This is the worst group of dog groomers. They didn't do half of what was suppose to be done. They also didn't do under my dogs back legs. All the fur was chopped and uneven. I called them and they wouldn't answer my call until I blocked my number. Then they said they would be back the following morning. Never heard from them again. Plus the didn't answer even my blocked calls either. DO NOT USE THEM. read more

My dogs were always spazzed out when coming back from Petco, mostly because they kept them in a cage for 2 hours before they even groomed them. I used the pampered paws mobile pet grooming one time and I had no problem. They came right away, they gave my dog a great grooming. A few months later I contacted them and scheduled an appointment just days before Easter. They cancelled on me the day of the grooming. I was upset but did what I had to do. Then I received a text from them a few days ago. I thought, I will schedule an appointment. I text them on when a good time would be and got a response soon after asking who I was. I let them know and never got another response. The next day I called and left a message. Nothing, so I sent a text asking if they can refer me to someone who can service my dog as my daughter has Autism and going into pet salons are too loud for her. I have used Amanda since 2018 & was so happy with the service, She was great with my 2 fur babies so I was extremely disappointed that She has missed multiple ( 3 ) scheduled appointments, since February, though she indicated availability. I assume this was because of the Corona 19 situation but I just wish she had communicated that, I would have surly understood but I just feel abandoned! I got an appointment with another mobil groomer in an hour who showed up on time & did a great job but was a little over priced! I think she could tell I was desperate! Still waiting to hear back for an appointment for my St. Bernard. Three weeks ago I scheduled both of my dogs to be groomed. A Corgador and a St. Bernard. I wanted our Saint to be groomed fist but because of his pre- rescue experience he wouldn't get into the mobile salon. So our Corgador, willfully jumped up to be groomed. When her husband came to my door to return our pup he also mentioned that they wouldn't have time to groom our Saint. ? I was confused as, I scheduled both dogs to be groomed. I mean I know we waisted a good ten minutes trying to get him in initially bit how did that constitute him not being groomed at all. I was fine as she said they would come back in a week or so with some accommodations to groom our furry beast. I was elated that they were going to make it so he could be groomed on the outside of the mobile salon, so the fact that they overlooked our second appointment time was no big deal. We left on the basis that she would contact me with her availability, that was three weeks ago. Very bummed. Our first experience was phenomenal, our Saint looked amazing when he was done. I wish our returned business would have mattered more to her. read more
