We have two dogs that are difficult dog breeds, but Karen and Diana are always so sweet, patient and careful with the boys. Dino and Dominico get excited to go see their groomer Diana. Dino the husky is on a good routine with grooming, so his shedding is bearable and manageable. Owner of George here, no there were no pre existing conditions prior to his visit. I asked owner to do the right thing and help pay for vet bill after my dog came home with a severe wound that was covered up by a bandanna. Owner said it was unintentional multiple Times on the phone, which would have been fine if she was apologetic and agreed to even pay a little for vet bill I would have been happy, instead owner offered a free bath, why would I want that after my dog had been hurt. Now you are back tracking what you said on the phone to save face. I would never come for someone's business, but you are not a good person for how you treated this situation and for how my dog was handled. Do better next time. read more

Where to begin, I've been taking my crazy dog (likes being bathed as much as a wild cat, with an ear piercing bark that could probably break glass) Grey to Karen for almost 3 years now. We have followed her from different locations over the past years and for good reason...my dog is quite a handful lol. It started with me trying to use a mobile groomer for my dogs first bath/hair cut and it ended with the groomer frantically coming back to my door saying she would not be able to groom Grey due to her craziness, so my dog was returned to me with half her body shaved, looking like a lion with mange ROFL. Luckily, we found a shop around us that would accept Grey, and Karen turned out to be her groomer. I remember the first time we went to pickup our dog, and saw her sitting on the table like a little angel, sitting still to get her face trimmed and acting like she had been through this a 1000 times. The two ladies that run this place did a fantastic job giving my dog a bath and brush. My dog has a double coat and it gets matted very easily. Since my dogs hair was matted and I haven't taken him grooming in a while, they charged extra for the brushing. This is my first time here, so I wasn't sure what to expect in terms of the quality of the grooming. However after picking him up, I noticed that he was significantly brushed out, which made me really happy. His fur is much smoother and they did all the brushing in 30 minutes. I couldn't be happier with the grooming service from Karen at Bark n Fetch. We used to go to Karen at a different dog grooming place. After trying out multiple groomers over the years, Karen is hands down the best! When we found out she opened her own place (Bark n Fetch) we immediately followed her. Although a further drive for us, it was worth the drive knowing we are going to get a consistently good hair cut for our dog with someone we trust!
