his hair was very long and matted. Dory was able to get all of his matts with care. She checked him from head to tail and found "hot spots" which she treated (with our approval) and suggested what product to use. She also recommended the correct brushes to use with his breed and coat. Dory of BeachTown Pets Mobile Spa is incredible. We were so moved by the amazing love and care shown to Otis and our family.
