I had a great experience with Posh Pooch and they took really good care of my dog. They offer a several different services depending on what you need and I went with the posh groom & style which comes with a full haircut. I really like that they also offer teeth brushing here. They do take a while for their service and I was told about 3 hours but luckily I don't live far away where I can just go back home. There's limited street parking but I had no issues finding parking when I went. Love that they gave my dog a bandana as well!

I used to love this grooming place! The customer service was always excellent, and once the groomers understood how I liked my dog groomed, they did a fantastic job. However, in recent years--after multiple changes in management--customer service has noticeably declined. While the groomers are still skilled, the experience has become inconsistent. My dog requires special care due to seizures and ear infections, so I always request express grooming to limit his time there. On my last visit, they texted me when he was done, but the message didn't come through. Instead of following up with a phone call, they left him waiting for three extra hours until I finally called. When I asked why they didn't call, they simply said they were busy. That's not acceptable--especially when I'm paying for express service and they know he needs prompt pickup. It's this kind of inconsistent communication and lack of accountability that led me to stop coming. I won't return unless there's a clear change in management and a more reliable customer service policy in place.

Took my puppy to Posh Pooch for his 2nd grooming and I am very pleased. Milo was very nervous and shaking but Vanessa handled him with such care and really listened to my wants and concerns for Milo and his grooming. I will absolutely bring Milo back to posh pooch! Updated: The owners responded and offered a full refund for the inconvenience! No one is perfect and mistakes are inevitable, but this owner took responsibility and put the customer first. Thanks Posh Pooch! I recently visited this Posh Pooch to use the self wash station. This was my first visit; I had found them by searching for self wash locations in my area. They advertised the price for using the self wash station as $20. However, when I completed my wash and went to pay, they charged me $45! I notified the representative that there was a mistake as the website says it is $20. I even pulled it up and shared it real-time. The representative said that they had recently changed their prices for self-wash. I told her that it is unfair to advertise one price and charge another, especially charging more than double the advertised price. They said they understood and would notify the owners but did not refund the difference. I asked for the owners email and wrote to inform them of the issue. I also requested they honor the advertised price and refund the difference. I am currently awaiting a response. read more

Posh Pooch is super accommodating and very skilled at grooming my Bichon Poodle mix, Millie. Millie gets scared in crates so Posh Pooch allows me to schedule her first thing in the morning and pick her up just as they're finishing up so she never has to be kept in a crate. They also offer discounts if you schedule the next session at the end of each grooming, which I think is a really great loyalty program! I highly recommend. read more

I found Posh Pooch after moving on from a mobile dog grooming service. The price is much lower for biggie and smalls than the price to mobile groom biggie. Biggie and smalls are excited to visit and have a spa day. Smalls is okay having her nails clipped - not her favorite service. Posh Pooch Artists are patient and kind. They love Posh Pooch. Posh Pooch is absolutely thee best, seriously. Pets are safe, well taken care of and look terrific when picked-up. Our dog is old so they are kind enough to schedule his service early, he gets special attention. If you want for a bit extra they will provide CBD when necessary, we have pre approved but they only give if necessary. Not every visit. Highly recommend. ‍ read more

I think I finally found the local place to take my girlie!! You can sit there and wait on a couch area, if you want. It's so spacious, clean, and so cute inside! Ruby helped us and she was so sweet to my baby; she got on the floor at eye level with her to pet her and talk to her to get her comfortable. My dog was injured here!!!!! This was a horrible experience, and I will never be back. The dog was groomed and they cut my dogs nails down to the quick when I spoke to Nadia as the owner today she tried to blame me for her teams irresponsible method of cutting the nails. My dog was injured in the care of these groomers. I am absolutely traumatized that my poor dog had this happen to them and it is because of their trimming my dogs nail to the quick. Pictures below. Do not go here!!!!! Unfortunately, the owner is a liar and has responded to say that they did not trim the nails with my dog. I do not have time to make up false allegations against an company that has hurt my dog. Do not send your pet here if you care about your pet. I would not trim my dogs nails that short, they're grooming studio did cut the nails and admitted to it. completely unprofessional and a bunch of liars. read more

We came in for the first time today! They were able to get her in on short notice and did such an amazing job. They totally understood my dog's breed and how to cut her hair and took excellent care of her. They had such great energy and love for the dogs, my puppy was snuggling up to one of the girls' legs before she realized I was there to pick her up. So happy with how well groomed she is! Was recommended by a neighbor when I could not get her in with her regular groomer. Was able to get a next day appointment through their online schedule through their website. She went in and came out with no anxiety and they did an amazing job on her! They offer a first time discount and a repeat customer discount which is great. After looking for a new groomer because my old one had lost their lease. I had tried several places in HB and FV, but none of them did a great job on my HavaShu. She has lots of hair and these places rarely touched her facial hair or her nails even after I would specifically ask. Well now it was getting near grooming time for Xiao Fu (the HavaShu). I searched Yelp and reading the reviews- I set up an appointment. Well we could not be happier. Xiao has her next grooming this Friday. I am sure she will be perfect again! read more

A thrift/vintage shop, a bar, a few coffee shops, hair salon and nail shop. There's a decent size parking lot but when we arrived it was packed but lucky enough to find a spot. When we walked in, it was a little confusing as it was a vet. The ladies behind the counters were all sweet when we checked in but wasn't sure we were at the right place. Well, it's a vet and groomers on site. It was just a couple minutes wait till Sara came out to greet us. First off, she's such a doll and sweetheart. Very professional and takes pride in what she does. Chatted with here for a little bit about what we wanted before handing over the little pup to her. We were quoted about 2 and half hour or so which she'll call us 20 minutes before hand to let us know he'll be ready soon. Freddie Mercury was in good hand. Picking him up, he was such a cutie. The bathing, cut and grooming was great. Nails were cut and file for that nice finished look. Also he had the cutest little bow tie on which was the little icing on the cake. From the chat on Yelp, Sara explained all the pricing and services ahead of time to give us the breakdown. As it was our first time, she did take good care of us with everything. Total for everything and extra add on including gratuity and discounts for first time, it was just short of 130.00. Price wise for everything was good. It was worth it and her service was very well worth it. Even though we're not from the area and it was a last minute appointment, we're keeping her in our book as we'll be back in town again and know Freddie will be in good hands next time. The place was very professional and clean. There's a drinks section with a mini fridge of drinks and a water station for refilling your bottles and coffee machine. It was busy which is great for them. Sara, a professional and sweet person who has a special skills for what she does. Friendly, sweet and a doll. Highly recommend Sara.

A Woeful Experience - Zero Stars I recently took my beloved dog to Posh Pooch and the experience was nothing short of a disaster. From start to finish, it was clear that this establishment lacked the professionalism and care necessary for grooming our furry friends. Firstly, the staff seemed disinterested and unfriendly. I felt like an inconvenience rather than a paying customer seeking a service. The lack of communication about the grooming process and what to expect made me uneasy. When I picked up my dog, I couldn't believe what I saw. The grooming was subpar at best. My dog's fur was uneven and looked like a rushed job. It's evident that the groomer lacked the skills and attention to detail necessary for their profession. Worst of all, I noticed a significant change in my dog's behavior and demeanor. It's apparent that the grooming experience at Posh Pooch had a negative impact on my dog's self-esteem. Normally a happy and confident pup, my dog now seems anxious and withdrawn. We visited Posh Pooch amidst the recent flood that hit Main Street last week. Our experience with Patricia and her team was nothing short of exceptional. They displayed a high level of professionalism by informing us in advance about parking arrangements and even offering to assist in carrying our dog to the car. Upon arrival, we were delighted to find our beloved pet looking amazing as always! Not only did he appear happy, but he also smelled great, a testament to the skill and care provided by Patricia and her team. It is evident that Patricia is deeply passionate about her work and the store. She dedicated her time to thoroughly explain each step of the grooming process, discuss the desired cut, provide insights on various fur textures, and even showcased picture references. I regret to say that my experience at Posh Pooch was highly disappointing. Despite explicitly stating that my golden doodle only needed a bath and a shave with a few matted spots needing additional trimming that the groomer insisted she'd blend nicely with the rest of the body, the grooming session resulted in a complete disaster. Not only was my dog shaved down to the skin in many areas (most of the body), but the haircut was extremely patchy and uneven. To make matters worse, my dog returned home with red irritations covering his body, including ears, neck, chest and particularly sensitive areas such as his behind and male parts. There was even a cut on his ear that the groomer failed to inform us about. The discomfort my dog experienced was evident as he refused to eat for days and was visibly not himself. It's clear that the staff at Posh Pooch are not properly trained to handle grooming procedures and lack the necessary skills to care for animals appropriately. Overall, my experience at Posh Pooch was a nightmare, and I would strongly advise against entrusting them with your pet's grooming needs. read more

I highly recommend Posh Pooch for trimming cats' nails. I've been taking my cat to Posh Pooch for his mani-pedi for close to a year now and each time we have received fast, professional and courteous service. In fact, their staff does a better job with my cat than the technicians at the vet's office who are always insisting that I drug my cat in order to make him more docile prior to his mani-pedi appt. . And unlike the vet, the staff at Posh let me hold my cat while clipping his nails to make my cat less fearful. I addition, my cat and I are in and out of Posh Pooch in under 10min! I been taking both my Cats to Posh Pooch Grooming, nail cutting and baths. I just learned today they have new owners. They had me drop off Jax so he could get a bath. I came back couple hours later to find Jax looking calm beautiful. He look so handsome with his scarf around his neck. The new owners are happy people. And so attentive to my pets needs.
