During Covid our pup was down the street and we got a call that we had to pick her up however we were over 5 hours away and do couldn't get there so Nikki's went out of their way to go pick up our dog and make sure she had a place to stay and was safe. I am extremely particular with my mainecoons (to say the least), and I trust Nikki's Pet Spa 100%! My cats come home SUPER soft and gorgeous. I do wait too long sometimes to get them in and they've already developed stomach matts and not once have they made me feel worse than I already did about it. My boys love going there and never come home stressed. I'm sure I'm annoying when every time I take them in I reiterate, very specifically, NOTHING cut off the ears, tail and paws, and every time they come out beautifully!! It's the only place I will take a chance grooming my large, fluffy boys! We are first-time cat owners, so we really appreciated having a business that took care of our pet in a knowledgeable and efficient way. They are busy! So I highly suggest visiting at a time that has lower traffic or making an appointment. We called to see if they could see us same-day and thankfully we got in. Our cat was done in a couple of hours and he looked, smelled, and felt great! He even got a cute little bowtie too. His bath was $75 (2024 price) and we paid using Zelle which was convenient.
