Manager and groomer both talked down and rudely in an argumentative fashion with me and kept my two small dogs an entire 5 hours without warning me up front how long it would be and without allowing them to go potty. I was called and told one of my dogs ears was matted and they had to shave the entire ear to the skin. I told them, "no, I didn't want my dog's ears without any hair. The manager became extremely angry and argumentative. At one point I said leave the ears alone and I would do them. I received more arguing back at me. I also said then use the clippers to remove the matted part and do the best you can. I was called back rudely another time that I would have to sign a waiver about my dog's ears. I tried to pick my dogs up at the three hour mark and they had not even been trimmed properly yet and I was told if I picked up the dogs then, I would have to pay for the entire bill. I left my poor dogs there as I had an appointment. When I returned to pick them up the groomer was rude and over the top argumentative and said I was not allowed to bring my dogs back even after I apologized for any misunderstanding on my part. They continued to display such a shameful attitude and stance with me just because I declined to have the groomer use the clipper on the entire ear. What happened to kindness and the business motto "The customer is always right"? If they treat me like this is a "critical parent fashion", how do they treat my dogs??? There is no way to see how dogs are being treated around the corner as when they groom the dogs it is completely out of view. One of my dogs was literally shaking when we arrived home. The shaking lasted some time. As it was, they charged me $15 extra to comb out my dog's matted ear. Couldn't they have given me that option up front? It would have been so much more kinder and everyone could have left happy and content including my dogs!!! After arrived home for several days, my dogs cry when I pick them up from sore ribs. This was such a cool place, I have a short haired rat terrier that I usually groom at home but her nails grow very fast and curl due to her breed and if I don't get ahead of it tje curling comes too close to her paw pads and I need to seek professional help. I saw they did services such as this and I was impressed. The lady in the front totally took initiative and grabbed my nervous foggy and trimmer her nails so fast as I distracted my dog. She then took her to express her glands and I was in and out in less than five minutes. Love it will be back! read more

Great little wash station! Large enough for large dogs(mine is 85 pounds) they had a blow dryer set up and have soap if you forget to bring your own. Friendly and helpful staff! Had everything we needed to easily wash my dog and not have to do all the cleanup at home. Only thing that might make it better is if there was stairs up to the drying station for larger dogs. We ended up just blow drying in the tub which worked out just fine! read more

They have options of shampoos and different packages. I did the self wash it was easy. The lady told me exactly what to do and warned me about either hot or cold water. Very helpful staff and it was nice to just get in and get out! They helped me setup the water so it was perfect temperature, had a leash, bathing brush and shampoo ready for me! The only thing I think that could be improved on is more shampoo, conditioner and cologne to choose from! It was $20 to come in and wash my dog with an unscented, hypoallergenic soap. Bad Experience! Never going here again! I brought my maltipoo puppy here for her first haircut and explained to the blond haired lady that it's her first time and to be patient with her. They took over 4 hours and she was in the kennel with no water when I picked her up, she didn't even have the haircut I requested which was a teddy bear face, they gave her a poodle cut and it's way shorter in the back half than in the front, so half of her body is so short you can see her skin and to top it off they cut her leg. When I asked what happened to her and why was her leg cut, the lady told me she was wiggly and I told her that she is a puppy and that I explained to the blond haired lady that it was her first time getting a haircut, she said that the lady never told her anything. Overall this was so sad and I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else's dog. read more
