I just asked for a sanitary trim and a few other things, which turned out great but they did miss his ears. Best groomers around! This is literally the only place I go. I moved out of Eastvale to Rancho but I still go here religiously! You can tell they care about their clients dogs. They are reasonably priced, for full groom I believe it's $55?! Or something like that, it includes bath with shampooing, nails, cut and butt gland release. I will never go anywhere else. Not sure if they changed owners from a little over a year ago but I use to take my other dog here for over 8yrs. But what a disappointment. Took my new dog in for grooming. Prices went up by $30 (same type of dog). This was the third time I take my dog in and the second time didn't notice a difference in his cut. They didn't bother to cut his ear hairs (said he wouldn't let them) he's only 6 months. This LAST time they told us if we didn't like it we could go somewhere else. As if that wasn't my plan already. I needed my boy groomed so bad. Recently moved to the Ontario area.. I called about 25 other places and no one had an opening. Til I found this Gem! They had time for my boy, the cost was literally almost half off, and all the girls at the spa were super nice and caring! I dropped him off and he was ready in less than 2 hrs! The consistency of a great clip and knowing our boy is being treated with care and respect is priceless; and all that care at a reasonable price. We've been taking our Dogs to Colleen for years. She is so great. She goes the extra mile for our dogs and takes great care of them. Today she went above and beyond to help our bloodhound feel better after he skin was all bitten up and scratched by fleas (killed the fleas before bringing her in). Aloe, oatmeal bath, and a few other things to help. She hasn't scratched once in hours. Plus she really looks out for the dogs. She noticed a mass on my parents dog, they caught it early and probably saved her life. Seriously the best, we live in Riverside and it's worth the trip. read more

I used this groomer for about a year but never again. First and foremost they have poor customer service, poor communications, they are unreliable, and they ate inconsistent. They always charge more than they quote you also. Early in the spring when picking up my dog from a cut I scheduled my dog two months in advance due to,the difficulties I had had getting them to respond. A few days prior to my appointment which I had arranged my work schedule they canceled on me and basically refused to work with me to reschedule. Fast forward two months and a friend who goes there was able to help me get an appointment. They butchered my Scottish terrier... they shaved her skirt, they gave her a westi cut around the face and ears, and the tail I don't even know what that was supposed to be like but they made my beautiful pure breed Scotty look like a mongrel mutt. The also charged me an extra $15 over what I was quoted. No more chances for these rude incompetent people. Avoid them if you like your dog at all, read more
