He let me know there was availability the same day (it was during the weekday in the morning). Luis was again so helpful once I got there to wash my shepherd mix. Took me a little time to wash him but I'm short so hard to reach parts of my dog because he's large. They have shampoo, towels and blow dryer for the fur babies and it was reasonably price! We took our husky to wash him ourselves at my pretty puppy and our experience was great. We didn't make an appointment, but I do think that they're required. The owner (I believe) took us in because it wasn't busy. Awesome. He instructed us every step of the way and showed us how to use products and got hands on with my dog when we needed help. The only small downside was when a female employee came out and was trying to show me how to clean my dog's ears and she dug in so deep that my dog yelped in pain. I know he's ok but I was trying so hard not to traumatize him because he's really difficult to groom. So why the 1 star, well, our doodle has been coming back shaved whenever they can't give him the grooming he needs and the store default excuse "he was too matted". I'm sorta getting tired of this excuse. Especially since we pay good money to get him groomed in order for them to default to a completely shaved doodle. I don't even recognize my own dog when they do this. I get here 1/16/2026 at 1:30 and he tells me the dog groomer has gone home sick I drove 30 mins to my pretty puppy grooming. The reality is.... He over books, he doesn't pay attn to the needs of the client. I spent 20 minutes on the phone with him explaining exactly what I needed for my 3 dogs, even separating the appointments so they can do exactly what is needed, because every time, they miss something or forget something & we have given way too many chances. Are they nice? Yes, but I need someone who cares. My Dad just died, I just wanted to go in, drop her off, know they know what they are doing, they couldn't find my chart, then ask what are we doing for her again.... He doesn't take the time at the time I am talking to him, to go in and put the notes. It's a small thing, but I want people who care about the small things. He completely ruined my day, my whole plan of my carpets getting cleaned.... We need more people to realize when they are doing a job, the client matters first. I would never do this to someone, then he tells me, a grown man, it's his birthday so he forgot and sorry. Like what? Ur birthday means nothing to me @ this moment. I need to feel trust that I can leave my precious babies there and know you are going to do what's needed. Every single time, not once has it ever been right. I live close so it's easy and convenient for me, but now he lost 3 dogs to service. I would give one, but they are nice, but I would rather someone who goes above and beyond. Cares about the little things. This was completely unacceptable. I didn't feel good at that point to leave my fur baby. What a shame. read more

Nothing beats a squeaky clean dog. I've been here twice already and absolutely love this place. My cattle dog and I have separation anxiety and I rarely leave her with anyone. My Pretty Puppy let's me wash her myself in one of two do it yourself tubs that has a self releasing hose that dispenses shampoo and conditioner mixed with water. Plenty of de shedding brushes to get rid of all that unwanted dog hair. Fiona seems to have a never ending supply of dog hair. Luis is such an absolute pet Angel. He is always so kind to Fiona. Both times I went he took her in the back and trimmed her nails for me. They also offer grooming services and have a little perfume bar to get your pet smelling perfect. read more

My pretty puppy does a great job with grooming my Schnauzer, Sharon is awesome with Bailey and she has skills. Schnauzers are mainly scissor cut. Bailey always looks great after her grooming. I felt inclined to write a review upon my first visit. Setting up an appointment was super fast and easy through Yelp. Just make sure you bring your pet's vaccination records for their first visit. I brought my dog in for a basic bath and because it was my first visit, Maria threw in a complimentary tooth brushing service as well. We added the deshedding and my total came out to $55. I would also like to mention that the estimated wait time was 3 hours, but because I needed to rush my dog to training within 2 hours, they were able to accommodate and get him ready within 1.5 hours. Upon my arrival, I realized I forgot to bring my leash and Maria gave me one for free. She also let me keep the toothbrush they used since it was a one-time use. I gotta say, this is the type of customer service that will keep us coming back. Monty came out super fluffy, nails trimmed and smelling fresh! This was our 2nd time here. The first time was pretty good. Not perfect tho. my dog had a small razor burn on his tummy from the ultra short tummy trimming. These trimmers get hot but the groomer ignores it so they can finish. They never bother to have an extra trimmer and swap them out so the first one can cool. Lazy and cheap on their part. They also didn't trim his shoulders and hips but I put that down to a misunderstanding. Today I gave explicit instructions to not only the receptionist but I spoke with the groomer too. I said to only trim the white fur. Leave all of the black fur alone . Don't cut the black fur. I like it long Don't trim his head. Again, only trim the white fur. His paws,legs,shoulders,hips,chest,neck--all white fur. His body and head are black. I specifically showed her where to trim. Well, she practically shaved everything !!! I was livid. Was she that dense that she doesn't understand ONLY TRIM THE WHITE FUR?!?!? The owner at least apologized and refunded my money and for that he gets 1 star. If I could give negative stars I would. I told him he lost a customer. I know it will grow back but it will take over a year to get the beautiful long coat he had. read more
