Words can't even express how much I love this place!! I moved and am almost 40 minutes away but still chose them over any other groomer. I seriously trust these beautiful ladies with my animals life and they do such an amazing job. They have taken care of fleas, matting, and anal gland issues with no issues. Very wholesome and friendly business. Would be a dream to work for them someday! read more

Took our new Morkie in to be groomed. They did a stellar job, was done in less than 2 hours (love that they don't keep your pet all day... ) She was quite "messy" with a lot of hair...We love her new look and she's so easy to brush now. She will definitely be a regular read more

I came to this shop a few times and had some good experiences. However, they randomly started to increase the price more and more each time. Not only that, they cut my dog's tail last time and I ended up having to pay $300 for medical bills. I still gave 2 stars since they gave me a refund but didn't really cover anything. Had been a client at starstruck for over 5 years. Brought in my two dogs and my dad's dog every 6 weeks. 2 weeks ago made appt for my dad's dog, he is 97 and lives in assisted living facility, Thursday stopped by his place to remind him of appt and he did not recall our conversation 2 days prior and had his dog groomed by someone who comes to the facility and said they could groom his dog . Appt was for Friday at noon, this occurred Thursday evening. Texted starstruck 7pm Thursday notifying them of the situation and canceling the noon appt fri. They replied no worries see you in a few weeks. Had just been there with my dog a week prior to this! About an hour later received text stating they were charging me 38 dollars for canceling and no 24 hr notification. In spite of me being a client for over 5 years and my dad's situation!!! They obviously in addition to being callous, no empathy and no business acumen have no loyalty themselves. Consistently been charged $65 for each dog and always tipped $15 per dog. So they now will never enjoy my business and$$ fir $34. Talk about stepping over a dollar to pick up a penny. Found new groomer who charges $45 not 65 and seems very happy having my business read more

We have taken our German Shepherd dog to Starstruck Grooming Salon for a few years and have been very happy. She sheds quite a bit, but working with Starstruck, we learned to request the perfect trim, which greatly reduces shedding. Today, we picked up our dog again, and she had perfect grooming: behind her front legs and between her toes, your hind end (a baboon cut), and her tail trimmed. She looks fantastic. Thank you, Starstruck Groom Salon! read more

So happy we have found our new groomer in the area! Prior to finding this spot, we've driven 35 miles away to get my shih tzu groomed. But thank goodness Starstruck is only 5 minutes away from home!! Very professional and friendly service, not to mention quick, they did exactly what I had asked for and my boy seemed very happy when we picked him up. Thanks so much, we'll be back! read more

Update after 2 years of using Starstruck: Two years later and my opinion/review is still unchanged! I'm still bringing my 18 pound yorkiepoo here. They are often able to still squeeze me in last minute as my schedule is constantly changing. The staff is always so friendly, the prices have gone up, but are still very affordable compared to other grooming, salons, and they get you in and out much faster than other salons. My appointment time is usually one and a half to two hours for a full grooming with teeth brushing. My dog Kobe leaves so cute and happy each time. We used to have Aylin do his grooming, and she did an amazing job each time! Since she's left, our last visit we had Rachel greet us at the door and Mary Ann do his cut. All these girls are wonderful! read more

I'm very happy we found this place. Been going to petsmart and other groomers for our dogs but either they did a really bad job or the price was so high. Starstruck grooming salon did a really good job on our maltipoo and poodle. They are both looking good, smell great, even after a week. Price is so much more affordable compared to other places. They said we can always bring our dogs in for face and nail trim without needing to schedule an appointment. Will def come back and tell our friends and neighbors of this salon. read more

How have I never tried this place before?! I brought my boy Charlie in for a haircut and bath. Once I arrived I was greeted and helped right away. The girl at the front desk was very friendly and asked all the right questions about what i wanted for my baby. Now I am EXTREMELY picky and like my boy to look a certain way. When i picked up Charlie he looked better than i could ask for!!! He smelled great and was such a happy boy. This will FOREVER be my new spot! Thank you to all at starstruck for exceeding my expectations!!! read more

Initially I had a problem with the way my dogs grooming came out. I told them specifically I didn't want his ears cut at all but because he was matted they ended up cutting it all off. The issue was that their was no communication at all about it because the rest of his haircut did not match his ears as you can see in the picture. After speaking to the owner she was very helpful and provided amazing customer service. She let me bring my dog back a couple days later to get him re-groomed free of charge, which I truly appreciate. It looked 10x better and I'm happy overall with my experience and the service I received. read more

Today was our first time at this grooming salon. Been going to the same one for a couple of years with my mini-schnauzer. He was always shaking when we drove up and he recognized the building. The groomer called him a brat the last time I took him and figured she didn't have much patience with him. So I did a lot of searching for another. I looked at mobile groomers and several different grooming shops. I liked what the reviews said -- they had the same experience I did with concern for our sweet Cooper. Today he didn't get so nervous and they said he did Great. And Eileen she did a great job of grooming him. We'll definetely be going back. Already have an appointment for February. They have a new groomer that dictates the price they choose. There were once prices at the front desk. NO MORE! I was a long time customer, then suddenly I was charged 100 dollars for a bath and minor tidy of ears and nails and very small area of butt only. Very poor job, and the next day my dog has red ears and cuts inside and discharge. BOTH EARS! They injured my dog and didn't take responsibility for it. Defended themselves and didn't care. My dog is just over 2 years old and inside all the time. We have zero issues with her VET ever. Excellent health record. Starstuck - you should have accepted responsibility and said sorry and fired the groomer that did this and refund my money. I have paid you for more than 20 grooming in past years. SHAME ON YOU! read more

We recently moved to the Corona area from Orange County and we were in need of a new groomer for our maltipoo. Starstruck Grooming had great reviews on Yelp and their website described the services available with affordable pricing. We decided to do the full grooming and called to make an appointment. Quick and easy to schedule. On the day of our appointment, our dog was the first pup of the day and she was done within about 90 mins! She looked great and even had a cute fall flower attached to her collar. She was in a good mood when she came home- no issues at all with her haircut! So glad we found a great spot on our first try, we will definitely be bring our girl here for future grooming needs. read more

Flynn was in need of a groomer being this was his first grooming as a puppy. We were ready to go to petsmart due to Christmas coming so closely but I am so glad we didn't! The staff are extremely friendly, they are super communicative and really care about your four legged friend. The shop advised against gland expression due to it being Flynn's first grooming experience and not wanting to leave resentment when it comes down to needing to come back.( I appreciated this). Overall, 5 star rating due to the amazing staff, service, and care for my little guy! read more

This was my first time coming here to get my dog groomed and I was super happy with the results. I had a immediate smile the minute I saw my dog. My dog is an Australian shepherd and his coat was getting super long, he was in desperate need of a makeover. I typically take my dog to petsmart, he is always hesitant about going past their gate. One thing about their grooming services there is that they take HOURS!!! So I was super shocked to find out that my dog was done in about 2 hours! My dog also didn't hesitate to walk past the gate with the groomer either which I was happy about. They did a great job and he came out with a cute Christmas bandana! exceeded my expectations!! Definitely will be coming here again. read more

The business is nearby our home easy and convenient drive but didn't deliver what they promised. I texted them a few days before my appointment to see if they had a groomer that could do a long clip style for a labradoodle and they said yes. I reminded them at drop off that I wanted the same wavy version of our dog as he was but shorter. We left them a labradoodle and picked up a poodle cut. Disappointed because they said they had a groomer that knew labradoodle styles. This was exactly what I was trying to avoid. He was impeccably clean and well taken care of just didn't deliver what I had asked for. read more
