After many years of coming here I just had to leave a 5 star review. I own a Korean Jindo named Kyra and if you know anything about that breed, they can be very anxious and wary of strangers. Every time I bring Kyra here they are so gentle and patient with her (and I know how she can get ). They're always timely, the space is clean, and they really treat your pet like their own. I always feel good knowing that she is in the best hands. They also have these amazing scents they can spray on your pet after and I swear the scents lasts for a week or more. Love love love this place. I would trust getting my dog groomed here over and over again. read more

I have two Malamutes (115 lbs 85lbs). i have taken them to there other groomers. They had a horrible experience at the first one, the second one did a good job at deshedding and slight trims, the third one di even ask me what I wanted and both had a bad experience. BUT DOGGIE SPA not only made it a wonderful experience for my furry babies, but made them look like soft teddy bears. The groomers asked questions about the gir and what I wanted. They didn't shy away from from the job and didn't judge either. They look like show dogs. I've never seen a Malamute trimmed so pretty. Thank you! We will never go anywhere else. Called to see if they had availability today they had a spot within 20mins also mentioned i seen a groupon and they honored it in store awesome no hesitation from the staff!!! from arrival to having my BLUEY back was about 2 hrs (they estimated 2.3-3hrs) I was shocked to see how clean and dry my buddy was definitely can tell they took care of blu while I wasn't there u'm definitely gonna be coming every other week to keep up with his maintenance. She was very friendly and able to provide a quick appointment. When I dropped off my Mini Golden Doodle I explained she had separation anxiety. Jamie and the groomer were very understanding. My puppy liked them both and it was a huge relief. When I picked her up she looked fantastic and happy. They definitely love dogs here and it showed in everything they did. I love this spot when my Maltipoo Sophie needs a haircut and spa day. The prices and quality of services are WAY better than their nearby competitor PetSmart. I mean WAY better, and my dog doesn't come out of there scared and shaking as if she was just beaten or assaulted by the employees like she did every time she was groomed at PetSmart. Here she's happy going in and happy coming out! I've had different people who've done the actual grooming and I've always been very happy with the results. They really listen to my instructions and they execute them to a "T", and are great with the detailing of her face, ears and around her eyes which I'm picky about..especially when it comes to her eyelashes! The woman who owns and operates Doggie Spa is always polite, friendly and respectful of both me and my fur baby Sophie who's my main concern when it comes to treatment. And they really do treat people's pets as if they were their own. They use large walk-around kennels and not those small, confined ones with grated wire bottoms like a lot of other places I've seen before. Everything is more personal here. The business is always clean and cute inside and doesn't smell like a wet dog inside like a typical groomers always does. There's always a nice couch to sit if you want to wait until your pets finished which is pretty cool and a complementary doggie perfume/cologne bar to choose which scent you'd like for your beloved pet that I just absolutely adore at Doggie Spa! My large Golden-doodle has been coming here for about a year and a half now after a bad experience at the paw spa. We have a boxer and they are constantly playing and it leaves his fur really matted around his mouth. The groomers ALWAYS ALWAYS find a way to continue to give him the teddy bear cut and do not try to just rush the job and just shave him down like our last experience. Unfortunately he is a handful with strangers it seems, but they have always shown us grace and been extremely helpful. They have over exceeded our expectations! read more

I've been taking my dog to this spot as soon as she was old enough to start getting groomed. Considering she has a double coat and it grows in strange, scraggly ways in weird spots, her appointments are pretty consistently every two to three months, and even once a month during the summer. Now, I can't say I did my research when doing a spot -- I just chose what was closest to me. But I will say that, even after I moved 30 minutes away, I still make the trip out here for my dog to get groomed by this team. They're always sweet and friendly, the rates are good, and most importantly my dog looks sooo fantastic every time. It's like picking up a new dog. After three years, what REALLY told me to leave a review was that yesterday, I took in my mother-in-law's dog along with mine. He had never been professionally groomed before despite being an older dog, but they took really good care of him. I was looking at both of them this morning while they were rough-housing, and I noticed my dog had a fairly manly neckerchief when the groomer usually gives her a light, girly one. But then I noticed her bandana matches my mother-in-law's dog's coat, and his matched my dog. It just made me laugh, it's so cute. So thanks to this team for being a place I can trust to leave my family's furry friends and for being great at your job. :) I do definitely recommend this spot read more

I have been going to Doggie Spa for about a year. My cocker spaniel is always scared to go in, happy to leave. This last visit was the last visit. They shaved my cocker. Removed her beautiful skirting, shaved her wavy fur on her ears. Scabs on ears from clippers slips. When I asked Jamie why? No answer. When dropped off the old lady at front desk, does not relay what is asked to be done to groomer in back room. Breed cut. I was told by manager that I always get shave on my cocker. NEVER! Her skirt was so beautiful. Needed trimming, hence the breed cut request, not shaved. read more
