I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with Pups Palace! This was our first time using a mobile grooming service so we were a little hesitant. What great service! The owner is so nice and gentle. Hands down the BEST groomer I have ever had. I have a pug with skin issues and she uses great quality products on her and her skin has never looked better. She's always on time, fast,treats every dog like her own and finishes her craft with the CUTEST scarf bows. Speaking about caring for her animals, I would have to say my favorite thing about her is that if she notices an issue she lets you know. I think that's admirable. She doesn't just wash them and hand them to you she actually looks at what she's doing and takes her time. You and your FUR baby will love Britney hands down! By far the Best Groomer in the OC and LA County!! Brittany takes extreme care with the animals and has a knack for calming down aggressive older dogs that aren't use to be groomed. The setting is perfect, your dog is one on one with Brittany, no barking or dogs clawing at cages, in fact there are no cages at all!!! Her mobile unit contains everything she needs including water and electricity so she doesn't have to plug into your house or use your water. She's is always prompt and on time; if your looking for a new groomer, you have found her!!

These guys were awesome. They were on time their mobile unit was clean air conditioned and everything self-contained. We were very happy our dog was comfortable and came back happy and that's very important to both of us. I will definitely use them in the future very professional quick and my dog was not stressed. They were great!

I've used Brittany several times a while back and I've called on Brittany more frequently now that my dog is a post IVDD survivor and I do not feel comfortable leaving him caged in kennels. Simply put, Brittany is the most compassionate, skilled, and professional groomer in the world. She is so understanding of my dog's needs and expert knowledge having worked as a veterinary technician is highly appreciated given my dog's new health condition. Not to mention that her grooming skills are excellent even with dogs as anxious as mine. This groomer is awesome! Brittany is very professional and does a great job making my two pups feel at home in her adorable trailer. She gave them the works, a bath, a cut and a style!and they smelled wonderful after they were all done! I have recommended her to all of my family and friends. I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with Pups Palace! This was our first time using a mobile grooming service so we were a little hesitant. What great service! The owner is so nice and gentle. My poor baby needed a lot of love for his coat and claws! Since having a baby I was unable to keep up with his grooming. Jennifer made the time to take extra time and care to take care of my baby who has never been groomed by a groomer before. Jennifer made sure to ask a lot of questions to find out his needs and deliver excellent service! I already booked my next appointment and think I have found my permanent groomer for my little guy! The pricing is a tad more than some brick and mortar groomers, but I expected that since she drives to you!!! read more

Brittany is the best!!! Our pup is a lab mix rescue. When we adopted Emma, she was so scared of everything. So I am very protective of Emma and do not want to put her in any more stress than necessary. Brittany is a calm, kind person who Emma warmed up to and now Emma is happy to see Brittany. Emma jumps on the screen door to see Brittany (even though Emma is not supposed to jump on the screen door). I am so happy that Emma likes Brittany. Brittany is so patient, understanding and caring. Besides being a wonderful person, Brittany is also a great groomer! We are so happy to have Brittany in our lives!!! We highly recommend Brittany!!! read more

I have not actually has services from pup palace, however I am not able to get one as a new client! Anytime I call, the voicemail says that there is no availability for new clients! What's the point of being on Yelp, if we cannot use your services! On one hand it's great that she is having a lot of business, but on the the other hand, I cannot give her business! read more

Three months ago I lost my 5 year old Yorkie at the Groomers! I decided then I will never take another dog to the Groomers again! I found pups palace on Yelp and decided this is the route I wanted to go. I explained my situation to Brittany and she was very compassionate and understanding that she let me stay and watch my dog get groomed! I got to admit today I was very nervous because of what happened to my last dog but Brittany was absolutely AMAZING!! I can't thank her enough for letting me stay and watch my dog groomed. She has the patience of a saint and is very professional and great at what she does. I will absolutely refer her out to my friends and family and she will be my new Mobile Grooming from here and out. Had my long-haired-dachshund groomed at a big market pet store yesterday and decided that I needed to get the nails of my big half Lab/half pit done but didn't want to take him in and drop him off for half a day so I turned to yelp. I found the ad for Pups Palace and called. Set up an appointment for today for a complete bath etc. Brittany arrived right on time and the grooming took less than an hour. I was told it would be $10-$15. When I arrived, the place looked clean and I even checked the price list posted in the waiting area, which also clearly said $10-$15 for nail trimming. However, after the service was done, I was charged $25. When I questioned it and explained that I had called ahead and specifically mentioned that my dog is large, the response I got was that they "didn't know he was that big." My dog is a large doodle -- not some unusually massive or rare breed -- and I had already made that clear over the phone. It's extremely frustrating to confirm pricing beforehand, see the same price advertised in the shop, and then be charged significantly more afterward with no real explanation. If the price depends on size, that should be clearly communicated upfront, especially when a customer takes the time to ask beforehand. This felt misleading and unprofessional. I left feeling like the pricing was not transparent and that my concerns were dismissed when I brought them up. Because of this experience, I will not be returning.

Brittany groomed my two Malti-poos (one of them is Mandi Pandi in the pics) and we were very very pleased. She is caring and does a very professional job. I have taken my pups to many other groomers over the past years and she is the best. I don't worry at all about my little baby when she is with Brittany. She is a wonderful groomer and truly cares for all animals. Also... She has a beautiful new mobile grooming trailer with all the amenities. Brittany does a great job, she's always on time, & my dogs love her! They are always excited to see her when she knocks on our door. My dogs always come back clean cut & smelling nice. I definitely recommend her, she will do exactly what you ask for! read more
